51 Demon King Birth.

- Murim Alliance Rooftop - Demon King Ascension Day -

After being hit by the alliance chief and tossed to the wall the Goomoonryong was in some "dire" state, at this moment a lot of people arrived at the rooftop but for me, one of them stood out. It was a person with an exuberant crimson Ki.

But what stood out the most for me is how different his cultivation technique was compared to the others. It's pretty similar to Zen's cultivation technique, but at the same time extremely different. But I still feel like I am missing something, it's like there is a simple puzzle with an easy solution before my eyes and I am looking dumber by the minute not being able to resolve it.

Then I looked at the Goomoonryong again and it finally clicked, both the crimson guy and zen have a technique that is similar to the [Black Heaven and Earth Technique]. I can clearly feel an uncanny similarity between them, but if I had to put it in words it would be... Essence.

Yeah, that is the word. Essence, it is like those techniques share the common grounds of having an essence like the [Black Heaven and Earth Technique], so it would not be far fetched to believe they have something similar to the [Black Origin Threshold]. So there are other techniques similar [Black Heaven and Earth Technique] in the world.

I fell kind of extremely stupid now to not have noticed it before with Zen's cultivation technique, but to my defence, I was focused on other things. But I guess that's no excuse for complacency, after this mess if finished I will pass through all the techniques I acquired/copied here, can't let a gem slip between my fingers just because I was to dumb to check it thoughtfully.

But I guess I should focus on what is happening in the murim Alliance headquarters rooftop right now, don't wanna lose any new delicious skill I can put in my arsenal.

The Goomoonryong started getting up, the new audience in the rooftop showed some surprised expressions when they saw he get up even with the wound and exhaustion he is in right now. Goomoonryong Tried attacking the alliance Cheif but it was to no avail, the chief showed superior skill and condition right now simply avoiding Goomoonryong assault and counterattacking with a punch to his chin and a kick sending him back to the wall where he started.

I chose that moment to look at Shi-Woon, to be frank, its kind of difficult NOT noticing him with my [Sharingan] the dude is simply a blinding sun of ki in my vision. This also brought to the forefront fo my mind the relationship Ki have with stamina. For example, if you exhaust your Ki, you would most probably be exhausted physically too. But if you are exhausted physically, Ki can give you a boost at regenerating/amplifying stamina. Sadly those are just theories I have, as I wasn't able to reach the [second step] of Ki control training yet so I can't exactly test them.

But letting the exhausted Lee Shi-Ho and Shi-Woon aside I looked at the Goomoonryong struggling a lot fighting again the Alliance chief, kicks and punches were throw and sometimes I could even see some [Inner Power Techniques] being throw at each other.

Sadly Goomoonryong seems to be losing the battle against the alliance chief, his exhaustion is, unfortunately, caught up to him, There is blood for a good part of his body, Goomoonryong tried to gather strength and fight but the chief answered with a powerful kick to Goomoonryong chin that made him flip and spin in the air before hitting the wall.

Seeing him fall to the ground a "concerned" Lee Shi-Ho went to him "preoccupied" with Goomoonryong health, the alliance chief is just observing everything with a rather sinister smile. If the alliance chief had they [Sharingan] he wouldn't be as confident as he is right now.

What happened is that Lee Shi-Ho absorbed some of the Overflowing Ki of Shi-Woon and transferred it to the exhausted and dried up Goomoonryong, which now is full again. Goomoonryong got up and looked a the chief with a maniacal smile and talked something, but unfortunately, he was interrupted when someone shot him in his lower abdomen.

The shot completely passed through his body making a clean hole thought it, and the shooter was the new arrival some maniac with glasses that looks crazier than everyone present in the rooftop. Little did I know there was someone way worse in the rooftop, but I would only meet him up later.

The crazy glasses dude tried to continue shooting Goomoonryong, but to protect him Lee Shi-Ho jumped in front of the gun and acted as a meat shield for the Goomoonryong, She fell to the ground with the number of holes and the way she looked she most certainly already was close to dying. And seeing a precious person close to him dying again broke Goomoonryong... He almost Snaped.

But before anything could happen Lee Shi-Ho coughs some blood signaling that is still too early for her to die, with some difficulty she was able to get up. and at this moment a helicopter arrived with the Lambo guy and the Kid matriarch fo the Sunwoo clan.

The alliance chief, of course, couldn't let his plain fail t this moment so he attacked the Goomoonryong with the intentions of stopping him from leaving. But some goon from the [Black Forest Defense] appeared to stop him. The chief pissed called for his subordinates to help, the crimson guy and the other bunch quickly went to fight against the people of the [Black Forest Defense]. The crimson guy was particularly way stronger than his adversary, but for some reason or the other, he just continued toying with him, the sadistic bastard.

The chief used this time to pursue the Goomoonryong, and sadly the chief was able to stop him that was carrying the wounded Lee Shi-Ho. sadly the attacks of the chief made the Goomoonryong fall to the ground which in consequence made him drop Lee Shi-Ho that he was carrying. The chief started using her as a hostage, and of course, he chose this exact moment to say his evil monologue. But when the chief put his feet on Lee-Shi-Ho he noticed that she was bleeding too much, but this momentary distraction was all Goomoonryong needed to counter-attack.

Using his plastered arm the Goomoonryong delivered a strong enough punch to break the plaster sending the chief flying and doing flips in the air with how much strength he used on it.

Sadly Lee Shi-Ho's condition was worsening by the moment knowing she would die she asked for a final parting gift. A kiss. And Goomoonryong obliged. With a heavy heart, Goomoonryong kisses Lee Shi-Ho and when their mouth distanced. She was already dead.

That moment Goomoonryong gathered all his anguish hatred and his deepest emotions and shouted with all his strength instinctively using the skill [Cry of The Phoenix]. The cry traveled for a great distance, and from here where I am I could clearly feel the amount of emotion he poured into it.

All those emotions were able to trigger the essence technique of the[Black Heaven and Earth Technique]. I was able to clearly see something spectacular, something said to otherworldly strong. I was able to see the birth of a Demon King.
