1 Entering the Tower

He felt a torrent of memories rushing into his brain. It felt like when in the past he used to have sudden migraine pains. When the pain managed, he opened his eyes to observe his surroundings it was all dark but not dark enough that he could not see, he could make out some rock shapes.

"It's been a long time since an irregular has entered the tower." Said Headon while holding his chin.

"Nevertheless, Welcome to the tower boy, my name is Headon and I am the guardian of the first floor. What is your name young man?" Headon asked.

"My name..., I do not remember my name but my last name is Mazino." He answered politely. He just understood whose memory it was and the young man in his memories who looked very familiar, like he should know him, but that young man should not know him.

He has transmigrated into the tower to be precise it is the "Tower of God". He has the same last name as Urek Mazino. The person is said to be at the same level as the 10 family heads. He is also acknowledged by them that he is their equal. What he could understand from the memory was that he should have some type of relationship with Urek, might be a cousin but he had a feeling that they might be much closer than cousins.

"Umm... Did you just say Mazino?" Headon was a little unsure if he heard it right.

"Then do you have any relation with the person named Mazino?"

"Sir, I do not know, I do not know why but my memories are a little hazy of the outside world." He told Headon the truth, Headon was said to be the most Transcendent Existence in the tower.

"Interesting... Fret not young man, we can just test it if you have any relation with the person named Mazino." Said Headon smiling shrewdly, showing his sharp teeth.

"How would you test it?" He already had a guess, but he was not sure. Because the first-floor test was only held for one chapter in the webtoon and was never discussed again.

Headon swung his staff and a giant Aquarium appeared before his eyes. There was a giant white eal trapped inside there and a black ball at its centre.

"You have to defeat the white eal or dodge its attack and reach the black ball it's guarding at the centre and destroy it and you will pass. Let me warn you the giant eal has been starving for many months." Said Headon while suddenly appearing beside him.

He was not surprised by the sudden appearance of Headon behind him, it was like he had anticipated Headon's movement. Seeing my unfazed expression, Headon lost interest.

"You may enter now," Headon said while gesturing for him to go ahead.

He slowly walked towards the Aquarium. When the giant white eal noticed someone approaching its cage, it got excited, like a hunter seeing its prey. When he stepped inside the Aquarium he was surprised that he did not feel the pressure of shinsu on his body. It was not even able to obstruct his movement.

The giant white eal rushed towards its prey. He closed his eyes from fright, and suddenly a memory came across his mind.

"Brother, how can become a strong person like you." A little kid asked.

"Oh my cute baby, why do you want to become strong when you have me." The kid's elder brother said while squeezing his face.

"I want to be able to protect you as you protect me." The little kid said.

"Baby, remember the secret of our strength lies in our heart."

"Then brother how can I access that strength?"

"Believe, believe that you can achieve anything anywhere in the world and you will find the strength to achieve it and make it possible in your heart."

The memory ended when he opened his eyes the eals hideous face was just an arm's length away from him. He made a fist and threw a punch, he believed even if the deal was just a breath away from him, he could kill it. The punch was so powerful that tides started to form in the shinsu and the Giant white eal burst into countless tiny pieces of meat, the black ball was long destroyed from the impact of his punch.

"Looks like my guess was right. Here, I forgot to give you your pocket, it is used to communicate with other challengers in the tower and you can make it invisible by saying invisible." Said Headon while he threw a pocket towards him.

He vanished from the first floor after receiving the pocket from Headon.

"Tower is about to become noisy again," Headon said while everything that was destroyed reverted back to its original condition.
