I should probably stop singing that song, but it was such a perfect moment to sing it. Sooo who cares really.
God what the hell did I eat last night, what hell is up with all of those green stuff, I hate vegetables.
"Uuhm Sir ar-are you okay??" A meek and concerned voice asks the resident vigilante that was just now bend over puking his guts out.
Red Hood looks up from the strangely green substance in his vomit and puts his mask back on, and turns to the young college girl that was in only a large coat that was covering most of her modesty." I should be asking you that, you have been missing for a couple of days now, I can't begin to imagine what these bastards did to you".
That's a lie I can begin to imagine, I have watched and read my fair share of fucked up doujinshi's and stories on The Archive.
I pulled out a thermite stick, ignite it and toss it into dust bin burning any evidence of my shameful act. " I-i uhm I'm o-okay, for now I'm just glad it's over and you saved me". She gives me a small smile even though she looks about to ready break down in tears.
I looked at her for few moments and look off to the side "I could have gotten here sooner or days earlier and y--.." She cuts me off with a wave of her hand "I-it's okay, at least you came to save me right?". I look back at her looking her in the eyes, seeing that she is far from okay. She probably detached herself from the situation she was in, but her eyes give her away.
I can see immense relief, admiration for me I guess, and a hatred for this assholes I killed. She is also a bit scared and anxious, and probably wants to get out of here already.
The truth is if that guy didn't come looking for me I probably, wouldn't have found these girls.
[Flash back - 4 December 2004 23:23 Pm]
Red Hood is seen sitting on a rooftop ledge with his legs dangling off the side kicking to the beat of a Christmas carol his singing to the beautiful people of Hells Kitchen.

"Hey!!" Red Hood interrupted from his merry singing, looks down to the street below seeing a Middle aged man standing under one the streets lights. Irritated at being interrupted Red Hood gets ready to give the man a piece of his mind .
"I need your help please!!". Red Hood stops and looks at the man confused and curious, he holds up his hand gesturing for the man to wait for him. He gets up and goes to the fire escape to the side and climbs down, once on the ground he waves for the man come to him.
The man looking nervous and somewhat desperate walks over to Red Hood and just starts talking "Oh thank God, I finally found you!!" Red Hood tilts his head confused that man was looking for him "You were looking for me??".
The man nods his head and reaches into his back pocket and takes out what looks like a picture and shows it to Red Hood "This is my daughter Olivia, she's 19 years old, long wavy black hair, 5 foot and 7 inches tall and blue eyes, she went missing about 6 days ago" Red Hood takes the picture and looks at it, then looks up at the man " Don't people usually go to the cops??". He asks a bit curious about why the guy would be looking for him instead of just going to cops.
The gets a frustrated and angry look on his face clinches his fist while looking at Red Hood " I already went to the cops days ago and they still haven't foUND HER". The man raises his voice near the end in anger at the ineffectiveness of the cops.
He looks to Red Hood with a pleading, desperate and determined look in his eyes "So I started looking for you instead, can you please find my daughter for me...S-she's al-all I have le-left".
The man's voice breaks near the end start crying in sorrow for the horrible things that might have or might be happening to his little girl. Red Hood looks at the crying man for a few moments and nods his head "I'll find her for you, I promise".
The man suddenly hugs Red Hood tightly " Thank you, thank you so much". The man says in gratitude, still hugging the short vigilante. Red hood with his face in the mans chest getting full blasted with his very expensive cologne awkwardly pats the man on the back and slowly pulls away from the hug.
Red Hood now free from the hug, lightly coughs and nods at the smiling man "No problem, it's my job to protect and save people, that's what being a hero is all about". Yeah right!!
I nod one last time at the man and turn around going back on to the fire escape, I stop halfway up the fire escape look down at the man," I can find her but she might not be the same person you knew". The man just looks at Red Hood for a few seconds and then nods his head. With that Red Hood disappears into the night.
[ 5 December 2004 - 02:00 Am]
"Really an old and abandoned apartment, like come on!!... It's probably going to be swarming with grunts....*sigh*..... This is probably just so that there can be some fighting and I can show off all my fighting skills, that I have learned during the 4 year time skip".
Red Hood says looking to his left unimpressed and slightly annoyed. Two guys with Biker clothes on that are guarding the entrance of the building, look at the guy talking to himself like a crazy person in confusion.
Red Hood sighs once more and walks over to the two guards, stands in front of them and takes out a paper with a stick figure, that has long black hair with a blue shirt and grey jeans, and black shoes drawn on it.
"Have you seen this girl by any chance?? her father is worried sick!!". He says in concerned and worried tone. The guy to the left grabs the paper crumbles it up and tosses it in Red Hood's face, "Go fu--..".
