Chapter 16: First visit to his villa.

Joyce went to her room and called Ethan immediately. She explained the plan and told Ethan to set up the cameras before she takes Rozinah to the room . She had decided to give Rozinah a distress call to trick her. Ethan was so happy. He couldn't stop imagining Rozinah's slim body under his. He eagerly waited for the next day. He had seen the news about her perfect results and was further impressed. He would make her his mistress forever . So long as she gets the video to blackmail her.

Rozinah slept soundly. She had nothing to worry about. She would face whatever it is as it came. Unlike Lily and Wesley who didn't sleep a wink, she felt refreshed after waking up. She woke up and went into the bathroom to freshen up. She went for breakfast as usual and left immediately. Lily send a text to Wesley to report her movements. They had decided that Wesley would follow her to protect her Incase anything goes wrong. They knew she had her own plans and they would not destroy her plans unless it was necessary. Wesley received the text and set out to follow her. He had already been waiting at the gate. Rozinah noticed everything,but she didn't do anything to avoid him. She would wait and see what he wanted to do.

Amanda had been so happy since she woke up. She kept humming songs. Even a stranger could notice. She gave Joyce some instructions before she left. Ethan had prepared everything they needed. It was only left for her to lure their prey into the trap. Lily listened to their conversation and felt sad. What kind of family could do this to their own. They were so cruel. She communicated with Rozinah to report on her findings before texting Wesley. She had pinned all her hopes on him.

Joyce left the house dressed seductively. She was ready to celebrate their success. She went straight to the hotel and was directed to the private room she booked. She didn't wait for long before Ethan arrived. They went through all the details and confirmed their plan before taking action.

" You can now start with the plan." Ethan said his voice betrayed his eagerness.

" Are you that eager?" Joyce asked sounding jealous.

" No babe, I just want to end everything and get the money to marry you." He said kissing her hand.

" Okay I will call her now. Go wait in the room." She said picking her phone to make the call.

Ethan left immediately he heard the phone ring.

Rozinah who had been waiting for the call smiled at herself. She didn't keep her waiting for long. She received the call on the second ring and pressed the record button. She already listened in on their conversation. She knew she couldn't enter the room and had to change the plan to plan B.

" Hello Joyce." She said

" Sister help.....help me. Someone wants to rape me . Am in room 304 at Sunshine hotel." She said sounding as helpless as possible. She didn't wait for her response and ended the call to make it sound convincing enough.

Rozinah looked at the figure on her iPad screen and shook her head sadly. She was busy laughing her lungs out thinking she had succeed. What a fool. For someone she had always treated as a sister, Rozinah felt so foolish.

Before leaving the cafe, Rozinah called the police and gave them the details before igniting her bike to head to sunshine hotel. Joyce had given Ethan a signal and was waiting for the good news at the private room.

Wesley followed Rozinah to the hotel. He saw her park her bike and stand there seeming to be waiting for someone. After a few minutes, a police van arrived . Immediately she saw them, she went up to them and discussed with them before they rushed into the hotel. Wesley smiled, this small girl was really smart.

Ethan had been waiting in the room patiently. When he had a knock on the door, he opened the bottle with the medicine before going to open the door. Immediately he opened the door, he was met by angry police officers. He was shocked and before he could react, he was cuffed. The police officers checked through the whole room but couldn't find any lady, but they noticed the medicine. After collecting some evidence, they left with him. They would interrogate him and find the lady.

Rozinah pretended to be shocked at the site of Ethan.

" What, where is my sister? She called me sounding so scared." She asked looking at the police officers.

" We didn't find any lady in the room. We will commence investigations immediately." One of the officers responded.

" I didn't do anything, please help me tell them Rozinah." He pleaded.

" How would I know if I don't see my sister . She sounded so scared on the phone." She said sounding helpless.

Several people started taking videos and photos. Ethan was so embarrassed and angry. He would settle the score with Joyce later.

Joyce who had been waiting in the private room while munching on some snacks had the commotion and decided to go find out. Immediately she arrived outside, she was surprised to see Ethan in handcuffs. Before she could turn and run, Rozinah shouted to the hearing of everyone.

