"Come Yu Qi. Sit here." Grandpa Tang patted the sofa beside him.

Yu Qi went beside him and sat there.

"This is my granddaughter, Yu Qi. She is the one who wants to buy the land." Grandpa Tang introduced her to the two men in front of her. "Yu Qi, you already meet Mr Chu. This is Mr Jang. He will be the person in charge of buying the land."

"If Mr Jang is afraid that I will cheat you, we can sign this contract at the bank. That way, you can get the money right away." Yu Qi smiled professionally.

Mr Jang seemed in deep thinking. Yu Qi leaned on the sofa waiting for Mr Jang's decision. Grandpa Tang did not speak at all. He left all to Yu Qi. At first, he thought to lend some help to Yu Qi. However, when he saw Yu Qi like this, he knew that she did not need his help.

"Okay, I agree. I will review back this contract and call you later for signing the contract. I will arrange a place to sign this contract. Hmm...do you agree with the price for those two lands?" Mr Jang finally spoke out.

"Yes." Yu Qi already discussed the price for those lands with Mr Chu. Mr Chu helped her with that price.

"Okay, Miss Yu Qi. A pleasure to make business with you. I will call you back." Mr Jang stands up and shakes his hand with Yu Qi. Yu Qi also did that with Mr Chu.
