Okay so some of you are confused by the use of the mc going into the library to steal jutsu and such. Here's my understanding of the security in the village.

Anbu headquarters: A child wearing a ORANGE JUMPSUIT can sneak inside a place filled with top tier ninja who specialise in infiltration without being detected, set pranks and leave without anyone noticing.

The security in the leaf village has gone down after the war. Most of the ninjas don't notice much at all.

Some chunins can't catch Naruto who wears an orange jumpsuit. If he had a brain he would've snuck into the library to learn jutsu without anyone noticing except for Sarutobi who watches him from his crystal ball.

As for Fuinjutsu it's a lost cause. Most of the ninja in the leaf village don't use it when it's Narutos generation whose in training. Most of the ninja don't try to learn the art.

The only ones alive in the leaf village at this point who specialise in Fuinjutsu are Sarutobi, Danzo and Jiraya. That's it. No one else uses it so the books just collect dust.

As for the hospital, if Naruto can sneak into a hidden headquarters for Anbu wearing an orange jumpsuit then the MC who has high potential and practiced sneaking in front of many ninja can watch from affar without anyone noticing.

The security in the village is lacking because of the peace that went on after the nine tails attack. This caused the ninja to let their gaurd down as again a ORANGE JUMPSUIT wearing boy who is hated by everyone can sneak into places without the experienced ninja noticing and prank them.

That's all I have to say for learning but I will make the Anko and mc talk more believable.