Before he could finish his sentence he gets shot in the knee cap, as he was bout to scream in pain his mouth is covered by a hand and his head smashed against the wall behind him. The second guy surprised and in shock at what he just witnessed reacts too late and gets shot in the head and slumps down dead on the ground.
[ 02:10 Am]
Six guys are seen sitting in a room, three are sitting on a couch watching sports and two of them are sitting at a dining table eating food, with the last one sitting on a stool at the kitchen counter. Suddenly they hear a knock at the door, the three guys on the couch look to the door and shrug at each other and go back to watching the tv, the two guys at the table look at each other for a few moments and one of them gets up flipping the bird to the other guy.
He goes to the door with his hand on the door handle and asks "Who is it?". There is silence for 2 seconds until they hear a high pitched female voice with a Mexican accent to it "House Keeping!!". The guy looks to the other men confused "Who th--..". Just as he turns the handle to the open door and see who it is on the other side of the door.
The door is rammed open hitting him in the face and he falls to his butt holding on to his busted nose.
Red Hood shoots the guy by the kitchen counter in the head before he could pull out his submachine gun. He quickly side steps to the left dodging a bullet that just grazed his mask, he grabs the guy's wrist pulls him close and shoots him twice in the abdomen while using him as human shield.
He throws the human shield at the two guys standing by the couch, as they fall over with their now dead friend on top of them. Red Hood fells a burning pain on his shoulder but ignores it and taking out two knives from his utility belt and throwing it to the two guys by the dining table hitting the left one in the chest and on at the right on the shoulder.
He speed vaults over the couch and shoots the guy on the left in the head killing him. As he lands he takes out one of his swords with his left hand and with a downward slice cuts the guy to the rights, hand clean off and shoots him in the head.
He picks up the chair by the table throws at the two guys getting back up, hitting them both and causing them to fall over in pain, "STRIKE" Red Hood exclaims cheerfully. He looks to the door and sees the first guy with the busted nose trying to sneak out and shoots him in the back of the head. "Trying to be sne--.." Red Hood stops short and quickly dives behind the couch for cover just as he lands behind the couch, he sees the door get shoot to pieces by a shotgun.
"Really??!! A shotgun" He says in disbelief from behind the couch. A big burly guy with a full beard looks at where Red Hood is hiding, "Come out whoever you are and this will be over quick" The man says and slowly moves to the couch with two other men behind him.
Red Hood takes out his DEDSeC phone and goes into the Profiler app, "Let me think about that", In the app he presses on the lighting bolt icon and a off and on button appears. "No" He says and presses the off button turning off electricity in the building.
"Shit, what happened to he lights!!??" one of the men shouts." Focus, it was that guy that did it" Shotgun says to the two men.
Red Hood sneak around to the other side of couch by the arm rests. He takes out a flash bang from his utility belt and put his away his sword, taking out his other pistol. He takes in a deep breath and exhales "Maximum Effort". He tosses the flash bang in the air and looks away as it explodes and blinds the 5 goons in the room.
He hears the shotgun guy fire a shot and immediately jumps up, and shoots the shotgun guy twice in the head and shoots the other two also in the head. The three men slump down dead to the floor.
Red Hood looks at the three dead guys and turns to the other two still lying on the ground and shoots them both in the arms, " You two might be useful to the cops". He pulls out four zip ties and ties their arms and legs, so they can't escape.
"There we go, now don't go anywhere you hear." He says wave at them and leaving the room, he goes back out to the hallway and goes to the last door and opens it, just as he walks into the room.
He sees a bat coming at his left side, he quickly blocks the blow with his left arm. he flinches at the pain, but still grabs on to the persons arm and elbows him in the face twice and kicks him in the shin. Sending the guy to a kneel, Red Hood while pull out his gun and shoot him in the head.
He looks up hearing a frightened scream from a bunch of girls. He holds his up in surrender " Hey calm down, I'm to help you girls". Few of the girls looked reliefed and but some still look at him warily. One of the older girls walks up to him wearing nothing but a oversized coat." Than--.."
Red Hood runs to the corner of the room to a waste bin.
[ Flashback End - 5 December 2004 - 02:30 Am]
"There now we're all caught up", The looks at him confused "Uhm who are you talking". Red Hood just coughs and ignores her question and asks " Is there a girl named Olivia here?". A girl in the group of girls raises her hand shakily "I-im Olivia".
Red Hood looks at her for few seconds and nods his in satisfaction " Good". he takes out his DEDSeC phone sends a quick text puts it back in his utility belt. He looks at the girls and claps his hands together slightly wincing from his wounder left shoulder." The cops will be here in a few minutes....so sit tight", he looks over the girls one more time and then goes to the window and climbs and disappears in to the night, just as he hears Olivia's Dad call out for her.
