First World (In Progress) : —Grisaia no Meikyuu. —Yandere Simulator. —Otome Dori! —Classroom of the Elites —Happy Sugar Life! ————————————————————— (***Author’s Note*** I am still new to writing, so I am trying to get adjusted to writing a story meaning everything is still in progress and undergoing improvements as I improved in this journey. Feel free to leave a note for any problems. Another heads up, I do not own any anime, art, or character aside from the OC protagonist mentioned in this novel. It is merely a fanfiction trying to develop my writing skill. At times the cover may be an AI generated picture or one that was picked off the internet. I will try to include both, one original and one generated, so as to give the readers an image to go off on, in various styles. And considering this is a fanfic there are a lot of spoilers, so those that want to get spoiled, it is your choice to read. Additionally, the update schedule for new chapters is inconsistent which can come in days, a few weeks, and possibly rarely months. Lastly, the pacing is slow for a various reasons, as it gives me more ways to develop the story and build a decent foundation to all later future chapters. Not to mention, being too fast-paced gives off the vibes of being rushed. )

Ch 10: Who are you?

The girl who wore a high school uniform looked at Hiroto and the body of the man killed before her eyes in disbelief.

She seemed more afraid than relieved considering the boy in front of her beat the man in a gruesome manner.

"W-Who… Who are you?" She muttered soft enough for him not to hear in a frightened tone.

"Hey, are you alright?" Hiroto said with a smile on his face extending his hand to help her up.

As the girl doesn't respond still in the state of shock at the gruesome sight, but a bit more grateful for the child saving her.

"A-Ah! Thank you! Thank you for saving me!" She snapped out of it and remembered that he saved her.

As the girl thanked him, pulled Hiroto in for a deep hug.

As she felt comforted at the cute and seemingly innocent kid who emanated a calming warmth and light that puts her at ease wanting to embrace it further.

"Oh! S-Sorry, I didn't mean it…"

Realizing that she hugged the child in front of her unconsciously she apologized and let go of him.

"It's alright. You've just experience something traumatizing," he comforted softly.

"…" She sat down looking speechless as the child in front of her seem fine despite . "Are you not scared…"

"Not really." Hiroto responded shaking his head.

"Is it fine for me to continue… hugging you."

The girl asked softly feeling that very heartwarming and comforting aura from him

She has never felt something like this ever before, it tempts her to reach out for it.

'So, it's her…' Hiroto recognizing who she was and pinpointed out of all of his countless memories.

"Ah! I forgot to tell you my name." The girl noticed she didn't know the name of the cute kid in front of her, introduced herself. "Kobe! My name is Yūna Kobe. What's your name?"

The highschool girl revealed herself as her features is illuminated by the light.

She had medium length dark-blue hair, a smooth fair skin and a set of dark purple eyes.

And wearing a female high school uniform with a handheld bag near her that had fallen a few feet away from her.

"Kazami! Hiroto Kazami, a pleasure to meet you. Are you okay now?" He says letting out a smooth childish chuckle patting her head.

"…" Yūna becomes dazed as she feels purified and warm at the sight of the boy.

She has never felt this way ever before and never met a boy as cute as the one in front of her that gives her so much comfort.

Ever since the moment she was born up until now in high school, her life has been monotonous and dull.

It has had ups and downs, but above all every day of her life was governed by her parents.

She has always lived following by her parents guidance.

As if she has never had thoughts of her own.

Although she has friends in school, so she was never so lonely, kept on striding in life as if without purpose and just lived with a smile.

For the last 16 Years of her life was very bland and reminiscing about her past experience.

Yūna always wears the clothes her mom chooses for her. She attends the same school her father decides on.

More often than not she has had many thoughts on her life being truly alright.

As she always walked thinking, 'Can I really stay like?' Every day as she wonders from her way to school and back to her home.

