Ch 7 : Breaking News…

As Hiroto was getting to know Rinka and her family more, along with the pathetic little brother she had whom in the future that although he didn't necessarily hate at the beginning would sooner be a detestable character.

Despite, some things that are not in his control, to actually mast*rbate and not do sh*t to even save the person he loved, is quite a trait that he felt disgusted with.

Not to mention even when you saw Otome being grabbed by a creepy old man, just let it all happen.

And the very least he could've done was confirming his doubts at all when he was older in high school, by speaking or calling Otome in worry, he had seconds to see that she was being held forcefully and weirdly, but in the end no action was taken.

'This guy didn't even once at the sight of the video tape being sent to him, not take action after seeing that, and continued thinking as such, later on getting turned on by it. Hell if it were me, I would probably track those who were involved following that crime and even if I die in some form or commit things beyond morality and ethics, will not stop until I am satisfied with my revenge, my vengeance. Even if it all happened, I would stop at nothing to avenge them both.'

He thought with a slight disgust and strong intensity to Rinka's brother, referred to with the same name as Hiroto's sister Kazuki, only difference being the last name of Okino.

Not wanting a strong connection being made between the two of them, he will gladly call Rinka's brother in a distant manner with his last name.

"Hmm—little boy, Hiroto was it, sorry, umm… we checked the location and we found the body of the old man you were telling us about. But… can you lead us to where you left the weapon used exactly"

The police inquired information about where the supposed weapon was that they were informed and affirmed to have been used as indicated by the corpse found as they were apologetic to make the absurdly cute boy with an innocently intelligent vibe to guide them to the location thinking that Hiroto most likely had been traumatized considering his age, so making him return to that place was tough for them to ask of him.

"Oh! Is it only about that? If so, there's no need to bring you anywhere."

Hiroto forgetting about the knife he had told them, reached for his back, putting his hand to his waist under his clothes, grabs the weapon out of his inventory.

And as the police watches, they were in shock that the little boy that was so small and seemed exceptionally cute was carrying such a sharp knife so casually without any worry or discomfort.

Which scared all of them a little bit, because of how hidden it looked, they would've never expected a boy his age with a very small frame and height to carry something like that.

They were thinking that Hiroto was traumatized and dropped the weapon somewhere since that is normal for kids to have trauma after killing a person including the knife that was used.

But according to what they are seeing, it seems this incomparably cute boy is not as simple as it seems.

"So—Here it-is."

As he finishes saying with a small grin on his cute face, he hands it over to the police making them a bit more conflicted.

As they gulped at the sight and way the small boy brought out the weapon that killed a person in a gruesome manner so casually without ever seeing him traumatized in any form.

"Hiro—to!"

From the distance, as Hiroto gave the police the knife, a shout from the distant calls out his name, looking over, he see's Kazuki, his sister of course, running towards him, with a teary-eyed face with worry all over her face as she went to him for a hug after having gotten informed.

"Are you alright?"

She asked seriously, as she distantly holds him as she checked all over his body for an injury of any kind.

'If I remember correctly, Kazuki herself wasn't necessarily normal. I mean even she herself would've advised Kazami Yuuji to used his strongest arm, when it came to killing someone. So, it was more like me, that she was worried about huh… this feeling is—nice… having a person love you, care for you, and worry for you.'

Hiroto thought fondly as he compares something that he didn't necessarily had in his life before reincarnation to his current life.

"I'm doing fine Kazuki-nee!"

He responded with a smile on his cute face, unfazed by what just happened that indicate no problems or issues with himself.

"A-Ano Hiroto-kun! I-Is that you're sister?"

Rinka interrupting their moment asks, curious at who this cute girl who had just arrived is, seemingly older than her, and is fondly coddling her person of interest, the one she fell in love with.

'Please don't be like Otome is with my brother! Please don't be like Otome… I can't take another rejection… not another person taking my future love, my future—husband'

As she thought repeatedly with a seriously and a frown at the sight of the girl who hugged Hiroto thinking that she was a rival like Otome was to her, whom took her previous target of affection being her brother, that led to this whole ordeal in the first place.

After they both ran away leaving her behind, as she cried, not receiving the answer she'd have wanted, was rejected, and then finally traumatized a bit with this recent incident, unable to take another hit with his beloved betraying or rejecting him in that way.

"Ah! Hai! My name is Kazami Kazuki! Hiroto-kun's Aneue(sister). Nice to meet you…"

Kazuki notices her and answers politely as she formally introduced herself to Rinka.

'Kazuki? Kazami!'

Rinka spaces out a bit after recognizing that her name resembles that of her brother who she became disappointed in, yet her eyes glimmering at the thought of the pretty girl to be his target of affection's sister rather than a love-rival like it was with Otome.

As just near them, the little boy with the same name, Okino looks at Kazuki with interest and his eyes shining brightly at someone similar to him, only this time that this girl he looks at being very pretty, unable to divert his eyes away from this girl who seems to be near his age.

