"Carter! Help me out here…"
Esmond massaged his head as it throbbed in pain from his carelessness to not read labels properly.
He cursed his luck for wasting credit just like that for something that would require time and patience, and he didn't have any to spare if he wanted to get started as soon as possible.
Before he completely discarded what he brought from the system, Carter gave him a rundown of what he bought.
Much to his delight and surprise…
"What you bought, of course, isn't the complete Buklish Special Security Forces which would mean they could be summoned at the square, instead what you got is a way to create your own super soldiers with accelerated growth development.
Plus, it's set with a universal list of genetic coding which means it can be used on the Zadrisian, humans and even the G.A.E.
The pods make the operation seamless and over with before one would know it.
Changes start with the appendix which will help further spread the nanobacteria virus that will be added to the body by the pod machines which will insert the serum into the appendix.
After that the body will begin to change within 24 hours as the organs, muscles, bones, and mind are improved without causing any discomfort to the person other than making some adjustments and retraining.
However, its recommended to train them heavily during the first 24 hours so they body can adapt to harsher situations."
Carter already sent the seeds of the plants and materials that came with the serums along to the drones to plant and gather.
For the seeds, they were taken straight to the greenhouses to accelerate their growth and build up a great supply of seeds, and the serums were thankfully analysed by the Spatial Ark Land that created small tanks full of a constant supply of serums.
Every soldier would go through this harmless surgery in Carter's mind, so he did his best to butter up the value of the body augmentation.

"What you've just said was related to body augmentations, am I correct? So, what is the body coding then?"
Esmond picked up during Carter's explanation of what he bought cluelessly, only spoke about the body augments from the serums.
Thus, he was curious about body coding and what it could offer his soldiers or not…
"It's much like classes Esy.
So, if you want someone specialised in sniping or assassination, you will use the body coding option from the pod machines that code skill, experience and ability into the body and mind.
Snipers would need Sharpshooter, Patience, Assassination, Solider as the minimum for coding that would be written all over their body and mind.
You can create your own body coding for certain skills and abilities you want them to know.
I have been provided the information on how to do it so… but I had to question this Esy…

The more Carter looked over the abilities offered to them through the unluck purchase because of Esmonds rash purchase.
He thought back to Esmonds past lives and tried to remember the Buklish Special Security Forces, but nothing came to his mind, nor did their training methods which would have made great waves through the Intergalactic Network.

"Not too sure, but someone probably had a tight grasp over the technology and never let it slip…
Most likely no one had the supply or the level of tech we have in our care.
Regardless, should we get started…"
Esmond wanted to make use of the tech as soon as possible, heading off to find Oscar and Aksel, the nominated spokesperson for the Zadris people, so he could gather some of the recruits to test the equipment on.
His plan was to fly over to the Thailand on his own jet that Carter and Echo were working to create after he'd made the designs in the Virtual Lab.
There were some issues like delivering the plane to the Adelaide Airport without causing suspicion of its sudden appearance, but Carter had his own plans to have the plane ready once Esmond had left for Thailand, on a commercial flight.
Problem was the plane they were building was a private jet that used one of his newly designed and highly efficient jet engines with a hybrid fuel cell.
It meant the plane could fly longer for greater distances without needing to refuel and it wouldn't be harmful like the other private jets within the air.
Of course, it's design, appearance and speed would cause too many people to be drawn in by the jet when it would land in Adelaide, so Carter wanted to instead propose a boat or something less inconspicuous.

Oscar and Aksel organised a portion of their people for the medical procedure.
Nobody had any objections, assured the procedure wouldn't cause any pain or side affects because of the systems interference so many people we hoping to be given the procedure at some point in time.
The warriors all raced at Oscar and Aksel looking to be chosen first so with an abundance of people offering to take the medical procedure, there was no problems finding willing people.
Esmond on the other hand was trying to argue with Carter to let him take the G.A.E humans long with him to Thailand but he wasn't getting far in the conversation…
"Esy, why don't you understand how difficult it will be to fly out from Adelaide without somehow disguising the sudden appearance of the private jet.
If you really want to leave with them from Adelaide, then take a ship that'll organise for you.
It will help conceal their identity better than them taking commercial flights for now."
"Then what do you propose Carter?
I'll hold off using our equipment from the space still, but it's getting annoying…"
"I understand Esy, but please don't be rash for now.
If we can just wait till April for the landing of Phantom in Somalia, we should be clear of the problems we could possibly face if we jump the gun."