It was then she decided that no matter how dull her own life has been Yūna thought that, 'Even if I don't choose something… Maybe someone will appear who chooses me!'

As she smiled at the thought of having a special somebody, a relationship with another person who she fantasizes will be an extraordinary person.

Someone who is really cool, sweet, holding her hand to show what a bright and amazing world truly looks like, bringing her out of uneventful life.

As she skipped her way home at the thought, while joyfully humming and singing.

"La-La-La~♪ La-La~"

She was interrupted as she bumped into someone.

It was on the same day where she finally felt so relieved and determined on how vibrant her life may be in the future did she have one of the worst days of her life.

As she bumped into a person while so joyfully skipping at the thought of her prince-charming fantasy who would save her from her unremarkable life, not realizing someone was near her path.

It was a man with thick dark-black hair, sharp sanpaku eyes, and an earring on both ears.

As he wore a long sleeve with only his left arm exposed as it was rolled back revealing his tattoos.

The man feeling irritated at the woman who bumped into him shouted at her.

"Hey, Watch it Bitch! And what's with your shitty singing?" He said loudly as he was mad at her.

Yūna feeling overwhelmed at the man's loud voice and angered tone was unable to get herself straight.

"Apologize." The man did not just say those words, but rather commanded for her to ask for forgiveness.

As Yūna was still in a state of shock with how the man was overwhelmingly domineering and serious for such a small mistake.

"Um-Uh-Ah?" She mumbles, unable to formulate her words irritating the man further.

"I told you to apologize!" He shouted even louder this time accompanied by an uncalled for slap to her face.

At this time she was even more stunned and confused at the man getting physical.

"OOOI!" The man called out to her grabbing her hand, as if to not let go until she apologize.

Which only further made Yūna unable to respond, at the same time thinking that she would be hurt again.

"Hiii—No-Noo-Sniff~Sniff~ I'll do anything. I-I'm sorry. P-Please." She said with tears on her face dripping down and holding her hand above her face as if to shield herself from the man.

At the sight of the girl being so vulnerable and weak in front of himself. A smirk emerges on his face.

"Then come with me for a bit…" He said calmly this time with a smile and perverse thoughts run through his mind.

As she was led to a somewhat remote place as the Sun was setting, a place with little people and noise.

As Yūna realizes what the man is planning to do, she tried to resist, but no matter how much effort she put, it was all for naught.

She was not able to resist in anyway. And just when she thought it was over, hopeless for her to fight.

A person, no not just anyone.

But rather an incomparably cute child walked by, as he waved to her in the dimly lit place.

'Help me!' She mouthed out those words silently and stared at him to perhaps call for an adult or maybe he himself act to help her.

All she wanted was to get away from the man who was going to do something to her at all cost.

She was not willing to just let everything happen, but realizes that if he notices the kid in front of her that he might scare the kid away.

So she tried her hardest to both make the child know that she is in danger or a struggle with the man in front of her.

As she shouted, "Help M-Me…" before being silenced by the man slapping her face once again and this time holding her mouth rendering her unable to say a word.

It was all according to her plan, she was able to call for help, and the boy should notice and… know and get an adult right?

She started doubting as the kid was very young according to the child's height. Which makes her hesitate if she should rely on the kid.

It was only then when she had doubts that the boy had come very close behind the man.

While at the same time more shocked at the kid for getting closer to them rather than calling for someone.

Making the man who pinned her down notice her reaction and actions, looking towards what she seemed stunned at.

While he turns to where she stared at, only to see a glimpse of a small person? No a kid.

He was swiftly blinded in one eye the next moment

As one of his eyes turns completely black.

And the pain settles in.

"ACK! WHAT THE F*CK" The man shouted in pain.

She felt worried yet at the same time relieved as she was unrestrained by the man, setting her free.

But still stunned in place as the child did something bold and gruesome, as the kid's smooth and cute face had a smile at his work.

She thought it was over, it was then that the man was reaching to hit the boy.