"Kazuki—Kazami"

Okino muttered as he looks at Kazuki who was as eye-catching as Hiroto with bright silver hair and ruby colored eyes, accompanied with smooth white skin and near perfect face along with her display of maturity, as he stops crying, paying attention to her.

As Okino for the time being, displayed signs of getting his first crush, although he had two girls out for him at the beginning, he never really had intense emotions for them, at most he was happy that they were giving him attention, and liked them to a certain extent, not to the level of that of a crush or his newfound obsession.

And so with that level of attention he got, all of it got to his head feeling narcassistic thinking that everyone would like him and fond over him just like it was previously with Rinka and Otome.

Which was a problem Hiroto identified as per his analysis of his character, as Okino at the time during high school thought that without ever doing anything, he will get everything he wants.

Something that his sister, Rinka if everything had gone to the original plot would have told him, years later.

As Hiroto remembered clearly of the scene of every detail of what Rinka said and thought of her brother.

'You really thought that even without doing anything, everything would go well, right? But this world isn't created for everyone's sake…'

He thought deeply of what she said.

Although Rinka in the future would still be in the wrong for involving Otome, with her sanity and thought-process as depicted on the storyline, it can be quite easy to manipulate a person to think in such a way and fall to such a degree, especially for it to have happened at a very early age that kind of influence can certainly impact you to a varying amount hah…

"A-Ano… My name is—Okino! Kazuki Okino!"

The little boy, Okino, the older brother of Rinka says to Hiroto's sister Kazuki, as he looked at her fondly.

"Hnn—nice to meet you. I'm Hiroto's sister, Kazami Kazuki!"

Kazuki responded distantly, not with the level of excitement as Okino.

And just in a bit, the rest arrives with Hiroto's parents more so his mother, Satoko worriedly asking if he's alright.

While his father, Ryouji, knowing that one of his prized possession is alive, just calmly asked the police for an in-depth explanation of what just happened.

As for the rest of the day, Hiroto's parents, more so his mother Satoko communicate with Rinka's family as they sort of form a bond of a kind, as for Ryouji he wasn't one to talk, but at times he spoke would be cold, distant, and has a tinge of arrogance or confidence.

During which, the police gathered everything, information, the corpse, checking for possible injuries, and let both the kid's involved in the incident back home, as they can't detain an underage kid, especially with major implications that the details provided to be accurate, even recommending both of them to a psychiatrist for any mental issues that this event might have given them.

And upon this, both parents asked whether or not the kids felt any discomfort or trauma, to the refusal of Hiroto and Rinka, they then inform them that it seems they don't need any or don't plan on one for the moment seeing as they don't see any form of trauma or issues mentally not shown.

Later on, news reporters catch wind of the situation as they all come running to this place, flooding energetically trying to find what little information they can get.

As the police don't say a word, while some civilians accidentally told one of them.

And upon that one reporter getting that information, takes a photo snap of Hiroto not minding considering he doesn't care. All the while, as both families involved started leaving to head off, walking together as they communicated, leaving behind the scene.

As Hiroto's mother Satoko talk with Rinka's parents on the way back, as eventually they split ways, with either's contact information, as they really bonded to a certain extent. And Rinka's brother Okino really trying to get to know Hiroto's sister to no progress, as Kazuki becomes more distant with him, with her attention only being at Hiroto. But before they split by an intersection in the street, Rinka then comes up to Hiroto.

"Ah… Hiro—to-nii! Umm… Thank—You for saving me that time! M-My—hero."

Rinka said while stuttering, with a blush consuming her cute face, as she leaned forward to Hiroto and kissed him on his face, remembering those shows and movies that she has seen from time-to-time, as she grabs her parents to leave back home.

As her brother, Okino reluctantly follows Rinka and their parents back home, as he wanted to know more about Kazuki, disappointed that she didn't show him the same interest that he had out for her, thinking confidently that he will succeed next time and that Kazuki will fond over him just like it was for Otome and Rinka.

And of course, all without his knowledge that his sister, Rinka is no longer in loved with him as she did in the past. While, unbeknownst to him that Otome, his 'chosen bride' will follow suit.

[ Third Person POV ]

[ ??? POV ]

Somewhere in a business setting of what resembles that of an office resides a middle-aged man sitting in his desk, another standing in front of the man, with files and a letter of recommendation that had the name of a person, a child along with a picture that spelled out the name, "Kazami Hiroto!"

"Professor Ayanokouji! An acquaintance has reached out regarding an offer about his child attending the private education facility, which if I'm guessing is the alias you told them. By the way, this man who wanted to send his child goes by the name Ryouji Kazami."

A man in business suit responds respectfully to the man in front.

"Hmm—a recommendation you say… I certainly remember passing out invitations to a handful of individuals, secretly under aliases and close relations, mostly those with high-ranking status that I'm familiar with. But I don't remember there being one that I am particularly in close contact with the name of Ryouji Kazami! Are you sure someone reached out?"

The man referred to as Professor Ayanokoji who sat in his desk with books, paperwork, a laptop, and a cup of coffee laid out in front of him said.

