15 New Heroes

"Hey, so... when were you planning on letting me in on the whole superhero thing?" Gwen's voice is tense as she paces around Peter's room, her frustration evident.

Peter shifts uncomfortably, avoiding her gaze. "Honestly, I wasn't sure I was going to tell you," he admits quietly, knowing he's been caught off guard.

Gwen sighs heavily and turns to Peter, her eyes filled with sadness. "Why didn't you tell me about it?" she asks, her voice tinged with disappointment.

Peter hears the sadness in her voice and immediately looks up, noticing Gwen on the verge of tears. "Gwen, hey, please don't cry. Come sit here," he says softly, gently pulling her into his lap and tenderly stroking her cheek, his actions filled with love and reassurance.

Certainly, here's a more realistic version:

"I was actually planning to tell you after we graduated from high school. I didn't want to burden you with worries while you were focusing on your studies," Peter explains softly, brushing away the tears from her eyes.

Gwen nods, her expression reflecting her conflicted emotions. "But now that I know, I can't help but feel anxious," she confesses, intertwining her fingers with Peter's.

"I know it's scary, but I can't just ignore the responsibility that comes with wearing that suit. I have to do what I can to make a difference," Peter says earnestly, his eyes flickering towards his Spider-Man suit resting on the desk.

"I understand you feel driven, but think about it. You can't take on every criminal out there alone. There will always be more, and they'll only get stronger than before.I'm sure you know that this won't be the last time you face someone like The Lizard," Gwen says earnestly, locking eyes with Peter.

"I know I can't take down every criminal by myself, and I'm well aware that threats like the Lizard and even stronger adversaries will emerge. But that won't deter me. No matter what comes my way—be it a mutant, a tank, or an explosion—nothing will stand in my way of saving lives. That's just who I am. Scratch that, that's who Spider-Man is—the beacon of hope when things go south, the shield that stands firm in the face of danger. It's a heavy burden, but I'll carry it. I'll be the shield for the people, bringing smiles to their faces. If I can't safeguard the entire nation, then I'll pour everything I've got into protecting my city. Because I am the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man," Peter declares, his determination evident in his gaze.

Gwen, witnessing the unwavering resolve in her boyfriend's eyes, understood that she couldn't sway his determination. Yet, she found herself loving him even more upon hearing Peter's heartfelt declaration. In that moment, she made her decision, knowing it was the right one.

"Okay, fine. Since you're willing to sacrifice yourself for the people, I want to help too," Gwen declares, locking eyes with Peter with the same determination he once used to gaze at her, leaving Peter in shock. "Although I can't go to the front lines with you, I can be your ears and eyes. I can assist with things you can't physically do," she continues, her words breaking Peter out of his stupor.

"I love you," Peter says lovingly, leaning closer, ready for a kiss.

"I love you too," Gwen replies, reciprocating Peter's gesture.

Just as they were about to kiss, their phones simultaneously emit a beeping sound, ruining the atmosphere.

Annoyed by the interruption, Gwen checks her phone to see what the problem is. However, when she glimpses at the news, her mouth drops open in shock.

"Hey, Peter, come check this out," she says, showing Peter the live news report she was watching.

"Oh my Spider," Peter exclaims as he also sees the news.

Fisk Mansion

"So, how was prison?" Fisk asks Kraven, frustration evident in his voice, as Kraven stretches his body in Fisk's study.

"Well, it wasn't that bad, considering the places I've been to," Kraven replies, ceasing his stretching and sitting in front of Fisk's desk, a smile playing on his lips as he meets Fisk's angry expression.

"I thought you had it," Fisk says, his tone seething with frustration, as he slams his fist onto his desk, causing cracks to spider out from the impact.

"Well, it seems I underestimated his strength. But given time, I can still capture him," Kraven admits with a frown, remembering his humiliating defeat at the hands of Spider-Man.

"Do you have any idea how much money I've poured into your operations? How many favors I've had to call in just to get you out of that cell?" Fisk's voice trembles with anger as he reflects on the substantial investment he's made in Kraven, only to be met with failure.