" Sis thank God you are here. What happened to you? The police officers couldn't find you in the room ." She said going to hold her hand.

" I don't understand what you are talking about." She tried to deny it.

" What don't you understand. I recorded our conversation and called the police to help me. I couldn't fight a rapist by myself." She explained like a caring elder sister.

" Sister I managed to escape. I might have given you a wrong room number." She responded sounding pitiful.

Some of the onlookers started discussing the situation.

" She doesn't look like someone who almost got molested."

" She didn't even cry."

" I think there is something fishy with the story."

Joyce was so embarrassed that she ran off. The police officers couldn't do much and took Ethan with them before releasing him.

Rozinah went straight to Wesley's parked car and knocked on the window. He wasn't surprised that she knew he was there.

" Hello why have you been following me all day." She asked smiling.

" Lily requested I protect you and I couldn't think of another way." He responded

" Okay thanks." She said turning to leave.

" Why don't you join me for lunch at my place to celebrate your victory in this scheme?" She heard him ask.

" Okay." She agreed immediately which shocked Wesley. She felt like appreciating his efforts and decided to grand his request.

Lily had been so worried and kept looking at her phone. She had monitored Amanda but she didn't receive any call from Joyce. She was so anxious. She was jolted back by the phone ringing. Wesley called her and told her Rozinah was safe. Her phone had gone off and that is why she didn't call. After exchanging a few words, he passed the phone to Rozinah who narrated everything to her. Lily couldn't help laughing. Wesley noticed how happy she sounded explaining everything to Lily and smiled. Lily promised to keep her eyes on the mother and daughter before they ended the conversation.

Joyce arrived home crying and throwing up a tantrum. Her makeup was smudged. She looked like a mad woman in the market. Her mom who had been waiting for an update couldn't believe the situation her daughter came back in. She tried talking to her but she wasn't reasoning with her at all. She kept tossing things around. Her father who had just arrived after receiving a call to come back home immediately looked around the living room in shock. His daughter had lost it.

" What happened?" He asked

" She is not saying anything and Ethan's phone is switched off." Amanda replied.

" We need to calm her down." He said trying to hold Joyce back from destroying things.

After some minutes, she calmed down and run to her room. She couldn't believe her reputation had been ruined. She blamed Rozinah for everything. She would deal with her. Nobody followed her.

Her father called Ethan's father who explained the details to him. Ethan had been taken to the hospital after the police beat him up. He was so angry after hearing what happened. The plan had failed and Ethan and Joyce disgraced in public. Even videos and pictures of them were now on the internet.

After explaining everything to Amanda , he instructed her to console their daughter before leaving in a hurry .He had to go to the hospital and discuss how to handle the matter with Ethan's father.

He arrived at the hospital and after some discussions,they raised some money and paid of the bloggers who had shared the videos and pictures to erase everything. He was relieved after everything was settled. He convinced Ethan they would find another way and left for home. He wanted to go handle Rozinah. He would teach her a lesson.

Wesley arrived at his villa and parked his car before leading Rozinah inside. She was marvelled at the site. She liked the decorations and colours . They were cool and cold. Exactly what she liked.

" You have nice place. I like the combination." She complimented

" Thanks for the compliment." He responded

"You are welcome." She said sitting on the couch.

" Okay I will quickly prepare something for us to eat. My chef went to visit his people." He said

" Okay I will help. I know how to cook." She said following him into his kitchen.

Wesley brought out everything they needed before they started chopping and cooking. They were both impressed with each other's skills.

" You might have learnt to cook for someone special." He commented

" Only I have tasted my food. I haven't cooked for anybody. I learnt it for myself and my future." She replied smiling before adding," unlike you, I have not met anyone special apart from aunt Lily and now you."

" Actually I haven't cooked for anyone. I learnt cooking to impress my parents but they never appreciated." He sounded sad and lonely. Rozinah decided to cheer him up.

" At least we get to taste each other's cooking . You might find out my food tastes bad." She said laughing.

" With your skills, I doubt if the food won't be delicious." He responded smiling back at her.

