Cao Guang put those thoughts to the back of his mind as he organised the squad.

He sent Earth, Lightning , Fire and Ice mages on the outside and others in the inside of a formation. With him flying above the formation to help out and Luo Heng leading them on the ground.

Flame Belle temporarily went back to her Little doll form and stayed out of the perception of the Undead.

The squad soon made their way out of the wall and was tasked with dealing with Zombies and Skeletons and guard the Light Mage Formation that was setting off to take care of the Spectres that accompanied the Phantom Tyrant.

Spectres were only vulnerable to Light among classical elements. Other than they were also vulnerable to Dimensional and other forms of magic.

Cao Guang cast a Brilliant Light around the troops to identify all nearby Spectres for the Light Formation behind them. They then deal with them using a combination of Brilliant Light and Plummeting Rays.

Luo Heng actively led the squad to kill the zombies and skeletons by the dozen, when an aggravated Commander came against them.

"I'll take care of the Commander, hold your ground"

Cao Guang seperated from the group and went ahead to block of its advance. He looked ahead and saw a Horned Massacre Commander, it was the evolved form of Throat Slicing Horned Demons. A rare skeleton type general that liked massacre.

It had an anthropomorphic body, it's horns were more prominent than it's warrior form. It had eight of them, facing the four cardinal and the four sub directions. It was almost twenty five metres in height.

Cao Guang was glad that it was a skeleton and not a Spectre even though it was a Standard Commander. Against a spectre both his Advanced Galaxies were pretty harmless and Little Flame Belle was not a Great Commander in rank.

She was only at the Lesser Commander rank now, the reason for he insane power was the fact that she had two Soul grade Fires already they could boost her flames by 9.5 times and if Cao Guang cooperated by not using the Fire element, she could borrow Prairie Flames as well, then with a 12 x boost she had the equivalent of a Greater Heaven seed.

Why else would Shi Qianshou stay instead of using every trick in the book and not leave immediately if he was fighting an orthodox Great Commander.

Because of that fact she also didn't have the space type powers to the level she needed to fight a Commander level spectre. At the current stage it was only at the same level as Cao Guang.

Cao Guang summouned Flame Belle without fail and let her borrow Prairie Flames as well. He had a new stuff that he wanted to try out.

The domain of Crimson Death engulfed the beast as Advanced level spells boosted 12 x times hit it.

Cao Guang focused on his new Lightning seed and the sky became gravely dark and as lightning spiraled between the clouds. Cao Guang invoked the power that was coursing through his surroundings courtesy of Lightning Bliss.

Lightning Bliss

A Bolt of lightning with the strength of a tier one Advanced spell boosted 6 x times hit the Commander, paralysing it for more than a few seconds.The initial attack by Flame Belle was bad enough now that he had paralysed the beast, his daughter could conjure a spell earnestly.

Thousand Crimson Burning Feathers,

Being the strongest among the three soul seeds, Crimson Death dyed the attack in said colour. A thousand feathers of fire exploded on contact with the Horned Massacre Commander.

Some went inside it's body through the small opening made by Lightning Bliss.

The Standard Commander had died in just three attacks as it looked at Flame Belle screaming injustice with it's eyes.

An azure light filled the sky as a complete Soul Essence rose from its corpse. Cao Guang collected it into his Soul Container and returned to his troops.

He flew back with the Flame Belle on his shoulders munching on a snack. The team had almost destroyed the zombies in the way of the Light Formation mages under Luo Heng's command.

Cao Guang sped the process up with a spell of his own, so that the formation could finally start eliminating the dangerous spectres.

Sky Flame Funeral Blazing Rain

Brown fireballs the size of a human head rained on the Zombies as they perished and left some Soul Remnants and Essences.
