Hong Zhao invited the Li siblings into his new home and showed them their respective rooms. They weren't lavishly furnished like they were used to in their estate back in Rantori Village, but he had given them the basic amenities one would need to make a place home.

He then showed them how the shower he had created worked, and instructed them to take one when they wake and one before sleep. Leading them into the dining room, he sat them down and gave them some tea he had Shadow warm up as he caught up with them.

Li Wei thanked Hong Zhao once more as she told him how many times she had resort to air assault, due to her lower strength compared to the beasts she had gone against. Hong Zhao listened intently as she discussed the various uses she had discovered the Qi Fans had. "I can keep above ground on the fan for an hour without attacking. If I decide to attack at a distance, I can send another fan to the enemy. The damage would depend on the cultivation of the beast. Though if I were to attack, it greatly decreases the time I can stay in flight." She looked at Li Wuhan with a dimpled smile. "What have you learned in your six months, brother?"

Li Wuhan sipped his tea calmly. When he looked up from his cup, he stared at Hong Zhao. "At first, I focused on sword forms that I had learned from father a few years ago, but then I began to alter most to fit the enemy." He set down his cup, then waved his hand over the table. When he did, a small pile of pills were stacked neatly on the rough surface. "I was able to collect materials enough for this many Qi Grasping Pills." His eyes glazed over slightly as he looked at the pile. "Even with this many, we would be able to bring much more wealth to the family."

Hong Zhao nodded at the assessment. "I believe we can do much better." He smiled as he waved his hand at the floor. As he did, a stone lion corpse fell to the floor at his feet. "Do you think you can do something with this?" He looked at the young Li Wuhan who got up and moved to the beast corpse. Hong Zhao was impressed with how much the young lord had matured over the six months. He knew Li Wuhan was now old enough to go to the Yuan City Academy if he so chose, but knew he wouldn't.

Li Wuhan took out the alchemist notes Hong Zhao had given him. He flipped a page past the Health Recovery Pill formula and in front of their eyes, another formula appeared. "It seems I've become good enough to receive another formula." His eyes shone with excitement.

"Stone Foundation Pill?" Li Wuhan raised an eyebrow. "I have never heard of such a pill before."

Hong Zhao looked over his shoulder at the page. 'Stone Foundation Pill: Ingredients: Corpse of a stone lion. Effects: Strengthens bone density.

"Just the stone lion's body?" Li Wuhan smiled as he looked at the beast's body. "How many do you have?"

Hong Zhao waved his hand once more, and a large pile of beast corpses fell to the ground. "I assume that this will be enough to experiment with?" He smiled as Li Wuhan only nodded and waved his hand, collecting the beasts and went to his room. Hong Zhao could tell it wouldn't take long at all before they were once again blessed with not ordinary gains.

Hong Zhao looked from the exit that Li Wuhan had left from back to Li Wei. "It has been some time since we have all relaxed. I expect that the next six months will be quite difficult for all of us. It would be best for us to relax for the next couple of days."

"If that is the case, I'll see you at dinner." She gave another dimpled smile before taking her leave from the room as well.

After she left, it was just Shadow and Hong Zhao that remained. "Master," Shadow began. Hong Zhao almost rolled his eyes before catching himself. He knew that there still was much he didn't understand in this world. "You still have treasure that you haven't looked through. I just thought to remind you."

Hong Zhao mentally slapped himself. He had completely forgotten about the rings he had found within Zi Bai's cave. He gave the shadow panther a pat on the head as he took the rings out of his storage ring and examined them. "I nearly forgot about these."