Esmond left the troubles in Carter's care, annoyed that he couldn't take some of his forces along with him to Thailand in a weeks' time, instead he opened the system interface to use the System Knowledge Databank.
He clicked on the upload button and procced to send the information from his projects created in the Virtual Lab.

Within nothing more to be seen from the system notifications, Esmond felt the System Knowledge Bank would become a useful tool now knowing its capabilities to reward him with reputable gifts.
The Necthea Institute of Science, Technology and Cultivation was both an important facility that could bring light and development to the world, but it could also cause mass destruction.
The scientists that worked within the institute would work on all sorts of projects that could greatly develop society but also bring it crumbling down.
Esmond remembered from another life of his where the institute caused the creation of a new space engine that created huge amounts of pollution all for the sake of unimaginable speed.
The release of that engine caused untold damage within space that it halted interplanetary shipping and delivery of goods, nearly bringing empires to their knees as they struggled to supply their citizens with basic goods to survive.
He planned to have them working to help his planet and empire but had no qualms about them creating problematic things…
Just keep it to the Virtual Labs was Esmonds first thought on the matter…

Esmond found a patch of land close by the military facilities near the second city and selected the Necthea Institute of Science, Technology and Cultivation to be built.
Within seconds the huge institute that spanned over a large amount of land.
Futuristic buildings that were all connected, filled the land as the rigidity of steel and fragility of glass were tested beyond their means with the designs of the buildings.
They reached up tall into the sky, towering over some of the buildings to the either side of the institute.
Esmond was amazed at the systems ability to build such a sprawling facility with no problem, as the memories of their blessings and misgivings on the galactic citizens caused them to be despised until they were wiped out.
He noticed the dozens upon dozens of scientists walk out of the main office building of the institute, all with the appearances of Zadris or G.A.E humans.
Esmond was curious as to why this happened but thankfully Carter's voice came to his mind to fill him.
'You don't have the genetic code for the other scientists that filled the halls of the institute, so the system has utilised what you had and summoned Zadris and G.A.E humans with the knowledge and capabilities to run the institute with no problems.'

Seeing one of the scientists come up to him in his white lab coat, Esmond put on a smile, ready to greet the latest inhabitants of the space.
'"We greet the Lord!"'
The scientists shouted as they kneeled and bowed before Esmond, who forgot about expecting the summoned people to be so dramatic and servient.
What he still hadn't realised was the systems influence on the people deep down and what information was supplied to their minds.

My name is Esmond Manston and I truly hope to work side by side to create an empire like no other that discriminates against none.
Will you help me with my goals?"

Seeing everyone ready to get to work, Esmond asked Carter to first set up a small buffet for them to enjoy while he talked with a few members of the scientists, giving them some projects to focus on.
Carter had popped on over to where Esmond was with the scientists and took note of their information before telling them about the Virtual Labs that were available to them to use.
He had the drones working to add new facilities that would house the setup for the headgear and body sensers to allow them to dive into the Virtual World.
Esmond in the meanwhile, asked some of the G.A.E and Zadris scientists to start work on several projects like weapons for his forces to use and other environment projects that would help the planet.
One he really needs them to work on was terraforming technology for Mars and Neptune, but for now he tasked them with two important projects.
First was creating the Climate Control Management Atmospheric System, small orbital satellites that would fill the atmosphere of the earth and would control the CO2 emissions, stopping them flooding the atmosphere and breaking it down over the years.
It also could control the weather and make adjusts as one saw fit which could cause untold disasters if it were to land in the hands of someone evil or wanting world destruction so it would be monitored and controlled heavily by A.I.
But the main project he wanted them to work on was creating new body codes that could be used and implemented on the warriors.
Carter sent all the information regarding the body coding and augmentation to the scientists through their wrist commlinks which acted like a holographic computer which was connected with intranet of the institution as well as with the overall space network.
Esmond looked at them with curiosity and wondered if Carter could recreate them for military purposes.
He didn't have to wait long for an answer as Carter suggested creating them for the rest of the residents while upgraded ones would be handed out to the military forces.
