A New Host

Days passed since me and Mito's small adventure, and both of them had been quiet, not speaking to each other. But Mito was unable to take the salience much longer so she spoke

"I can sense your disappointment," Mito said softly, to which I simply snorted.

"A bird that willingly flies into a cage... I thought that maybe I and you were similar, but we couldn't be far apart." I said coldly, causing Mito to smile slightly while looking out the window

"Back then, all we knew was war. I had 12 siblings, but they all died in war before they could reach the 20. Compared to them, I lived a long life reaching my late 40s... Now, all that is over. I willingly entered this cage to give those children a chance to live a life that's not filled with war. I can buy knowing the world I have created is so... Bright." She said softly while making some hand seals

"I will admit, the thought of exploring and living a life where I'm free to do something, I can't help but dream of it... But it's just a dream, but thank you." She said softly of the seal which held me suddenly growing stronger,

"I'm sorry, but for the sake of the world we have built, you would suffer. I can't speak to you out of fear that I might do something foolish." She said softly, indeed she was scared. For the first time in her life, she traveled, she saw the world and got to see a new world... But that wasn't for her. The fact she wanted more scared her, so she shut the cage that held her and threw away the key

"What are you doing?!" I yelled as I got up, taking on my human form, but before I could do anything Mito spoke

"If you break the seal, you will kill me..." She said softly, causing my rage to boil. My skin began to boil, I could break free but I didn't dare to,

"Mito... The peace I made with you, dies and so will your grandchildren... Both of them." My deep and chilling voice filled Mito's head, causing her pupils to shrink slight

"The contact we made holds, I let you free and we never said on which grandchild of mine. You touch them, then you die." She said causing my rage to reach new heights

"Then they shall live after suffering a fate worse than death. Their lives on anyone they love, you brought this fate upon the last people that hold your blood." My voice filmed Mito's head, while it slowly died down, causing Mito to grit her teeth

But she wouldn't allow it, I couldn't see everything she could do. I see the world through her eyes and ears, so she easily had her people hunt down the gold and silver brother

They were under my control thanks to eating my chakra which had fused with their very blood. I'm made out of my chakra, and with how far I have reached in control of my chakra, and they dared to fuse with it, they fused with a piece of myself, allowing me to influence their mind.

Hashirama death? They killed him, Hashirama was a monster but thanks to old age, and injuries that were too deep to be healed, he was never at 100% after his battle with Madara, which was honestly his hardest battle yet. They both nearly killed each other, how else could a monster like him be killed by the two brothers?

Of course, the two brothers are only one thanks to two reasons. One, my chakra worked willingly with them, allowing them to enter the same chakra mode Mito entered, giving them a huge boost in power

Second, Hashirama was forced to not go back. His child was held hostage, how could he attack? That moment allowed the other brother to attack Hashirama who was going through complex thoughts

Now, the brothers were being hunted down. They tried, but when Mito set off upon hearing of their location, she forcefully drew on my chakra, which made her far weaker than if I were to give her my chakra, but she was still strong enough to kill the two who couldn't last long in a state with my chakra empowering her

With her loved one killer now killed, she broke down in tears. But in the end, she returned home... Little did she know that there were animals out there who had my chakra running through them.

So, I have those animals find some humans or something to eat them. My goal? To have as many as possible villages attack and destroy this fucking clan

Many died from eating the animals with my chakra, but a few others managed to live and bond with my chakra. For them, I pushed to hate the Uzumaki clan, so years passed, many years, many years I could only use to train as Mito's life was boring to watch

My strength grew, and my human form developed to new levels. One might question how I got my human form, I'm made out of chakra. I can compress my body, having it take on another form wasn't something hard to do after a dozen years

Now, 20 years have passed. And a war began, I worked hard from the shadows, pushing things towards war. Those who ate those animals and lived were special and unique, and now they were unmatched in talent and position. They kept the fact that I had my chakra secret, all that was needed was a few years for my chakra to fully take over their will.

Now, after having them kill a few people and frame Mito as the killer, many villages all over the world were unhappy with Mito, and the fact her clam protected her was not helping, leading to a war breaking out

Of course, many of them knew that it wasn't Mito. Instead, they believe that Mito found a way to pass on to others my chakra, allowing them to gain unmatched power.

No one knew the risks of eating my chakra, for all they knew my chakra might be able to allow others to gain my power.