"Well, it wasn't that much work, I'm sure. So, what do you need me for?" Kraven says, his playful demeanor turning serious as he looks deep into Fisk's eyes, resembling a predator ready to pounce on his prey. "I know you wouldn't just break me out of prison without a reason," he adds, leaning back in his chair but keeping his gaze fixed on Fisk.

"Read this," Fisk says, tossing a piece of paper to Kraven, not bothering to conceal his ferocity as he continues smoking his blunt.

Kraven reads the letter out loud, his confusion evident. "Dear Mr. Fisk, We, the Villain Assembly, would like to request your membership in our cause. You would be a valuable addition to the organization, and we would even extend an invitation for you to join our council. We could also assist with the 'little spider problem' if you're willing. We await your response. If you agree, come to 55th Avenue, just a block from your location. You may bring a bodyguard if you wish, but don't bring too many, as we prefer to keep our location discreet. From, Mr. T."

Kraven looks up from the letter, puzzled about the situation and unsure of how to proceed.

"I need you to be my bodyguard when we are going tomorrow, I don't trust this place but I need to see it for myself if it is worth listening to or not" Fisk says as he tells Kraven his reasons

"Well alright, but you'll have to pay more, as I don't usually take on these kinds of jobs," Kraven says nonchalantly as he drops the letter on the table, toning down his earlier ferocity.

"I won't be giving you any more money. Just think of a way to repay me for your failure," Fisk says, his voice laced with a hint of deadliness as he draws a pistol from under his desk and points it at Kraven.

"I wouldn't advise that," Kraven cautions, his knife glinting as he prepares to throw it, his gaze fixed on Fisk with deadly intent.

"Think you're quicker on the draw than I am with that blade?" Fisk taunts, the click of the safety being disengaged adding weight to his words.

"Your gun might beat me to the punch, but bullets don't always stop a determined man," Kraven counters, the tension escalating as they lock eyes in a silent standoff.

As tension mounts in the room, a minion of Fisk's barges in, causing him to receive a bullet in one leg and a knife in the other.

"Who gave you permission to enter?" Fisk demands, pointing his gun at the minion's head, prepared to execute him if the explanation isn't satisfactory.

"Sir... The news... Something big is happening," the minion manages to say through the pain.

"The news?" Fisk asks, perplexed, before dropping his gun and grabbing the remote to turn on the TV, scrolling to the news channel.

"Oh, damn it!" Fisk erupts, slamming his fist on the table, shattering it in the process.

Kraven, intrigued, glances at the TV, grinning when he sees what's causing Fisk's distress.

"Looks like you've got some serious trouble headed your way, Mr. Kingpin," Kraven chuckles, further infuriating Fisk.

The Study

Ray sat hunched over in his study, surrounded by stacks of files printed out by Baymax, meticulously reviewing each one detailing the marksman in the Marvel database. He wore a simple top and shorts, his unknotted hair cascading freely down his back, betraying the exhaustion evident in his tired eyes, likely from the sleepless nights haunted by nightmares.

"I've narrowed down the countless possibilities and candidates who did this shooting," Ray says wearily, dropping four files onto the desk in front of him, a long sigh escaping him as he feels the weight of the stress bearing down on him.

"First, Clint Barton, aka Hawkeye," Ray begins, his voice carrying a hint of exhaustion as he sifts through the files. "He has a martial arts rating of 7 out of 10 and a marksmanship rating of 10 out of 10. However, he couldn't be the one to do this. He's working for S.H.I.E.L.D. now, and I'm

certain they were responsible for guarding the prison and wouldn't want someone like the Lizard getting away. Besides, he uses a bow and arrow, not a gun." Ray sets Hawkeye's file aside before reaching for another one.

"Second, Benjamin Poindexter, aka Bullseye," Ray continues, his tired eyes scanning the next file. "He isn't very notable in martial arts, but he boasts a marksmanship rating of 10 out of 10. However, he couldn't be the one to do it. Some of Fisk's men were present, and I'm certain Fisk isn't that sadistic to sacrifice his own men just to remove his tail." With a resigned sigh, Ray sets aside Bullseye's file and reaches for the next one.

