3 Kushina

"Ryu, come have your brakefast" yelled Tsunade. I was practising tree walking when I heard my mother call them I replied "Coming Mom" and I started going into the Senju Mansion from the backyard. In the past three years, I have accepted Tsunade to be my mother fully. As I lost my mother when I was very young in my previous life, I didn't get any motherly love and Tsunade shows me so much love and affection, I feel like being a child again is not bad. In this time, I also met Kakashi. He's two years older than me. I think Itachi will be born in 3 years according to the timeline.

Jiraya has already returned to the village and visited me. He also has accepted Minato as his student already. So in one year Sakumo Hatake dies. He's a good friend of our family. After breakfast, Tsunade said "Ryu, what are you going to do today? Go to the park and make some friends. You are always alone". I smiled at her and said "As you wish Mom. I'll go now". Then I walked outside the Senju compound and towards the park. As I was walking, I saw Jiraya and Minato and called out to them "Yo, uncle Jiraya, Minato, what are you guys doing?" Jiraya smiled seeing me and said "Ryu, we are going to the training grounds, what are you up to? You rarely come out of the Senju compound". I nodded and asked "Then uncle Jiraya, can I also watch you train?" Minato hurriedly said "No Ryu, you're too young to train. You better go to the park and have some fun". I shook my head and said "Minato, I didn't say I want to train. I just said I will watch you guys train." Jiraya nodded and said "It's all right Ryu. You can come". Then we left to the training ground together.

In the training ground, Jiraya and Minato was sparring. I watched them and after a while, I felt booted. When I was about to leave, I saw a red haired girl hiding behind a tree and watching Minato and Jiraya. I smiled and went near the tree and said "Yo, Kushina, why don't you come out of hiding and speak to me". Kushina hearing me jumped out and said "Ryu, how many times have I told you to call me big sister?" I started laughing at her, but suddenly her hair started rising up MD she was powering up. Seeing that, I swallowed saliva and said "Fine, sister Kushina. You are always my favourite and the most beautiful sister". Kushina then returned to normal and came to me saying "That's right. You are off the hook now Ryu".

Some months back.....

When I was on my to the library, I saw Ichiraku ramen and entered it. I was greeted by Teuchi as he asked "What brings you here Ryu?" I answered "I smelled something delicious and entered to see what it is". Teuchi laughed and said "Well, as you are here already, have a seat. I will get you our speciality for little Ryu. It's on the house". I smiled and took a seat saying "Thank you for your hospitality". Teuchi smiled and suddenly a girl dashed into the store and sat next to me saying "The usual please". I looked at her and somehow a smile escaped my lips seeing her. She was around 12-13 years old and had an head full of red hair.

Hearing her, Teuchi said "In a minute Kushina". She nodded and looked at me smiling and asked "What are you smiling at kid? Is there something on my face?" I shook my head and said "No. I just looked at your hair. It's different and pretty". Her eyes widened hearing me and she also smiled and said "You are the second one". I acted as if confused and seeing that she elaborated "I said you are the second one in the village who complemented on my hair". I just nodded and said "Oh". At the same time, Teuchi came with two bowls of ramen one big and one small and placed the small one in front of me and smiled.

I started eating the ramen and before I even finished a mouthful, I heard Kushina ask for seconds. Teuchi was already ready with the next bowl which he placed soon. By the time I ate my small bowl of ramen, Kushina had already slurped out 6bowls. Then she looked at me and said "I've decided. From today onwards, you are my little brother. Call me big sister from now ok". I facepalmed myself and said "You don't even know my name and you already considered me your brother? Not like I'm complaining though. I'm happy to have a beautiful sister and all...." Before I finished, Kushina said "Right, I almost forgot. My name is Kushina Uzumaki. What's your name?" I nodded saying "I'm Ryu Senju". Kushina's mouth opened wide saying "You are aunt Tsunade's son?"

I nodded and said "My mother talks about you and grandmother Mito. She is angry that you don't visit us". She gave an awkward smile and said "Now I have seen this cute brother, I'll visit regularly from now on". I also smiled and we went on our ways. After that day, Kushina always visits me and complains to me about Minato. She also scolds many other people that treats her differently because she is a jinchuriki and wants her anger in my presence. I listen to all her grumbling and she says that she is glad to have a little brother who understands her.