"This is what you're doing?" Mito appeared before me after 20 long years, she had a tired look and looked much longer than she was. She was in her late 60s, yet she looked as if she had 1 foot in the grave

"Haha, you ran away from facing me head-on and dealing with me. Like Hashirama, you refused to see me as nothing more than a weapon... No, you forced yourself to see me as that. Did you think only 2 ants would have eaten my chakra?" I said with a cold smirk, making Mito sigh with a downcast look

"You killed your family killer... So what? Now every village would unite to take down this small village. I made them realize that only a member of the Uzumaki clan hopes to hold my power. In their mind, they can find a way to hold and control me... But the only clans to hope to do this are the Senju and your clan. But the last I check, the Senju are gone, and your clan is about to follow. To think, I managed to destroy two of this world's strongest clans." I laughed while mockingly

"You will not get away with this, do you think the hidden leaf would just stand by?" She said angrily, to which a grew a smirk of disdain,

"Haha, do you think I didn't think of this? All of the 9 tail beasts would be blocking them, they would have their hands full dealing with them. I will destroy this shinobi world you sacrificed so much to build. Your siblings? When you see them, tell them you tried. But you messed up because of your foolishness." I said with a laugh, to which she closed her eyes slightly thinking of her next move

"no... There is one person, it seems like you have not been watching me closely as expected. Where do you think I'm at right now?" She asked softly, causing me to stand up in confusion

"I understood my boring life was something you would get bored of watching... I understood that there might be more like the two brothers out there, to be safe I had the most talented member of our Uzuamki clan leave and enter the hidden leaf village... The safest place with me around." She said softly with great pain in her eyes,

"The seal sucks a great deal of my life force keeping it up all these years. That's why I'm so old, I believe you can put together the rest." She said softly, causing me to boil with rage, she didn't need to say so much as from the moment I saw her I realized that

Now that her death was near, I meant that she would have someone else take her spot as my host. Knowing her, the seal this person would give would be far more powerful than the one that held me inside her.

"If I stayed in Uzushiogakure, I ranked being captured and you being set free. I believe that was your plan. How were you going to force me not to kill myself? That's the question." She said softly, but I said nothing to which she nodded

"A secret... Here is a theory I have on your chakra. From what I heard, in Konohagakure, they managed to create a perfect tail beast host. The 8 tails and his host Killer Bee have become perfect partners... But to do this, he needed to face his demons so that the 8 talks chakra wouldn't swallow him. I didn't do this" She said softly while sitting down her life flashing before her eyes

"Each time I used your chakra, you could have done something. Yet why didn't you? Were you doing something else?" She asked softly, her eyes filled with a complex hard to read look

"... Because I pity you, in the end, I didn't want to change you for the worse. I foolishly saw you as a friend." I lied, the real reason is simple. I didn't want her or anyone to remotely know of my true capacity for brainwashing. Mito was not simple, she would have had enough to quickly get me a new host. And say, if Mito wanted to kill herself I had ways to stop it.

All those times she used my chakra, I could devour her chakra in return. Instead, I feed her chakra bits of mine, not enough that she or anyone else would notice, but enough to cause her to freeze and be captured by those who have eaten my chakra.

Mito only came here to say a few things to me before she died. Once I leave her, she would die, the same thing would happen to anyone with a tail beast sealed inside them

Mito didn't expect me to have the goal of destroying her whole clan. To say the least, this brought her great pain, after she left hours later news of her clam slaughter was heard, causing her to fall into a great depression. I of course would say everything I said without knowing that they were already being attacked

Luckily for the hidden leaf, the Uzumaki clan was not weak so those attacking villages suffered greatly, they paid a huge price. This caused those villages to fall back while the hidden leaf launched a counter, and so the second great shinobi war began

People died, among them Mito's grandson died, leaving Mito to fall into another great depression. What hurt more was that it wasn't even my doing, the kid ran into a trap and died

As for her granddaughter, she developed hæmophobia once her boyfriend was killed, she left the battlefield even though she was one of the hidden leaf's best healers... No, she was the best in the world.

But her boyfriend's death was not the only thing that caused this, her parents' death, her friend's death, her little brother's death, and so on. She couldn't take it anymore. She threw herself into gambling and drinking, which Mito could only ball her eyes out seeing this, my laughs filling her head

But soon the day for Kushina to become my host arrived, Mito was smart hiding her away from me as I would have killed her in a heartbeat.

"Mito, you would regret this. It's just a slow countdown, would she be as strong-willed as you? All those years I tried to control you, I failed... But what about her? A little 10-year-old girl?" My evil laugh filled Mito's head, causing her body to shake in horror, sadly she was dying as I was brought sucked out. Adding my chakra inside her chakra, she was left unable to move and to only look at my chakra which took my image, with an evil smirk.

"... No." Mito wanted to warn someone, but her heart fell lifeless on the bed she was on...
