1 Reborn

'Hmm? why is it so dark here?'

Darkness it was all he could see.

He tried moving his body only to feel nothing not knowing if he really moved or not infact he couldn't feel anything.

'Did I really die... that's impossible nothing could kill me... am I trapped or is this what that woman did? did they put me in a coma why?'

He tried thinking many ways if he really died, just trapped or in a coma.

'I... remember everything? from birth to when I died I remember it.

If I died why would I be able to think am I in the afterlife does it really exist? but why is it all black am I in hell? after all I killed over a billion people but at the same time I did save the earth from those aliens.

Shouldn't I end up in heaven I saved more people than killed plus the earth.'

He tried thinking of many ways to waste time.

'Huh, why do I feel sleepy?'

He fall asleep the second he thought of something.

An unknown time later...

'Did I just woke up?'

Puzzled at what he experienced he started to think again.

'Do souls still have to sleep? I thought it was only the human body soul posseses that gets tired, is it the soul? or am I really trapped...'

He thought of many possibilities of why he can still talk in his mind.

'I can't be trapped, if I am I would be able to talk to my mind without falling asleep, if I am in a coma I can't think, it would only be a second to me.'

Frustrated about not being able to figure out what state he is in, he thought of everything he can.

An unknown time later passed of him sleeping and thinking...

He gave up whether he was trapped, alive, dead or in a coma he just wanted to sleep but...

He felt something he didn't feel before.

'I can feel?...'

It was him moving his arm and his leg.

'I can move my arms legs and mouth! What is this!? am I trapped underwater?

I am trapped! I was right!'

He said moving around trying to get out of where he is but he soon found it futile as he can't break whatever it is that is trapping him.

He gave up, he just wanted to sleep forever.

'Perhaps the last 15 years of my life made me lazy, learning all language, cooking and making myself stronger... it's not like anyone will miss me if I didn't escape whatever this is'

An unknown time passed of him just sleeping wanting to die so could no longer think...

'Fuck it's so boring here I wish I could jus-'

He felt something rotating his whole body.

'What the fuck!?'

After finally rotating his whole body he felt all the water surrounding his body gone, he closed his eyes as he felt the wall surrounding him push him out.

He felt something he didn't when he was inside the prison he was in, it was... air and cold on the top of his head.

Next it was his face he could breath air and see light the first time in an unknown time.

"Just a little more push."

And the first thing he heard was.

"*Huff* *Huff* *Huff *Huff* AHHH!"

Screamed crying by the woman in pain who was laying down on a Delivery Bed used for giving birth.

The Doctor who was making sure the delivery of the baby goes well, was supporting the baby.

After the deliver was successful he cut the umbilical cord connecting the baby and the mother, he showed the woman who seems to be a woman in her early 20's long black hair and brown eyes holding her husband and said.

"It's a boy!" the Doctor said cheerfully giving the baby to the 2 nurse beside him to clean the baby, the baby was cleaned and put to a towel like a burrito.

After seeing the baby who has come out of her body she smiled it was the most painful and happiest day of her life she would never forget.

"Can I hold him." said by the woman stretching her hands toward the baby

The Doctor nodded and gave the baby to it's mother.

"Ohh he looks just like you."

"I know he looks so strong and handsome like me hahaha." said by the man who she was holding earlier.

"Hello my name is Sophia and this is your Dad Daniel, say hi to your Mom and Dad *hick* *hick*" she then started crying again as she was holding her newborn baby.

Daniel then hugged her wife as he started to cry too.

"Can I breastfeed him?" she said looking at the doctor.

The Doctor nodded.

The baby who hasn't made a noise was bewildered in his head.

'I really am reborn... maybe I can change I don't know if I kept my abilities with me but I would have to check on that.' the baby thought to himself showing no reaction on his face his eyes slightly open seeing that his mother was going to breastfeed him he accepted it.

After an hour he stopped sucking and fall asleep.

"isn't he cute?" he said rubbing the baby's head

Sophia smiled then kissed her husband and said.

"I know."

"Doctor how long do we have to stay here?"

"You can leave anytime you want or stay until your wife's discharged after your wife transfers to postnatal ward"

"Thank you, you are going to see your home." he said excitedly looking at the baby.

The mother who saw this laugh quietly as to not wake up the baby from sleeping.

"No problem, she may need to eat and shower before transferring if you have any more questions to ask please ask them."

"We don't."

The Doctor nodded then left the room leaving them alone.

"What do you want to name him?" said looking at his wife
