13 Chapter 12

Today is Wednesday and there's still a few more days before weekends. I am currently with Anastasia, mother and grandmother and we're currently in a royal banquet for the seventh birthday of the princess.

There are actually two princesses in this Kingdom. One of them became part of Claudius' harem during his academy days and she's actually a yandere for him? How come he still has a harem if that person is a Yandere? Well she's so obsessed with Claudius that when Claudius told her that he will leave her if she hurt the other harem members, she reluctantly agreed. Oh and yes there's two yanderes in Claudius' harem, one being Aeryn but they have differences like Aeryn was the type that wouldn't show that she's a yandere while this one is the type that shows it openly and her obsession was worse than Aeryn's.

Well as for the other sister, Claudius also tried to add her to his harem but the princess told him that she already has someone she loves and he can't change her feelings no matter what so Claudius gave up. Today's birthday was that princess' birthday.

The Yandere one was a year younger than Claudius so she's currently six or turning six this year, her name was Iris Priestley. The one who was celebrating her birthday was Clara Priestley.

I'm standing up beside mother and we're talking about things when a person approached us "Arabella it's been a while" The person who approached us was a beautiful woman with shoulder length black hair and blue eyes. This woman also have a small scar on her cheek below her left eye, it looks like it's from a sword? Is she a knight or something?

Mother smiled back happily and nodded "Yeah, It's been a while how are you?"

The other woman scratched her cheek and smiled while slightly blushing "Well you know still the same as always doing my duties as a vice captain but uhm it's a been lonely since you left" I can sense sadness in the woman's eyes.

Mother chuckled softly "I see, Reminds me of the old days when we're competing back then. Oh right this is my son (daughter) Oliver" The woman looked at me then she gave me a gentle smile.

"Hello Auntie" I gave her a bright smile as I bow my head down. "Such a cute child fufu~ She reminds me of you back when we're still children" The woman gently patted my head.

"Yeah and like us, he's (she's) also training swordsmanship" Mother said proudly.

"Ohhh keep it up young man! I'm sure you'll be one of the best swordsman in this kingdom like your mother!" The woman suddenly paused "Sorry If I'm a bit rude, I forgot to introduce myself".

The woman cleared her throat and corrected her posture "I'm Olivia Huxley the vice captain of your grandpa's squad, nice to meet you Oliver" She smiled at me gently.

Mother gently patted my head "I actually named Oliver after you, I hope you don't mind" Mother chuckled gently then I looked at Aunt Olivia whose

face was red as tomato.

"O-of course I don't mind! I'm actually very glad that you did" Aunt Olivia seems to be flustered and mother kept on chuckling softly as she looks at Aunt Olivia's cute appearance.

I kept on looking at Aunt Olivia then suddenly a thought came to my mind. Does she like my mother?? Well I don't really mind if you ask me, she's a bit taller than my mother, her beauty's also on par with her and most of all she seems to be a kind person based from my intuition. I don't know if my mother knows about Aunt Olivia's feelings but if ever Aunt Olivia wants to court my mother, I'll help her!

I pretended to cough "Mother" mother looked down on me and blinked twice "Yes dear?" I wanted to give them time alone so I tried to think of an excuse "I want to accompany Anastasia, look around and try to look for friends"

Mother smiled sincerely and nodded "Okay, Just don't walk too far, We're in the palace my child so you two should behave well" I nodded and hugged my mother.

Before I left them two I tapped Aunt Olivia and gestured her to lower herself down a bit and she did. I whispered in her ears so that nobody would hear except her "Aunt Olivia, I know you like my mother and I'm rooting for you so accompany mother and I'll leave the rest to you for today" I slightly walked backwards and gave aunt a wink. Auntie Olivia blushed so hard like a kid who's exposed from doing bad things. I happily left the flustered Aunt Olivia and my confused mother.

I went to my cute little sister Anastasia who's lowering her head down while grandmother's talking to the other ladies "sister" I called then Anastasia's eyes immediately lit up as if she's a child who have seen hope. She ran towards my direction like a cute little bunny then she hugged me tightly.

"Is sister not having fun?" I hugged her back and gently patted her head then she slowly looked up to me "Brother Oliver, there are lots of people here..." I gave her a gentle smiled "Let's go somewhere where there's not much people shall we?" I asked her and she nodded like a woodpecker.

We both went to look for a place where there's not much people then there we saw a spot and took a seat. I'm currently sitting with Anastasia, I talked about some stuffs and told her stories.

"Brother can I ask you something?" I blinked twice and nodded "Of course you can sister".

"I heard from father that you have a twin brother, what does he look like and what's his name?" I gently patted Anastasia's head while giving her a soft smile.

"Well his name is Claudius and he had silver hair like our father and he also had red eyes like mine. Why did you want to know about him sister? Do you want to meet him" Anastasia shook her head and looked down while slightly biting her lower lip.

"Nothing...I just wanted to know about him and I'm scared that he'll take my brother Oliver from me..." How...How can such a cute creature exist? My heart felt warm that I couldn't help but smile when I hugged Anastasia while also nuzzling her "You're so cute sister huhu~ Don't worry he won't take me away from you~"

Anastasia hugged me back "Really?" I nodded and said "Of course!" Anastasia looked at me with a bright and cute smile then she hugged me tighter. My sister's so cute that I want to pinch her cheek badly and put her in my pocket huhu~ Well I don't want to hurt my cute little sister so I just kept on hugging and nuzzling her.

While we were in the middle of hugging each other, a girl suddenly appeared and sat on the seat opposite from ours. It turns out it was Aeryn and she's looking at us with a smile without saying anything. I didn't notice her at first but I kinda felt pressure for some reason that made me notice her but It disappeared when I looked at her.

I'm still hugging Anastasia when I greeted Aeryn with a smile "Greetings lady Aeryn". Aeryn chuckled softly "Greetings sir Oliver and why are you still too formal? Aren't we friends already? Just call me Aeryn from now on" Now that I think about it we're kind of like friends now?

I nodded with a smile "Alright, You can also call me Oliver from now on" Aeryn nodded with a smile then Anastasia let go of our hug and bowed her head towards Aeryn "G-greetings sister..."

"Fufu no need to be nervous~ I'll be your brother's fiance soon if he agreed my father's proposal so no need to be formal little Anastasia~" Anastasia looked up to me when she heard that I'll be Aeryn's fiance.

"Brother...You'll marry sister Aeryn?..." Anastasia's eyes were slightly tearing up, I think she's scared that Aeryn will took me away from her. I pretended to cough and comforted Anastasia by patting my head "I'm still thinking about it sister so don't worry and even if I agreed, you'll still be my number one sister and I won't leave you nor let them take me away from you" Anastasia wiped her wet eyes and nodded as she hugged me. I sighed while smiling and hug her back.

Aeryn on the other side looked at me with a smile and chuckled "No need to rush or pressure yourself Oliver, I'll wait- I meant my father will wait as long as you've decided" I nodded my head, agreeing.

"I heard that Alexandria and Meredith's coming. I wonder where could they be?" Aeryn and I tried to look around while sitting on our seat "Oh Meredith's over there!" Meredith also looked towards our direction and Aeryn gestured her to come and sit with us so she did. After talking about some things, Alexandria and her twin brother came to have a seat with us.

We all talked and converse for a while then after a while the banquet already started by the king coming out to speak and thank everyone who came.

Also regarding Anastasia, She doesn't look at Oliver as a love interest nor does she have a crush on her. Anastasia looked up to her as a brother (sister), she loves and respect her very much. Oliver's also the first near her age to be close to her so she's very attached to Oliver and she's afraid to lose her.
