Goten Uses Ultra Instinct-Sign, The Battle Continues

In the face of Goten's relentless onslaught, it seemed impossible for anyone to dodge his Ki Blasts without harm. The only plausible explanation was that Beerus had activated Ultra Instinct, allowing him to dodge subconsciously.

As Goten's body plummeted, Beerus transformed into a beam of purple light, catching up with him in an instant. He seized Goten's head and slammed it down with immense force.

The moment Goten's body made contact with the ground, the earth trembled violently.

A crisp sound, akin to shattering glass, echoed through the air. The energy barrier, condensed by Whis, began to crack rapidly where Goten lay. The spider web-like cracks spread in all directions at a speed visible to the naked eye.

Despite the situation, Goten continued to raise his energy. The verdant energy around his body erupted continuously. Yet, he couldn't break free from Beerus' grip. After all, Beerus was exerting all his strength, and the gap between them was still vast.

"Crafty brat," Beerus smirked, "I know you possess a potent recovery ability. But let me tell you, those abilities are futile now! Remember, in the face of a Hakaishin's sheer power, such tricks are meaningless."

Beerus had to admit that Goten was formidable, possessing abilities that even Gods didn't possess. However, if the strength gap was too significant, these fancy abilities wouldn't be of much use. They could only play a crucial role against opponents who were weaker or slightly stronger.

Meanwhile, Goten was still constantly improving his energy. There was a vibrant-green gleam in both of his eyes.

Just when Beerus was reveling in his triumph, Goten's body began to fragment, crumbling into particles. Beerus was taken aback. "What? What kind of trick is this?" He couldn't believe that a mere mortal could master so many extraordinary moves.

And each of these moves was really outrageous. The strength of his body was ridiculously strong, and even if Beerus' attack hits his body, this guy didn't seem to suffer much damage. And even if he was blown to pieces by him before, he could recover on his own.

Now it was even more outrageous, the body actually began to fragment rapidly! It was too surprising that one person had so many superpowers in his body.

Beerus stood up, looked down at Goten and spoke.

To be acknowledged by the God of Destruction was definitely the highest praise for most people.

Beerus had lost interest in fighting Goten for the time being, but if Goten were to grow stronger in the future, his interest might be reignited.

Just then, Goku, Gohan, and Krillin arrived at Goten's side. "Goten, perhaps it's best to let it go. You're no match for Beerus-sama," they advised. "Your physical condition has deteriorated too quickly. It's unwise to continue fighting."

They acknowledged Goten's strength and determination and pointed out that Beerus seemed to have no intention of pursuing the matter further. Goten had seemingly earned Beerus' approval, which was why he had spared him. However, if Goten continued to provoke him, the outcome might not be as favorable.

"Ho! At least you guys have some sense," Beerus remarked contemptuously. He had no desire to destroy the planet before him, especially since he admired Goten. He saw potential in Goten, who might become the most powerful fighter in Universe 7 in the future.

Destroying a planet was a choice for him. There was no need to estrange Goten by destroying a planet which held no value to him. It was not a wise move.

He had no fear of Goten or anyone else in Universe 7, but there was no need to sow seeds of hatred in Goten's heart without reason.

Ignoring Goku's advice, Goten was determined to acquire the God of Destruction's power. "Beerus-sama, I still have one more technique to show you, I believe you will be very interested in this ability." he said confidently.

He was prepared to use Ultra Instinct. Although his Ultra Instinct was still in its initial stage, Ultra Instinct-Sign, and was not enough to defeat Beerus, he was willing to take the risk. This might be his last chance to learn Beerus' God of Destruction abilities.

"Oh? Do you have any other tricks up your sleeve?" Beerus asked, unimpressed. "To be honest, I'm not particularly interested. Those techniques might work on others, but not on me."

Any fancy technique was meaningless in the face of the God of Destruction.

"No, you'll definitely be interested this time!" Goten asserted. He then began to adjust his Ki, calming the previously chaotic energy within his body. Under the watchful eyes of everyone present, Goten slowly closed his eyes and began to regulate his breathing.

Beerus looked on with disdain, while Whis seemed to have noticed something and looked on curiously. 'Could it be…? No, it can't be!' he thought.

"It looks like… Although it's surprising and unbelievable, it seems that Goten has really mastered Ultra Instinct! It's really surprising," Whis commented, full of surprise. His earlier guess, which he had deemed unlikely, had been proven wrong.