And seeing this she was worried for the kid's safety. It was only a few seconds when she knew that her thoughts were unnecessary.

As the boy who was seemingly about to get a beating, all of a sudden countered the man who grabbed him.

Not only that, but to unnervingly extreme levels, as she witnesses the beating of the man whom had perverted thoughts about her.

From the other eye being severely injured by the kid, to the kicks on the man's back. Each one making a loud thud that everyone near may hear and infer on how strong that kick was.

Accompanied by the snap of bones breaking that show for the amount of damage, each hit was making.

Yūna was just too stunned and looked at everything.

She was relieved that the man is truly immobilized judging by how much he took, and the little-to-no reaction after that beating, yet at the same time a little frightened at the kid who was so gruesome.

At the same time, a bit grateful as she knew the kid was doing it for her sake, but even then she was more scared of how he saved her.

Not to mention, the extent of how she was saved made it even worse.

But just when she was starting to have bad impression of the kid.

The boy asked with an angelic smile, "Hey, are you alright?"

As his face comes into full-view, at the start she saw a few bits of his face and thought he was cute, but it was more than she thought.

As she examines the boy's face clearly, she could not speak clearly, as if put into a curse, she was in a daze, just staring at the kid.

Although he was a very small kid looks to have a physique too robust for a child his age, yet looks so thin.

And that was not the only eye-catching aspect about him, but his face looks so perfect and refined, a cuteness unlike any other. As if he was entirely crafted by a god.

He not only was stunningly cute, but exuded a warmth and sense of comfort that she never felt ever before, not even from her own parents.

Maybe a little, after all they were her parents.

But nothing like the one that came from the kid.

As the kid in front of her asked if she was fine and reached out his hand towards herself, the boy for the moment seemed like an angel sent from the heavens.

At the same time, the immensely comforting sensation grew to an unbearable point that it overtook her thoughts as she not only reached out for the kid, but unconsciously pulled him into a deep hug.

As all the fear was knocked out of her and only that feeling that emanated from him came above all of her other thoughts.

(Author's Note:

Welp, it has been a while, I've been feeling very lazy lately. Thus for this long waiting period without a chapter.

Even then a somewhat shorter chapter.

The only thing I've changed was the title of the book which was -Traveler- seemed very bland and vague to some extent, so I changed it.

To be honest, a bit of a writer's block, at least in this current point of the book.

It's mostly due to me having more thoughts about the plot I have planned later on in the book rather than at the moment.

And even then those things I have planned have not necessarily even been written down to remember, because I am too lazy to, so it's prone to possibly getting lost. Though that's not exactly the problem as I remember them quite easily.

And even some worlds I already planned to implement and how they might develop in my head aren't written down.

Other than that, I really only have a few issue that's keeping me from writing.

But the biggest of them all is that although I improved a bit with 3rd Person writing and how it can make the story a bit more refined, I'm having trouble with more so developing the character of each individual.

At some parts, I felt I did really well on, just like the Satou Matsuzaka POV before my rewrite and even Yūna Kobe in this chapter.

But at other times, it was just really bad, that it hurts my brain or rather cringes me the f*ck out.

Although I must say including some dialogues that came straight from the work whether it be the manga version or anime do help with that piece.

Just as I did with Yūna in this chapter.

So, with that note, those are my only concerns at the moment.

Mostly the character of each person though I can see myself improving bit-by-bit and too much overthinking of the plot that is too much later on in the book that I can't think straight for the current progression.

Although I feel a bit better as the current chapter does seem a bit better than all previous chapters, I might change a bit with the dialogue of Professor Ayanokoji as it seemed too long now that I look back on it, other than that no changes whatsoever in mind.

So, with that said update schedule is…

I must say still very inconsistent on my mood and inspiration, but I will at least try to do at least one per each month, maybe even as early as a week, and perhaps even more than one chapter, but it really just depends.