" You can't judge without a taste. Anyway am honoured to taste your cooking before your girlfriend does." She added

" I don't have one but I might get a wife soon." He said looking at her meaningfully.

" All the best. At least am still a student." She said not noticing his deep gaze.

They finished preparing the food. He served the food before they began eating. The food was so delicious. They almost finished everything. It had been long Rozinah had such a sumptuous meal. She praised his cooking and he praised her. After eating they sat on the couch watching.

They had been watching for almost an hour when Lily's call came in. Rozinah had charge her phone. Lily sounded anxious.

" Where are you?" She asked urgently.

" Am still at Wesley's place. What happened Lily. You sound anxious." She asked.

" Don't come back home today. I have locked your room as you requested. They tried breaking in but couldn't. Now your father came back and had been waiting for you in the sitting room cursing every now and then." She explained before going ahead to tell her everything that has transpired. Joyce and Amanda had tried opening her room to go and break things but couldn't. And her father had been angry since he returned from the hospital. He even vowed to teach her a lesson.

" But I will have to come back." She replied feeling disappointed. After all the cruelty they planned against her, they didn't feel any remorse.

" Don't come for today. Let them calm down. Joyce and her mom are busy fanning the flames." She explained.

" Okay Lily I will not come back ." She had wanted to say something else but Lily ended the call abruptly. She knew someone might have called her.

Rozinah explained everything to Wesley and told him she had to leave and go find a place to sleep as it was getting late.

" By the way do you know of any nice places I can get a small villa to buy?" She asked

" I know of different places. Even around here at the back side. I will take you to see it when you are ready." He responded

" Okay see you another time." She said taking her sling bag.

" Why don't you stay here. I have an extra room." He said looking at her hopefully.

" Really, are you serious? " She asked

" Yeah."

" Okay then thanks in advance. I will have to disturb your privacy and stay."

" It's okay."

" You will show me the villas tomorrow. I need to buy one as soon as possible and it will be near my campus." She said sitting back.

" Are you planning to go to the best medical university, Sunshine medical university?" He asked seeming happy for her.

" Yeah I want to learn from the best medical lecturers." She responded feeling proud of herself.

Wesley talked to her and adviced her more on what she could do to succeed before taking her to the guest room to rest before dinner.

Rozinah was happy and thanked him. No one had ever adviced her other than Lily. She texted Lily and informed her of her whereabouts before freshening up and taking a nap. She was tired.

Wesley called his designer to send some female clothes to his house for Rozinah before contacting his housing agent to prepare a good villa for her. He just wanted her to have the best. He called Lino and requested for some groceries before going to the study to work on some files. He wanted to eat her food again.

Johnson had been sitting on the couch waiting for Rozinah to come back. Her phone wasn't reachable. He had promised Ethan and his daughter to teach her a lesson. He hated her so much. Regina had willed everything to that small witch instead of giving everything to him as her husband. He would have killed her long time ago if not for the inheritance. He kept looking at the door but she was nowhere to be seen.

" Is she avoiding us?" Amanda asked

" She will come back eventually." He said angrily.

" She even changed her bedroom door locks." She added

" She is beginning to slip out of our hands. I have to do something before she gets out of hand." He said

" Okay go and rest , I will call you immediately she comes back." She said holding him seductively. She always used this tactics on him.

Johnson listened to her and went back to rest . He had been so angry and tired that he fell asleep immediately he hit the pillow.

After calming down, Joyce had gone to the hospital to take care of Ethan. She updated him on what her parents were planning to do which gave him some relief. He was in so much pains. They would come up with another plan but this time around, his father had adviced him to kidnap her. He just needed to recover before putting the plan into action. He would not tell the Johnson's before he succeeded.

Joyce told him University placement would happen soon. They had to act fast before she leaves for campus. He had to let his father help find some goons to kidnap her.

" She hasn't even returned home." Joyce said after a call from her mother.

" I guess she is still hiding somewhere." He responded.

" Let's wait for the news."

" Okay."

After sometime, Ethan fell asleep. Joyce could only watch over him. She was trying to make up for the trouble she had caused him.
