Cyril opened his mobile phone to browse the internet and to refresh his mind about the events that will happen this year.

He wanted to make sure that he didn't forget any important happenings in the next month.

However, as soon as he opened his phone, he noticed several messages coming from his co-workers and even his boss.

Just like that, he lost his morning part-time job because of a single absence. No, he might even just be late for a few minutes but the boss has already decided to end his employment.

The Northern Badger Guild is a popular guild that most newly Awakened people in the country would decide to join in. After all, they do not have a harsh requirement, unlike other guilds.

After working for them for 1 or 2 years, depending on your initial negotiation with them, you can easily end your contract with the guild and join other high-paying guilds with the experience that you already have.

Of course, many others are deciding to stay within the guild since they like the stability and relaxed environment.

Anyway, these purple crystals would just randomly appear in many parts of the world. No one had truly discovered the pattern of their appearances.

They could appear inside a tree, within a coffin underground, perhaps deep under the sea, or even within an animal's stomach. It was so random that even after more than a decade from now, no one could figure it out.

Of course, there are cases that they can be easily found within the forests, buildings, and other places around the world.

Nevertheless, the good thing about this, is that there are already many devices that can be used to detect these purple crystals or the medium to enter the Arcane World.

This device is called Crystal Hunter which was invented more than 30 years ago, about 10 years after the appearance of the first entrance… and up until now, it was still as useful as ever with even a wider range.
