The Final Challenger.

The room Eli was in was enormous and it was littered with crystals all over aside from the ground. However Eli had no plans at gwaking at his surroundings, he was here to claim his prize.

"If the Demon Lords were released..." The dragon was drowned with thoughts. "No maybe he isn't a demon lord..." After-all the dungeon did choose him. He looked at Eli more closely this time trying to gauge his power but sensed nothing from him. He finally made up his mind.

Dalzrenth calmly watched this demon walk towards the opposite end of the wall from where he sat, making a B-line to the swords, ignoring him as though he wasn't there.

Eli saw the dragon, black in appearance with its golden disc eyes, stare at him. It had two small crystals on-top of its head and had several small horns line his jawline, aside from its unrelenting gaze its chin was covered in long hooked bristles on the bottom of its chin. Atop of the dragon along run a crystal growth blue in colour down its spine. The dragon's underside was covered in thick dark scales, darker than its upper body.

But since it had made no move or even spoken a word to him, the dragon wasn't of concern to him.

As he walked closer and closer to the wall where the two swords had to have been laid, the dragon finally spoke.

"So 'you' have came to collect the two great swords."

Eli kept walking towards the wall as he spoke not even turning to acknowledge the dragon he spoke to. "Isn't that what am owed? Seeing that I have passed the trails that were in place its only logical that I am rewarded. So yes I have come to collect the swords...." Eli stopped walking. "Unless..." Eli turned to look at the dragon, the dragon had Eli's full attention now.

"The arrogance of this fiend!" The dragon thought in disgust, he was sure of it now this had to be a demon lord. No human would dare speak like this to a dragon. "You dare to come here and act as though you are owed? Shameless!"

As the dragon began to breath in.

"Oh?" Was the simple word that Eli muttered.

The dragon finally exhaled and out came a stream of fire, violent in colour, in this moment Eli clasped his fingers together and shot out-ward using his manner as a short of knife to split the stream of flames apart, although the action he took worked, it was a inefficient one.

Dalzrenth paused his stream of fire thinking the fiend to be dead, but he had to make sure, by now the floor was a-washed with flames that were infused with his mana. He willed his flames to die down so he could get a clear look at his work.

What he saw made him bewildered for a second before he gathered his thoughts.

This unworthy existence of a creature still stood, but of-course it would still be standing, it was a demon lord after all. Dalzrenth was sure he would have to go all out now.

"Is this how you treat all your guests?" Eli stood rubbing the back his neck with his right arm as he stared at the dragon.

"You are no guest of mine." The dragon spat back as he stood up now on its four large sized legs each ending in four larged talons that could make mince meat of Eli. He knew he was defying the dungeon's wish as it chose Eli but even so, It choosing a demon lord didn't sit well with him.

"So am guessing you ain't willing to part with the swords?" Eli asked casting a side ways glance to his objective that was being blocked by fat, living flame thrower.

The dragon had no intentions on wasting his breath on small talk, as he drew in breath through its large thick sized neck and this time blew out a pure blue flame charged with a high concentration of mana.

Eli responded in kind with a fast chant and unleashed an ice barrier `ice wall tier 3` to protect himself, upon contact there was a wall of steam that formed in place, hoping to use this as cover Eli casted 'quick step' and moved quickly trying to close the distance between the two.

The dragon noticed the ice barrier a low tier spell (to him that is) but even though it was such low tier it was able to keep his flame at bay. For such a spell to be able to keep his 'true' flames at bay... This was extraordinary no? Then again it had been a while since he had met any person/challenger.

A wall of mist was what formed when fire met ice at such intensity, most wouldn't be able to see through such a mist, however he was a dragon, a 18 meter tall behemoth! Using his large disc shaped eyes he pieced through the flames to see Eli moving at speed towards him.

Eli noticed the dragon was looking straight at him but was committed to carry through with his plan as he increased his speed.

The dragon wasn't slow despite his large size as he used his large wings as an extension of him, like a scythe carving at an angle down-wards slashing as though he was trying to cut an irritating piece of grass.

Eli was quick to dodge as he slid across the floor barely dodging the attack. Now Eli was getting irritated. His target wasn't the dragon he merely wanted to get past him.

The dragon was quick to take advantage in the change of Eli's momentum and charged his attack once more as he put everything into this attack.

Eli sensed this was different from his other attacks, as he noticed the crystals on the back of the dragon shine brightly, if he didn't stop his attack quickly he was unsure whether he could survive it. He immediately doubled his speed and the dragon was caught off guard by this, as he momentarily hesitated at unleashing his pent-up attack.

This was all Eli needed as his momentary pause gave him enough time to cover more ground. He was now close enough where he was sure he could accurately hit the dragon, with out him having a high chance of dodging his attack. He had closed in for this perfect opportunity and he sure as hell wasn't going to let it slip away.

He charged a fire type attack he had learnt from Heidi, since it was the only preferable attack at his disposal. He shot out three projectiles `fluader tier 4` as they hit the under side of the dragon's chin knocking his mouth shut.

He then moved to the under side of the dragon and used his mana like a shotgun/canon and like the previous walls that he demolished from before he punched out at the dragon's underside.
