40 Hero basic training.

As we walked into Ground Beta Deku looked around at everyone like child in a candy shop, analyzing every bit part of their costumes and functions.

Uraraka walked up to us, as the rest of the class noticed.

"That's such a cool costume, Deku-kun!" She said, "Gives off a dark, brooding vibe."

"It sure does!" Mina added.

Meanwhile the boys looked at my costume with great interest.

"Why choose...that?" Kaminari asked.

"What? Isn't it cool?" I said.

"It is but... it's also kinda wacky." Sero explained.

"But it has a badass longcoat and all!" I said.

"Yeah, that's the problem! It looks good on paper, but a white longcoat on a black body suit feels odd. It looks like it's out of some french fashion magazine. Why did you even choose that?" Kaminari asked.

"Because I can blend with the sky!"

"Wait ... how?"

"It's white and light blue right? And the sky is also white and blue. So I can just walk up and roll into a ball. People tend to not look up." I explained.

"Oh, I get it now! That's a great idea! Goes well with your quirk." Sero said.

"I know right!" I said smiling.

"Everybody gather up! It's time for hero training!" All Might said.

"Sir!" Iida interrupted.

"Yes, Iida was it?"

"Since this is the battle station from the entrance exam, will we be conducting urban battles again?" Iida asked.

"No, we're going to move two steps ahead! Most of the time fighting villains happens outside, but looking at the numbers, atrocius villains appear inside at a greater rate." All Might explained.

"Hostages, house arrests, backdoor deals - in this society filled with heroes, truly intelligent villains hide in the shadows! So for today's training you're going to split up into 2 on 2 teams of heroes and villains in indoor battles."

"This is basic training?" Tsuyu asked.

"These are real battles to make you understand those very basics!" All Might clarified.

"However, the key this time is that there is no robot that you can just beat up."

"How will the wins and losses be determined?" Momo asked.

"Can we beat them up anyway?" Bakugo asked.

"Will the punishment be expulsion like with Aizawa-sensei?" Uraraka asked.

"How shall we be split up?" Iida asked.

"Isn't this cape crazy?" Aoyama asked.

"I'll answer all your questions!" He said, pulling out a script put of god knows where in that skintight spandex, as he read out.

"The situation is that the villains have hidden a nuclear weapon somewhere in their hideout. The heroes need to catch the villains or get the weapon in the alotted time. The villains have to either keep the weapon the whole time or defeat the heroes. The time limit is ten minutes!"

"The situation feels very american!" Someone said.

"The teams will be decided by drawing lots."

"The teams are decided so haphazardly?" Iida commented.

"Heroes often have to form makeshift teams with nearby agaencies to deal with villains!" Deku explained.

"I see the discernmemt to look ahead....Forgive my rudeness!" He said, bowing to All Might.

"It's fine lets do this quickly!" He said, pumping a fist into the air.

As the teams were decided, me and Bakugo ended up on the same team with Deku and Tsuyu opposing us.

"Okay! Let's start! Villain team, go in and set up. Hero team will enter in five ninutes! The rest of us will be watching from the comm room. Follow me!" He said, leading the class away.

As I walked in with bakugo, setting up the bomb in the second floor girl's bathroom this time instead of the canon top floor.

"You stay here, I'll deal with that damn Deku!" Bakugo immediately ordered and made to leave.

"No. I refuse. You'll ruin the training like this. We are villains and if we're supposed to be smart enough to get our hands on a nuke, we have to be smart about battling them. I'll end the situation even before it starts." I said, immobilizing Bakugo right on spot.

Then, I waited, as the heroes walked in.

Except Deku was smart enough to know that charging in would be the end of them. So he sent Tsuyu to climb the tower from the outside and look in throught he windows.

Too bad for them, they stood no chance.

I looked at the monitoring camera, gave a thumbs up and put my fingers in front of my left eye, while closing the right, in a camera motion.

I wanted them to think I needed an action to project eyes, so I could hold them back in the sports festival and take the whole school by surprise.

I began projecting my eyes, from surface to surface until there was at least one eye in every room, hallway and corridor. Soon I spotted Tsuyu looking in and froze her head in place as she dangled from the second floor.

Then came Deku, trying to hide his form behind his cape to be safe from me.

Dumbass didn't think I could just freeze the whole cape and him alltogether. Which is exactly what I did.

Once that was done, I looked at the camera and made a motion with my hands as if to say, "We're done here."

The training ended anticlimatically, just like that as we made our way back to the comm room, with Bakugo bitching my head off the whole way for not letting him fight his destined soul rival or some shit.

As we walked into the office, the class erupted with comments.

"How did you do that?"

"How many powers do you even have?"

"That is so broken. Can you sprout eyes anywhere?"

"How are we even supposed to fight that!"

"Can you peek under skirts with it?"

"Aren't I sparkling?"

All Might queited the class down with a thunderous clap.

"It's time to review the result! Learning from our experiences is a part of being hero after all. The villain team won an overwhelming victory but the only one who truly won, the MVP of the match was Haru-shounen! Can anyone explain why?" He asked.

Momo raised a hand as did Iida.

"Momo, right? Go ahead." He said.

"Haru-san was the MVP because he singlehandedly took care of the hero team without compromising their position or members. He also took initiative in controlling Bakugo who would have exposed them to danger and capture without hesitation. The choice to hid the bomb in the girl's bathroom at the edge of the building was also a sound decision as no one would look in there. That's why Haru-san is the MVP of the match." She explained.

"That's...exactly right!" All Might said, stuck for words.

Didn't expect such detail from a kid huh? He'll learn.

"Alright then. Next team. Get to setting up. We'll begin in five minutes. Go!"

So the training continued, with everything else going according to canon.

That day, as I walked out the school with Deku, Uraraka and Kirishima, the rest of the class close behind, I spotted a telltale pair of blond buns poking out from behind the gate.

Uh oh. Nononono!

It can't be.

I steeled myself, and walked out as casually as I could, chatting with Deku about his cape tactic.

I hoped against hope I was wrong about the identity of the person by the gate. And I was a fool to do so.

As soon as I neared the gate, Haruto spotted me.

"Papa!" He cried out happily.

"Papa!?" The rest of the class exclaimed.

Oh fuck all kinds of duck. Why did this have to happen to me? On the first day of class even!

Deku grabbed my shoulder with shaking hands and a pale face and asked.

"Tell me I'm dreaming Haru-chan. I'm dreaming right?"

I sighed in exasperation.

Fuck my life!
