Chapter 6 : The dreadful truth

Kyle threw away Steppenwolf's corps he could have used buu's ability and absorb Steppenwolf just like he did with the broly clone but Kyle didn't see even a single reason to absorb a weakling like Steppenwolf..... instead he was more curious about the mutated parademons after all they have doomsday's dna!

If not for buu's absorbtion ability and broly's growth potential he would have choosen doomsday's physique when he was in the overmonitor realm, Being an Ancient kryptonian his physique is far superior to even Superman

doomsday's adaptive evolution is one of the greatest powers in all of fiction he can never truly die every time he dies he comes back to life and worse he gets immunity to whatever that killed him! Kyle absolutely wants this ability.

'if i combined ancient kryptonian with legendary Saiyan and got a hybrid body then my future growth will be limitless! Hahaha'

Unfortunately reality is always disappointing when he absorbed the parademon he felt completely disgusted unlike the time he absorbed broly now rather than becoming strong he felt like he got weaker! As for the 'adoptive evolution' ability? Bullshit! It seems doomsday's dna were modified too much to the point it completely lost this ability.

"TRASH!!" Kyle immediately pulled the parademon out of his body and destroyed it

it seems he needs to absorb the real doomsday to get the maximum results sigh....he was still afraid of absorbting the real doomsday if Goku and Vegeta were able to escape buu after being absorbed there's no telling that doomsday couldn't do the same putting that monster inside his body is like wearing a ticking time bomb that's a no no... atleast for now!

He shook his head and diverted his attention to other things

Due to the battle the entire place was completely ruined the ground has several large craters some of the cracks were deep enough that molten lava from earth's mantle was oozing out of it, all the surrounding mountains were destroyed and worse the sky above had a huge f*ucking hole in it!

Looking at these scenes Kyle narrowed his eyes the whole fight lasted for just several minutes and he was trying his best to not destroy the planet but still such damages were made if the fight went on for few more minutes a good Portion of earth would have been destroyed.....but the problem is Kyle could sense many people currently in this world capable of easily doing these feats especially infinity gauntlet Thanos, darkseid, trigon, world breaker hulk , Dr.doom and ofcourse superman.

Although he hasn't yet sensed doomsday, Galactus, dormammu, parallax or other cosmic threats but Kyle had a gut feeling that he might see them soon.

That said it's impossible for both Thanos and darkseid to co exist in one place it's most likely they are on constant war with each other not to mention the super heroes who are fighting to repeal them from the earth Kyle looked at black canary and asked

"Blondie how is your world not destroyed yet?"

At his sudden rude question black canary raised her eye brow

" Ahem.....i mean I can already sense lot of intense battle happening across the world right now not to mention it has been going on for few years already right...then how the f*ck is the world still intact? "

"Oh that huh..... it's better if you see it yourself " black canary smiled mysteriously

"Iook i don't have time for this.....what the!" Before Kyle could finish speaking the entire place started to change the destroyed mountains returned back to normal, the ground that are filled with craters became flat even the hole in the sky returned to the original state

"Is....this sorcery?" Kyle asked

"Yes two years ago during an extraordinary battle took place on multiple fronts between darkseid and Thanos, dormammu and trigon

...superman and doomsday" Kyle could see sadness in her beautiful face when talking about superman

"the world was on the brink of destruction at that time a man calling himself the sorcerer supreme strange worked along with dr.fate a powerful sorcerer from our side to create an extremely complex magic circle to ensure the safety of the earth.....we managed to send doomsday in to the phantom zone and push back dormammu back to his own dimension....but we still couldn't do anything to Thanos, darkseid and trigon as we were already exhausted several heroes already died under dormammu himself " just thinking about that day send shivers down her spine she never wanted to experience that trauma again

" After all those sacrifice and so many loses we were exhausted both physically and mentally but atleast we still had someone to rely on... superman the only hope we had at that time he single handedly managed to send doomsday into the phantom zone.....but during that fight the government not hearing our request decided to drop a nuke to kill that monster unfortunately Louise lane Superman's wife was also in that city the nuclear bomb killed almost everyone in city except two-superman and doomsday....the bomb failed to do the one thing it was ment to achieve after the battle the only explanation the government gave was 'it was necessary sacrifice ' and all the blame was put on superman" tears formed on black canary's eyes but she continued biting her lips causing it to bleed

" Later he came to know that his wife...was pregnant before dying and that was his last trigger the same people he tried to protect all his life was reason for his family's death.....i don't know what darkseid proposed to him but one day....one day" canary's breathing started to became rougher and rougher it seems what ever happened that day caused her trauma

"That's enough you can realx now" black canary sighed if not for Kyle asking her she wouldn't ever want to remember that day she was greatful that Kyle despite being a very rude and arrogant person still cared about others feelings

"Thankyou i really....huh?" Before she could finish thanking him for his consideration Kyle put his hands on her head and said "it will be much faster if i read it directly "

"Fuck you!.....aha!" This brute monkey has no consideration at all!!

