The next morning the group found themselves on a train to Osaka, to challenge the National Hall of Japan.

This was a crucial time for the team as they needed four wins and a good performance to receive more resources from their factions and the country.

After their employment in the maritime battlefield was done, their advisors would allocate resources and let factions send them money and resources for the first time.

Their training would actually begin from this point onwards.

The team soon got off at Osaka, and wasted no time in going to the Twin Guardian Towers, they were a symbol of mages of Osaka and stood towering above the city on a Hill outside the suburbs.

Besides that Japan and China had a rivalry being nearby countries that often visited each for the national teams, they had played. Last year Japan's rank in the world college tournament was far better than China's, they both finished 11th and 28th respectively.

The national advisors were keen for a victorious start and would be looking forward to hear the results.

The second problem was about who should be fighting, Cao Guang had no interest in showing off his cultivation and be targeted for the main tournament, especially when there was no chance of him being removed from the team, he was a Four element Advanced mage.

That afternoon they were led to the arena inside the West Tower by a soldier on duty and met with Fujikata and Mochizuki Ken, they were the Super mages who were the advisors for their national team this year, Mochizuki Ken was the chief advisor while Fujikata occupied the same role as Dean Song He.

" Welcome, since you young mages are keen on battling I won't bother you anymore with words, as guests you can choose the battle format, I have to remind you that atleast five people must battle here in Osaka, this is only a request I hope of you agree with me. Also General Kai over there will be the referee for the match, standard rules apply".

Mochizuki Ken one of the seventh generation Hunter Kings of Japan was calmer than Fujikata or his niece in the future and simply took things as it came, he wanted five substitutes to fight because in his mind that's how many had the potential to displace official members, he simply lobbied a fair chance for them.
