As of chapter 7, the MC has the following abilities.
SCP-4001 - Mint Quality, Inferior Version.
Extradimensional Library that requires the MC to provide his own energy, converted partly from stamina similar to how chakra is converted partly from physical energy in Naruto, to perform all tasks.
He has 2 skills, namely, Pen of Fate and Shelf Jenga.
As of chapter 7, the tasks that the library can perform, with the MC's current energy, let's call it mana pool for convenience, are minor alterations such as -
1. At most healing a broken bone or two, by erasing the brokenness out of the book, with a simple cross-line through the sentence that details the injury happening.
Though this is only possible for the MC, at least currently, if he does it soon after the injury takes place. It'll also cost him nearly all his mana pool to do it.
This will change as MC grows more powerful.
2. Planting a small idea or suggestion in someone, so long as it doesn't go against their inherent nature.
This means he can't make people do stuff they otherwise would be against doing, unless convinced very effectively.
So he cant make heroes rape and dismember children or make All For One do a pole dance in the middle of the street.
But he can make people do things they would have otherwise done.
For example, if someone is running to the toilet for a piss, he can make that person piss their pants prematurely.
If someone was walking to the store, he can make them run to the store.
He can also use this ability to distract someone by writing it in their book.
For example, he can write that person A noticed something and was distracted, or that person B suddenly felt their balls itch, or even person C got unreasonably angry at something and popped a nerve.
This can work wonders in a combat situation by distracting the enemy, making it easier to land a blow on them.
MC's mana pool will grow with time, experience, hard work and the number of books in his library that he has command over at a time.
Currently, the library holds over 320k books gathered by the MC over the course of 7 years.
Of these the MC can currently actively control 90k of them at a time, cumulatively resting in nearly 400+ shelves
The shelves are reinforced hardwood, 2 meters high, and 1.6 meters wide, containing books cataloging the lives of everyone the MC meets.
The books are felt hardcovers, 22cm in length, 15cm in width, and 27 mm in thickness.
Both, the books and the shelves are auto-repairing, at the cost of the MC's energy.
If a book or shelf is taken out of the MC's range of 200 meters, it automatically unsummons itself, so there is no threat of them being stolen.
The books are written in an eldritch tongue legible to and editable by, only the MC.
To get a book to enter his library,
1. The MC has to witness the person, even hearing or seeing them out of the corner of the eyes works.
And/Or
2. The person or a part of them, must be within 200 meters of the MC.
3. Pay a small energy cost from his mana pool to create the book, and occasionally, the bookshelf to house the books.
The number of books in his library that he can actively exert control over at a time, controls the rate at which his mana pool grows in size.
So the more books he has, and can control, the faster he'll grow in power.
Note, the MC is growing rapidly and his mana pool is also increasing fast, but until the Shie Hasseikai arc, he will not be able to death note insta kill or brainwash people completely, so have patience and enjoy a cunning and intelligent MC for now.
Also note, the original SCP-4001 has 110 billion+ books and has been around for over 200k years so it can basically warp reality, but MC's version has been around for only 13 years, so cut him some slack if he doesn't turn Endeavor into a catgirl waifu on day one.
The MC has developed his own fighting style to go along with his quirk, which involves a lot of mobility, kicks, and palm thrusts.
Imagine Mikey from Tokyo Revengers meets the protagonist of Te.
He also has, in his arsenal, a modded taser, a pocket knife, a good quality ball pen, wheelies, and a high quality drone.
A recent addition to the MC's forces is a cute little 8 week old german shepherd puppy, named Kuribo.
Kuribo has been enhanced with parasitic blood from a villain named Rokuro Nomura.
As such, the puppy has gained the intelligence of a 5 year old human, and the following quirks due to the parasite blood mutating him,
1. Amorphous Physiology
2. Overclock
3. Self Detonation
4. Ultra Regeneration
5. EMP Wave.
