The aunt looked at the vase in her hand widening her eyes, her eyes slowly shifting from the vase to the old maid who was standing beside her.

What was that doing there and how did Sherry found this out? She felt panicked in her heart.

‘This bitch can’t even do any work properly..’ She cursed inwardly but she stopped herself and brought a smile to her face.

“Ohh…this…haaha..” She laughed nervously as she fanned herself with her hands while she dabbed her hand on her forehead to wipe off the sweat beads on it.

‘Things were not supposed to go like this.’ Her nerves were on verge of breaking at facing this unexpected turns of events.

“Yes, This.” Sherry did not know anything about their inside plan but she was not a stupid to not know there was something wrong with everything; the house, her aunt and even this whole wedding.

“Ahh…so what happened was..” Her aunt spoke slowly fiddling with her shoulder length hair and gave a nervous laugh. She was trying to buy time for some one else to come and make things better.

The old maid was also waiting for her to answer because she almost made the young girl, Sherry sad by throwing away something as precious as that.

“I was thinking that…ahemm..” The aunt was about to come up with a blatant lie when as if hearing her prayers, her phone rang.

“Omo…wait for me to receive this call okay baby girl..hehe..” Chuckling with a hint of relief, she flimsily walked away holding her phone to maintain some distance and checked the caller ID.

Sherry watched her aunt who was walking like a duckling swaying her padded butts as fast as she could. She was about to say something when she decided to shut up for a while.

“Aunty….” She looked at her old maid who was waiting silently on the floor beside her.

“Yes, young miss.” The old maid replied as soon as her name was called.

“This and this…” She handed her all of her mother’s belongings as softly as she could, afraid she might break and damage them.

“Please put them in separate box for me.” She looked at her with a warm smile as she thought about how important and beautiful the memories she shared with these and her mothers were.

“O-Okay young miss…” The old maid took the belongings with great care feeling a little guilty for almost throwing them away.

She should have known better there was something fishy about all this.

“Sorry for almost throwing them.” She apologized with a heavy face.

Sherry looked at her smiling and placed her hands on her shoulder gently.

“It was not your fault. Please do not blame yourself.” Sherry spoke softly and gently which came with her nature and as a doctor who had to deal with hundreds of patients.

“I will get the answers from the real culprit soon.” Sherry said gently but there was a slight hint of anger and pain in her voice.

Sherry looked at her dress and remembered she had a Wedding to attend. Averting her gaze from the old lady of the house, she walked towards the window and saw that the garden where her marriage was about to take place was almost full.

“It’s Showtime now.” Sherry silently eyed a tall man clad in wedding suit looking hunkier than a hunk. No wonder people say a dress makes a man.

In her last life, she died before getting to see him in a wedding attire but now that she saw him, he looked nothing extraordinary apart from whether.

He had already lost his charms for her.

Right when she turned away, a luxurious car entered the mansion.

Meanwhile, the aunt checked her phone and saw the caller ID.

It was none other than the current master of the house, her husband and Sherry’s uncle.

“Honey….” As soon as she picked the phone up, she screamed right into it.

“Aissh……what’s with that loud voice..Are you going to kill me?” knitting his brows in a tight frown, he scowled in the phone his mood a little bit antsy.

“But..” When the aunt was about to speak the man on the other side who was welcoming guests in the garden spoke interrupting her.

“All the guests are here, even MR. Smith is here.” He looked at the expensive car that had just entered the villa with greedy eyes.

The main reason for todays’ wedding was also finally here.

“About that honey….” Biting her nails she was about to inform him but her voice was sound because she was hesitating on how to inform him.

“Have you gone to her room? Is the deed done yet?” There was urgency in his voice as he watched the door of the car open slowly in great elegance.

“That’s what I was going to say dear…listen to me first.” Taking a deep breathe, the aunt whispered on the phone scowling

“She….that fool is still alive and breathing.” Wrinkling her already old skin she spoke with pure hatred and disgust in her face.

“What?” The burly looking man on the other side of the call almost fell of his feet when he heard this. With the help of his hands he pushed the wall and balanced himself.

“W-What?” He could not believe his ears. Wasn’t everything planned well?

Then why on earth was the girl alive?

Shouldn't she have been sent to heaven by now??

“That girl Bella…where is she?” He asked when he remembered the one who was tasked with the main work. She was the one who was supposed to execute the first phase of action.

“Didn’t she do the job?” He was furious and almost trembling in fear and anger right now.

“About her, when I asked about Sherry she said that she did not know..” Her aunt got frantic as she thought about how things had gone wrong all of sudden.

“I saw her entering the house a few hours ago…” The man clicked his tongue in displeasure and looked at the gathering guests among which Levian Smith stood out without any trouble.

“Go and check Sherry’s room…who knows what she is up to in Sherry’s room….” The man spat his face looking uglier than ever with the dirty look in his face.

At the same party, a man in black wedding suit and well made hair was in the garden talking.

Chris Jones, Sherry’s soon to be husband who was talking with the guest while he waited for the ceremony to start saw that his soon to be Father in law looking paler than palest thing he had ever seen.

“Please excuse me.” He smiled politely at the guest he was talking to and moved towards the master of Lona family.

The guest looked at the man who was walking away sighing.

"Such a fine young man...whished he was my son in law as well." An old woman gave out a sigh looking at him.

"Forget about him, how about that man.." Her best friends who was as old as her motioned at the young man who had just gotten off of the car.

"We should hope for a son in law like him." She said with a proud smug motioning at Levian Smith, the national best son in law candidate of all old and middle aged ladies.

By this moment they had already forgotten about Chris who was making his way towards the Lona Family head.

.

.

“…….Got it?”

Chris only heard this much when he reached him.

“Is everything okay??” He looked at the man who was wiping his sweat with a white handkerchief. "You look troubled."

“C-Chris…” The man stuttered when he saw him coming out of nowhere and almost dropped his phone out of his hand on to the ground but caught it right on time.

He was even more panicked when he saw his soon to be son in law.

“W-W-hy are you here now?”
