Prologue: Chapter 1- Birth

(Somewhere outside Konohagakure)

In a ceremonial altar, there can be seen, two newborn babies. Near them, there can be a claw seen impaling a red-haired woman and a blond-haired man.

"You won't see them for a while, so tell them anything you want to say now." the blond man said weakly. (Minato)

"Naruto, Menma. Don't be a picky eater..." said the red-haired woman(Kushina) to the two newborns. "Minato, I'm sorry... for talking so much," Kushina said to Minato. "No. It's alright... Naruto, Menma as your father … I'll just second everything your mom said."

Undenounced to them one of the newborns was listening to the couple. He was shocked to realize that he is in anime/manga Naruto before he had thought that someone was watching tv nearby.

The last thing he remembers was that he was lying in a hospital bed as his consciousness slowly fades to black. Then the next thing he knew he was greeted by this scene.

'What happens? why am I here? did I reincarnate into the Naruto universe? But why did they mention the name Menma?' Menma(MC) thought. As far as his aware Menma was Naruto in an alternate reality in the infinite Tsukuyomi and the antagonist in the limited Tsukuyomi.

While Menma was going through his thoughts he felt that he was getting sleepy, he notices a group of people was coming near them.

Then an old man arrives with a group of people wearing a mask near the pair of newborns, taking the pair away for the site.

(Time Skip 4 years)

In those 4 years, Menma confirms that the world he is in was similar to the canon storyline of Naruto, the only thing different is that he exists. Over the years his appearance was the same as Menma in the story, he and his twin brother Naruto has overall the same appearance the only way to differentiate them is that Menma has the same hair as his father(Minato) and has violet eye color similar to his mother(Kushina).

Despite knowing his parents Menma did not mention anything to Naruto, feeling that Naruto was not ready knowing who their parents were.

-Hokage's office-

An old man sitting with a pipe on his mouth(Hiruzen/ 3rd Hokage) looking at the young child with blond hair and violet eyes(Menma). As they were discussing his as well as his brother's enrollment to the ninja academy.

As their discussion ends Menma left the Hokage's office, Hiruzen thought of every encounter he had with the child. Surprise by the maturity and intelligence of the child looked back at the time when the twins were kicked out of the orphanage.

(Flashback a few weeks ago)

Having enough of the antic of Naruto as well as hated of the twins, the matron had kicked them both out. Outside the orphanage Naruto was about to yell at the matron he was stopped by his brother, Menma instead apologizes for Naruto's behavior then left dragging along his shocked brother.

"Why did you stop me! She has no right to kick us out!" said Naruto to Menma "Naruto enough!"

As they were walking down an empty street, Naruto suddenly said with a sad expression "Sorry that I got you dragged into this". Naruto felt guilty that his brother was also kicked out due to his antics.

As they pass through a park they had seen a familiar figure sitting at the bench. Menma knew that the Anbu that had watched over them had reported to Hokage that they were kicked, Naruto had rushed to the familiar figure as soon as he notices.

As Naruto narrated what had happened to them to the old man(Hiruzen) after Hiruzen passed the order to never mention the nine-tail fox he had hoped that the hatred would not be passed down to the new generation. He had realized that being shunned by the civilian of the village was the reason for Naruto's antics and at times Menma would also shoulder his brother's punishment even if he had no part of it.

As soon as Hiruzen set up the twin apartment as well as providing them monthly allowances for their daily necessities both Naruto and Menma thank Hiruzen. Hiruzen had already guessed that Menma had known he was the Hokage and that Menma was secretly started training.

(Flashback over)

-Near the ninja academy-

Menma and Naruto had already fill out the form and submitted it, Naruto had already gained his ambition to become Hokage and to be respected by the people of the village. As they were walking back home Naruto suddenly suggests playing ninja then proceeded to run.

Menma already used to his brother's antics did not give chase as he continues walking. He was currently thinking if he had forgotten something. Then he suddenly remembers that this was the moment Naruto and Hinata would meet, while going through his mind about this event He then chases after Naruto.

As soon as he caught up Naruto was beaten by three bullies, Menma suddenly felt angry and defended Naruto. Menma had already known some of Jutsu from the show and had sneaked into training grounds to spy on some ninjas. Of course his not stupid luckily he was a sensor type like his father and chose to spy on Genins and some Chunins.

Menma punches one of the bullies in the face as it caught them off-guard due to how fast Menma was, but as soon as they recovered from the surprise attack one of them was greeted by a kick. Seeing that his two friends were knocked out he chose to run but was caught by Menma.

Anbu was shocked to see that Menma used body flicker to initiate the fight, as soon as the Anbu recovered from the shock the Anbu left to report the incident to the Hokage.

After the fight Menma then went to see how the unconscious Naruto was holding up, as soon as he got back he notices Naruto woke up and was talking to Hinata. Hinata thanked Naruto and him and tries to return Naruto's scarf but instead let her keep it.

Then Naruto and Menma left to go home, Menma seeing Naruto's beaten face thought it was a good idea to go to Ramen Ichiraku to cheer him up. As they wait for their orders Menma thought about how the future will unfold.
