16 Chapter 15

After my fight with Seth, I was welcomed with the cheering of my fellow greek gods, most of them screaming at the top of their lungs. Why are they screaming, did they think I was going to lose? No faith in me? Hehe, im just kidding. Anyway my sister comes to me,

"As always you win..again."

I look at her with confusion in my eyes, "Was that a statement of disappointment?"

"W-What N-No!"

"Mhmmm, it seems I need to design a harder training regiment for you."

Bewilderment appears on her face, "Wait w-why, I didnt do any-"

"Are you bullying your sister, my boy?" Zeus interrupts us with pride heard in his tone.

"Of course, why wouldn't I?" I reply, Zeus is a little stunned at the honesty and bluntness of my answer.

Even when being my father he barely even knows me. A lesser man would have cared, to me it's just an observation. "W..Well Enyo, was it? How have you been?"

Enyo looks at him in disbelief, "Lord Zeus I…I am…I am just fine, just...conversing with my Elder brother." I sure the reason she's in disbelief is because this might the first time Zeus ha stalked to here in YEARS, and so nonchalantly like that isn't wrong, truly Zeus has been on his SIGMA Male Grindset. Absolutely based.

Their goes on for a little while longer with Zeus being fake interested in her life and Enyo not knowing how to answer questions from a father she doesn't even know. It ends when Zeus…just..He just walks away, guess he was tired trying to be nice to his daughter, plus Hera is watching with piercing eyes at us. Guess I forgot to say that Hera isn't Enyo's mom, no real surprise their.

With Zeus leaving and Enyo walking away to contemplate life, I walk over to the Egyptians. "Lord Ra, I would ask to travel back with you to Egypt on top of Lord Apophis." I interrupt his conversation with Thoth. Both gods look at me with inquiring looks.

"Eager are we?" Ra responds.

"With all due respect I would also be eager to visit another pantheons home, Lord Ra."

"Yes no doubt, Hmmm what do you think?" Ra says as he looks to Thoth, obviously looking for the smartest's mans insight, but why? Didn't we already make bets on who would win, is he going back on them?

"May I see your sundial Lord Ra?"

"Haa What use have I for a sundial Thoth?"

Thoth looking a little embarrassed I offer mine. "Here you can use mine."

"Hmm you use a sundial?"

I nod at his question. Why wouldn't I?

Thoth takes one look at the dial and doesn't even take it. "I believe you should come, I can tell you that your family's antics have been weighing your will down."

Ra looks to me with a smug look on his face, nodding his head with a smirk on his mouth.

My eyebrow raises, "How would you know, you just met me." Im extremely curious to what he has to say.

"You blink approximately every 12.2 seconds a trait of someone uncomfortable with extended silence, leaving me to believe you come from a noisy household, particularly a mountain, parents squabbling no…fighting regularly but your shoulders are relaxed not tense as I would expect a war gods to be.

Interesting since YOU a war god are more comfortable with US than your own family. The slight tan on your skin means you spend more time outside, most likely training. Thats why you are slight darker than your fellow greek gods.

Your knees are hyper-extended not scrunched, even though you were sitting down for a while during the meeting. With my observation of you during the meeting, the slight discoloration in your eye could mean lots of things, but I narrowed it down to 1 possibility during our conversation.

In conclusion, you despise most if not all of your fellow greek gods, however you despise Zeus the worst of all, because of the slight discoloration in your eyes I can tell you were disappointed in what you were hearing nut only when Zeus himself talked, not us, in fact you were intrigued with us, I bet we gained a little respect from you.

Back to Zeus. You think he's a disappointment, *whispers* maybe even a absolute failure of a king."

Ra smirks at Thoth's words while my respect for him grows with each passing statement. "Wow, that was amazing, not even Athena could do that."

And now for the first time in my this life, I can say I actually respect the hell out of Thoth. I means he's right, im super excited ti meet other gods while being tired of the greeks that I cant wait to be out of here, plus I plan on visiting all over the world in search of pantheons. I'd say after Egypt maybe Aztec or Norse.

Thoth just nods while Ra agree's with Thoth's words and allows me to travel with him back to Egypt. Even if he didn't allow me I just would've went anyway I mean we already set up the parameters of the duel.(If Ra said No, it wouldn't have meant he could never go, just that he wouldn't go with them. Also Ares is asking to travel with because he wants a tour since if he went by himself he'd basically be lost.)

"Good thing you asked because we are leaving now."-Ra

I nod and begin to follow Ra and Thoth over to the other Egyptians, while I announce my departure to the greeks.

After Ra assures me that Apophis wont try to eat me, YET I hop on him and am immediately greeted with the stares of the Egyptians. Ra comes aboard and declares me as a divine guest under the Egyptians. After that some of the Egyptians introduce themselves to me the most prominent ones are Sobek, Nephthys, Sekhmet, Hathor and Neith. Others came to me I just didn't care to remember them. After all Ra, Osiris, Anubis, Horus, Thoth, Sobek, Nephthys, Neith, Bast, Hathor, Geb and finally Khonsu, were the only ones I knew by heart. Thats only because a mix of Smite, One of my childhood best friends and As a by product of learning about Greek Mythology.(conversations and interactions with these gods and goddesses will be revealed slowly throughout the story)

(For a name I meant a modern name, but make it a badass name. Im thinking Damien Blackstone or Dante/Vergil Fox/Redfield. Feel free to suggest some here.)
