45 That’s mean

There were plenty of clubs at school, and plenty of things to do.

But of course, with a caveat.

That being- Mihael wasn't really all that interested.

Not in sports, not in crafts, and certainly not in the odd ones.

"Sigh…" Sarveisa thought she could somehow get the boy interested in at least something.

But- apparently, that wasn't quite the case. If anything, Mihael was even more bored.

At this rate, he'd just fly back to heaven without a question and probably would start a conquest or something…

Meaning-

Coming down here, was going to be pretty pointless…

"Is there nothing here that you'd like to do?" Sarveisa asked, looking back.

Mihael and Rose were just behind her, walking.

Out in the open, walking around the large campus.

There were plenty, plenty of students and teachers just going on about their days; classes were over for the day.

A group of boys was following them too but, in the distance, -

"I don't know."

Mihael not knowing only complicated things even more.

"Want to become an adventurer in that case? To maybe go fight monsters and-" Sarveisa stopped when she noticed Mihael's disgusted stare… "Nevermind." She cleared her throat… sweating a bit, running out of ideas. "O-Or we could maybe go to another dimension and check their mortal… realms?" Cautiously.

"That might not be a bad idea…" Mihael sighed.

Maybe-

But he wasn't really all that interested.

With all of his memories back, there just wasn't much left. No wonder he'd locked up some of those memories.

Sigh.

"You keep on sighing. Are you really that bored?" Rose said.

"I am."

"Wanna go on a date with me then?" She said.

"Wait, what? What are you even saying to your little brother!" Sarveisa meanwhile- did not like the sound of that, no.

"What? Is it wrong for siblings to go shopping and have fun on the way?"

"That's not-" Now Sarveisa sighed…"I'm coming too."

"Wait- no!" Rose attempted- "Hey, say something to her-" He paused.

Both stared at the boy next to them-

But-

Mihael was gone.

***

"That spell you used earlier. It's an ancient spell, isn't it?" The girl said.

Behind one of the buildings-

Just Mihael and a girl.

A girl he was about to crash into earlier but didn't.

Somehow-

He got the feeling that something like this had happened before.

And honestly-

He didn't really want to get dragged into anything.

However-

This was also a chance to make a friend-

Hence- he came willingly.

"It is one of my original spells," he said.

"Fascinating!"

Purple robe, black hair, brown eyes, glasses, and some freckles. She appeared to be a year older.

"Will that be all?"

"Can you teach me that?"

Déjà vu didn't even begin to explain the situation.

Unlike last time though, there were definitely students around and some were even staring their way. They were quite far away though.

"Unfortunately, you are not compatible."

"We don't know that until!" She almost lashed out.

Cheeks red, brows crossed; nose flaring.

"No, we do know. You are not compatible." Mihael pointed, no trace of emotions.

She ground her teeth, stomping out of there.

"Hey, hey! You're Mihael, lady Rose's brother, right?"

A group of boys and girls surrounded Mihael just as the girl left.

"Do you know what sort of flowers she prefers?"

But of course, Mihael also left, without anyone from the group noticing.

As he walked away though-

"I've been searching for you," Rose showed up. "And don't you think they'll be suspicious if you keep on using that body double magic?"

"It's just an earth double, basic magic. Don't worry about that," Mihael shrugged.

"Basic to you," Rose rolled her eyes, snickering. "Oh yeah, our date! Don't forget!"

"Yes, yes, 'our' date," Sarveisa showed up.

"What kind of mother goes on a date with her kids?" Rose grumbled.

But Sarveisa smiled.

"Right Mihael?" Rose asked.

But again-

MIhael-

Was gone.

"Oh fuck… not again…"

***

Instead of the girl in glasses though, this time Mihael was taken away by… another girl.

Mihael didn't know why but he had a bad feeling about this one.

For one thing, he'd been summoned to another plane, darkness looming about. Still in the same dimension but the darkness was somehow nostalgic, and rather unsettling.

Being an angel, Mihael let out a faint light, whether he liked it or not. Bascially, he was letting whoever cast this spell, his exact location.

Normally it would have been a real pain but- since he could see the girl- it wasn't.

"I knew it-" The girl mumbled-

The girl in dark-

She stared-

Red eyes-

Two horns-

Pale white milky skin- roughly sixteen; thin, fit, perfect in a sense.

Almost tears in her eyes.

"It's you… Gerar!" She came running to his arms-

Or would have- if Mihael hadn't dodged a second earlier and she crumbled face first to the ground.

"I have no idea who you're talking about." He flicked his fingers and the darkness vanished. With that over, Mihael slowly walked away in real time, as a group of students stared at the duo who had sprang out of seemingly nowhere.

'It just had to be her…' He sighed.

The literal one woman he never wanted to meet again-

Had indeed-

Reincarnated…

Meaning, Androma had lied.

Sigh.

"Do you want me to attach a beacon to you?" Rose said-

Mihael gave her a blank stare….

"Wait, what's wrong?" Sarveisa said, picking Mihael up in her arms.

Apparently, the two girls knew exactly where to find the young god.

The campus was quite big, so perhaps they were using some sort of magic?

"You do realize, I do not have the appearance of a child anymore, right?" Mihael said.

"Does it matter? You are my son at the moment…. and- mothers are allowed to dote," A smile, she kissed his forehead, letting him down a pat on the shoulder. "Now, what's wrong?"

"It's her…"

"Her?" Sarveisa wondered.

"My sister, Armelia. The one who framed me and all that."

"Oh, the founder…" Sarveisa cleared her throat. "So, you met her…"

Mihael's blank stare went dubious. "You knew?"

"Well…" A grin.

Another sigh- so far, his day had been nothing but sighs. "I see…" Mihael mumbled. "You were all in it."

"I have no idea what's going on by the way-" Rose raised her hand.

"That's cause you're an idiot," Sarveisa said.

"Hey, that's mean!"

Mihael stared at the duo- "I've changed my mind."

"What do you mean?"

"Think I'll go to another world and head into space."
