6. A Guardian.

'Why are you shouting so loudly' was the voice which Arthur heard in his mind.

Looking towards his surroundings Arthur was not able to find the source of the voice and thought to himself . 'it seems like I am going crazy after coming to this world as I am now hearing voices in my head'

'You are not imagining but really listening to my voice' the voice sounded again

Hearing the voice again Arthur thought to himself about the possibility of getting a system which was usually given to the main characters in the novels. Having thought of the said possibility Arthur began to test his possibility.

He bid the Heroes and the royal tutor (who was about to tell them about their profession like wizards and cultivators) farewell by saying he wasn't feeling well and was soon escorted towards his accommodation area. There he went to the bed as soon he got to his room.

The room can only be described as 'simple' with space big enough to fit 2 cars and with a small sized bed

'does the king really hate me that much' thinking to himself Arthur went up to the bed thinking about the situation he was in because of the king intimidation and the cheap room he was allocated even though he is a hero and would fight against the demons and a country.

He laid on the bed and began to communicate with his head.

'Hello anyone there' screamed Arthur inside his head.

'Why the hell are you screaming so loudly' came a voice from the head

Seeing about his guess to be right Arthur began to communicate with the voice.

'Who, why and Where are you '? Arthur questioned

Which one do want first Where, Who or Why? the voice replied

Does it even matter which you say first or second

'Yes, it matters as I will not be able to answer all the questions' the voice said

Fine then first tell me Who are you?

'I am the watch' the voice said to Arthur

What watch are you even talking about ?

If you don't even know the watch which was with you since birth then I guess we are done here.

After hearing the voice words Arthur was struck with a sudden realization and he soon began to check his pocket which he never checked since coming to this world and soon was shocked to find that he was missing that watch.

Seeing the shocked expression the voice spoke again

It was your big sister who assigned me as your Guardian

'My sister' hearing the words of the voice who was once a pocket watch, Arthur was speechless.

The voice continued

I am a soul familiar of highest grade who was assigned to be on your journey when you come to the world of magic and would help you in becoming stronger.

There was a complete silence for about 10 minutes and some time later Arthur recovered and asked

What about my family Where are they and Why was ....

Arthur was cut short before he could finish by the voice

I would be more than happy to help you but the current circumstances are not right for you to know about the past as you are not strong enough and as for your any question I will not be saying it as you are to weak to know about it.

Hearing the words of the voice Arthur resigned to his fate and began to organize his thoughts as he have more pressing matters to deal with and began to ask the voice.

I am going to help you get stronger and guide you to what you are destined for.

What do you mean by 'destined'. Arthur inquired

In this world whether you are a man, woman, child, elder, magician, cultivator, demon, angel, beast or any other life form. There is a destiny to every one attached, if you are attached to the three great realms such as the God's Domain, The Heaven's Plane and The Mythical Domain. And every one in this entire world belongs to one among the either of the three. So, without destiny you cannot exist as it tells you when you are born, how you live , when you die, whom you marry and all the other stuff which you can come to think of.

Thinking about destiny Arthur asked again 'Is there a way to control our destiny?'

There is a way and it mainly depends on an item called destiny stones which has the power to grant you control, freedom or even give you a good situation over your destiny. The more you have destiny stones the more you have gained destiny power which has the ability to control or give you freedom etc. This destiny power is also in-hereditary which means that the same power can be heredated to one's offsprings. And in this kill or be killed world the most sought out thing to gain power is the ability to increase one's destiny power.

You can also increase your power of destiny by becoming stronger and the more stronger you get the more you have control over destiny.

Arthur began to started getting curious about the world and asked the voice
