Everyone in the room was shocked about this development.

Shirou joined their alliance, they shared information with each other, such as the current masters and servants, but Shirou kept Archer(Emiya) hidden and also Illya. Rider revealed her identity as well. Medea also told them since there was no point in hiding it. Her master is strong by himself, so she wouldn't have to do much in the first place.

They were all surprised about Rider being Medusa and Caster being Medea, but not that surprised.

"Archer, go out and watch for us." Rin said. "Yes yes." And he disappeared. Rin, Shirou, Medea, Medusa, and Artoria went into the rooms. 'Time to check on Sakura.' Shirou thought before going into his own room.

In the room, Sakura was still unconscious. 'I wonder when she'll wake up?' Shirou took a chair and placed it next to the bed and sat. He felt tired and fell asleep while sitting on the chair.