"Third, Matt Hawk, aka Two-Gun Kid," Ray continues, his tired voice carrying a hint of frustration. "With a martial arts rating of 5 out of 10 and a marksmanship rating of 10 out of 10, he's also a very likely choice. However, he couldn't have done it either. He was reported missing five years ago at the age of 15 and was presumed dead." Ray drops Two-Gun Kid's file along with the others and reaches for the last file, his exhaustion palpable.

"Lastly, Nina Thurman, aka Domino," Ray concludes, his voice tinged with resignation. "Though not as skilled as the other marksmen, with the power to alter probability, she could very well hit any target. But the problem is, she's just 15 years old and attends high school. Plus, I don't know if there are any X-Genes on this Earth, as I haven't done research." With a defeated sigh, Ray drops Domino's file along with the rest, feeling at a dead end. He makes a mental note to research X-Genes, hoping for a breakthrough.

"I should come back to this later and attend to another pressing matter," he says, setting aside the files and arranging the new ones neatly on the desk.

"I've noticed that people with plenty of power in other Earths don't train in martial arts as much as they should. Martial arts is an untapped power, and so is magic, given its versatility. It's what allows an ordinary person like Doctor Strange to become one of the most powerful in the world," Ray muses as he takes a sip of the coffee sitting on the table.

"So, I've got three people to choose as masters: One, Master Izo; Two, Stick; Three, the Ancient One or Yao. Each has their pros and cons. I just need to pick which one is more suited for me," he says, rubbing his temples as he weighs the options.

Just as he's about to make a decision, Baymax's voice interrupts him. "Master, I think you should check this," Baymax says from the speaker of Ray's laptop, changing the screen to that of a live news report.

"Isn't that Lucas cage, Tigra and Shanna the She--Devil" Ray mutters, his eyes widening in shock as he watches the news report unfold before him.

As the live news feed captured every moment, viewers were drawn into the heart of the intense battle unfolding within the bank. The camera zoomed in, capturing the raw energy and adrenaline-fueled action as Lucas Cage wearing a iron vest and trouser with an iron mask, Tigra wearing a yellow spandex suit with a cat cowl, and Shanna the She-Devil wearing an adventurers outfit with a hat and eye mask covering her identity clashed with the group of armed robbers.

Each punch landed with a visceral impact, the sound reverberating through the air as the combatants grappled with one another. Lucas Cage's unbreakable skin absorbed the brunt of the attackers' blows, allowing him to charge fearlessly into the fray, his fists swinging with unstoppable force.

Tigra's feline grace was on full display as she leaped and dodged, her claws slashing through the air with deadly precision. With each swipe, she disarmed another assailant, her movements a blur of fur and muscle.

Meanwhile, Shanna the She-Devil moved with a dancer's grace, her mastery of martial arts evident in every strike and kick. She engaged the robbers with a fierce determination, her movements fluid and calculated as she swiftly incapacitated her opponents.

The camera panned back and forth, capturing the chaos and intensity of the fight as it unfolded in real-time. Outside the bank, police officers and reporters looked on with a mixture of awe and concern, their eyes glued to the live feed as the heroes battled against the odds.

With every blow exchanged, the stakes grew higher, the tension mounting with each passing moment. But through it all, Lucas, Tigra, and Shanna fought with unwavering resolve, their collective strength and determination driving them forward.

And as the final blow was struck and the last of the robbers fell, a wave of relief washed over viewers everywhere. Through the lens of the live news feed, they had witnessed an epic showdown between good and evil, a testament to the power of courage, teamwork, and heroism in the face of adversity, most of all they had witnessed the epic display pf power shown by those three heroes making them go awry.

Just as the police were about to enter Lucas drops a smoke bomb on the ground giving them times to escape leaving the people in mystery of who they were.

"Baymax, cover up their tracks. Don't let people know their identity," Ray instructs Baymax as he closes the laptop. Baymax responds with an affirmative.

"Looks like I have to put my plan in motion now," Ray says, standing up and leaving the study. He reminds Baymax to set up a meeting with the president before he heads out.
