The end of the beginning

Hoseok and his mother just relocated to Seoul, from the place he was born, Gwanju.

It's been a month of pure agony, he misses his old home, his backyard and his childhood friends.

But they had to move. They just couldn't stay in the same home where his grandfather died. He did it for his mom....

But now... she's gone. Passed peacefully in her sleep, doctors say the autopsy showed an overdose. But it didn't make sense.

Nothing made sense anymore.

He had nothing...

Endless nights of wandering along railways. All in the attempt and hope of stopping his thoughts, it was useless.

He was alone, he knew he'd eventually have to go back to the apartment that his mother and him had moved into.

But it was so dark, lonely. He swore that she was still there, but not the woman he remembered.

His grief clouded his mind,  he hadn't slept for days.