Superman suddenly attacking 'watch tower' justice league's base of operation without any warning he opened the boom tube inside letting the parademons and darkseid's elite troops including Steppenwolf, desaad, kalibak, granny goodness and finally darkseid himself came to enter this place the justice league were out numbered some of the main members including aqua man, green arrow, hawk man were all killed none of them could believe that their most trusted leader would turn into a traitor it was a one sided slaughter...and worse happed to Wonder woman she tried to hold them back while everyone leave the watch tower using teleportation device, being the strongest female superhero she was fighting pretty well but the combined power of superman and darkseid was too much for her she was overpowered and captured since darkseid wanted to turn her into a female fury under his command they decided to break he by torturing her....being the last person to leave the teleportation array Balck canary saw the horrible things the men and the parademons did to wonder woman.....things no women should be subjected to....canary wanted to rush there and save her but was pulled back into the teleportation gate by her friends...there was nothing they could do other than hoping to one day take revenge on those bastards!

The vision ended black canary fell on her knees she kept quiet but despite her hard efforts to supress it drops of tears fell from her eyes that was the most traumatic experience of her life her lover and comrades were killed or raped and she couldn't do anything till this day!

Looking at her Kyle felt somewhat guilty forcing such a disturbing memory out of her was a dick move on his part

"Sorry" that's all he could say... it has been over 50 years since he apologized or comforted anyone he doesn't even remember how to do it anymore so he kept quiet

After few minutes canary wiped her tears she seemed to be someone with much stronger will power than he thought "it's alright I have to face it one day..... besides you helped me take revenge on one of those monsters that ruined our life so let's call it even"

Kyle nodded but his mind was somewhere else there are lot of loopholes in the story he learned from canary.....first of all the government dropping a f*cking nuclear bomb in the middle of the city was too unrealistic especially when they were well aware superman was also there, second governments across the world see their superheroes as an important asserts for national security there's no way they would continue to provoke a walking nuke like superman right after killing his wife and worse of all there's no fucking way superman would do such a horrible thing to Wonder woman even if he was disappointed and wanted revenge.

'there seems to be a big conspiracy going on here.....wait! Batman..... isn't he the greatest detective in the world shouldn't he have figured this out already?'

" Blon.....canary what happened to Batman?"

She was little confused as why I suddenly asked about Batman but she still answered "Batman suddenly disappeared"

"During the watch tower incident?" He asked hoping that's the case but...

"No he disappeared few years ago before all of this started no one in the bat family knew what happened, we tried to find him unfortunately we couldn't "

"He wasn't sure why but his instincts were telling his a huge sceme is happening behind the scenes a threat much bigger than darkside or Thanos is lurking in the dark and playing everyone like a puppet..."

Suddenly an eerie laughter was heared from all directions the entire space they have been standing suddenly changed under their feet multiple human faces appeared all of them had an eerie smile the sky turned pitch black with dark lightining clouds and then...it started raining BLOOD.

Kyle's instincs were screaming at him! he realised this situation isn't something he can solve with his current strength

"Quick! we we need to get out of here! " he shouted at black canary, although she was shocked by the sudden turn of events but being an experienced hero she quickly realised the gravity of the situation and nodded

But before he could even react several chains appeared out of nowhere and pierced his body locking him in place even with his tremendous strength Kyle was unable to break free of these chains

Both of them looked above from where the eerie broken voice came from

Behind the black clouds they could see a Gargantuan figure covering the whole sky they could only see the human like outline and bat ears, a spiked helmet covering the eyes along with a disgusting wide smile through the lighting

Kyle was hoping his deduction to be wrong but seeing this scene infront of him there's no more denying it!

'it seems I still underestimated the difficulty of the god's job'

On the other hand black canary had a feeling that she somehow knew this person....'but how?'

A huge hand appeared from the sky trying to grab them, Kyle knew if he got caught by those hands it's game over

Kyle roared pushing his ki to it absolute limit as his power sored to new hights there was even trace of golden ki surrounding him

A powerful sword ki was formed on his hands as he immediately cut all the chains locking him Kyle didn't try to fight the incoming huge hand as he's well aware he's no where near enough to fight that thing so he quickly hugged black canary and activated his strongest ability "ALMIGHTY!"

at his command his body was immediately covered in black substance and dozens of creepy eyes appear on these black substance in an instant he was able to see thousands of visions all of them are near future scenarios

He was desperately trying to find a future where he escape this place but every single future he see he was either killed or got caught and turned into a mindless puppet.....Kyle didn't give up as he continued searching

At the same time the mysterious laughing being in all the vision turned his head towards him Kyle's eyes widened these are all just visions from different futures but this being was still able to still see him "oh what an interesting ability seeing all the possible futures? Hehehehe but what can you do with it?~" thousand of voices ecod in his ears from all the vision when Kyle was almost out of options he suddenly saw a vision where he survived a future were he had already learned instant transmission....

Kyle lifted his hand and uttered "alter reality!" Instantly the future that he saw became reality itself

That's the power of almighty he can not only see all the possible futures but can also bring the future he desires into reality

Kyle covered black canary with his ki and instantly teleported out of this place before the massive hand slamed on to them

Several hundred kilometres away from the original place Kyle and black canary appeared in a mountain range in Himalayas infront of an isolated community - kamar Taj

Currently this was the safest place he could think of to teleport too

Black canary fell on the ground she still couldn't come out of the shocking events with a trembling voice she asked

"Who....no What was that thing!?"

Kyle had a dark expression on his face as he stated "Batman Who Laughs".