As the man revealed himself to be around 30 years old with slicked-back hair, a stern face, and looked at the one who informed him asked, doubting having ever known a man by the name of Ryouji Kazami nor having any connection.

"Ahah! Yes, Professor Ayanokoji! This man whose name Ryouji Kazami wanted to send his son, Hiroto Kazami to the White Room. And we are very secretive and cautious about any person knowing about this institution, so we have investigated that person and came to find out his relations to you. According to reports, his son is approximately two years old. And certainly had connections with him some time ago."

The man who stood in front of him mentioned seriously and strictly said, as he then placed the file containing information of the Kazami family involving Satoko's lineage.

"Hmm—either way, no matter how connected we were in the past, it's not like we can just accept a nobody in. Not to mention, the White Room has already been running for quite some time, so sending him at this time, is too late. After all, most of the time, we either accept some orphans with no background or connection to retaliate in or some people with similar thought-process that we can trust to certain extent, typically high-status individuals are allowed to get their kids in with the education program that they largely believe to be the absolute best environment for their children to receive."

Professor Ayanokoji stated emotionlessly as he explained reasons to refuse this recommendation.

"We have investigated thoroughly, Professor Ayanokoji. According to the information we have received Kazami's son is two years old and we believe he would be an excellent fit for the White Room."

The other man in a suit persisted insisting the man in front of him to reconsider.

"Besides just that… It will take a while until a new generation to be created and even then he will either be too old for his competing peers or be young for the previous generation. So, if we had to accept him in—it would either have to be in the 4th Generation focused on Individualism or 5th Generation based on communications and collaboration. Both Generations already received education far beyond what the outside world imposes that this child, Hiroto Kazami was it's name. At the time will be too far behind that he will simply fail at the standards that White Room provides. Not to mention being an outsider would mean that he has been corrupted or adapted to the outside world, which seems to not have any tangible benefit that he can bring us. In the end, its all just a disappointment waiting to happen."

As Professor Ayanokoji further added, logically speaking on his thoughts on the matter regarding Ryouji's late acceptance and inquiry about letting his son in to the education.

"Every generation is created annually, with every year, comes the formation of one generation. Based on his age, we could've accepted him to the 6th Generation had he come sooner seeing as this is his age group, but as it stands, making an exception with just one kid for an unlikely reward is just an absolute waste of resources. So with that said—Reject them."

Professor Ayanokoji resolutely said with a disapproving attitude, as he began finalizing his decision without delving too deep in the files of information given by the man standing who gave the report and letter.

"Yes, Professor Ayanokoji!"

The other man bowed and took his leave, accepting the professor's final decision as he says this. As the professor sat alone in contemplation, he remembered the name he had heard.

"Hiroto Kazami? Huh…"

He thought as he matched the name and face of the person who was recommended by a former acquaintance, that though he was not close to, was interested to a certain extent due to various reasons.

Turning on the television to catch up on current events, he stumbled upon a news story that piqued his interest.

As the headline read out, "Breaking News: Two Year Old Child Brutally Murders R*pist, Found Dead in a Forest near a Park."

One with a photo of the child who is presumed to be the one behind the recent event.

And Professor Ayanokoji seeing that the child behind involved in this case being the child he just rejected, remembering the photo to match up to the file that he received earlier, it caught his interest.

"Hoh—Now this is interesting…"

He said so with bright glimmering eyes as he shows interest at the child he thought to not have any potential or benefit to his use to actually possess a talent that attracts his attention, putting the child to a higher regard.

As he takes out his phone to seemingly calling someone.

"Hello! Ah! Professor Ayanokoji, what may you be calling for? I've already left the building and I am about to send the refusal letter to the Kazami family in the mail."

The voice on the other side questioned, whom seems to be the guy he asked to reject the admission earlier responded.

"Hmm—Actually I… changed my mind—terminate the rejection proposal that I mentioned earlier. And… tell them we accept the admission of his son, welcome him to the White Room."

Professor Ayanokoji said to the man on the phone, as he formally and verbally stated his acceptance to the little boy he took interest in - Hiroto Kazami.

As a cunning smile reaches his face with motives behind his action, as he foresees great potential and an immense reap of rewards within this young man.

(Authors Note:

Well, I was bored recently, so I created this. But here's the thing, I'm really going to be pushed behind with time on next chapter update, cause I have a lot of work needed done for this week and the next.

Anyways, I actually read and watched Otome Dori more in depth for the plot. Not just the BIG PLOT, but the actual plot.

Also I read most parts in the Volume 0 of Classroom of Elites, featuring the introduction of the White Room, skimmed through some of them, so hopefully I portrayed them as they were depicted, character-wise to other future aspects.

And if you're wondering why quality is better in this chapter, its because I wrote in a laptop for this chapter for once, usually it'd be my phone, so spelling errors, auto correct, searching up synonyms, are frequent issues I deal with. Although I might go back to writing on my phone, cause its more handy to carry anywhere, so quality drop might be coming next chapter in that regard, expect it. |-_-| )
