1 Old Story

(For anyone who wanted to read the old version, here you go.)

Rebirth. Something wished upon by hundreds of millions of people. Doesn't matter if their teens, young adults, or in retirement. A ton of people want to be reborn, some of those people read fictitious versions of other people's fantasies of being reborn and what they'd do. Or if characters of their favorite show came to life in their home, most of them all have Mary Sue characteristics and aren't even close to reality at all. If your characters from your favorite TV show came to life, why do you think all of them will magically fall in love with you or change their terrible qualities all at a drop of a hat.

Never mind, enough of that. The reason I even bring this up is that rebirth has happened to me. No, I didn't meet some god who gave me a gamer system and wants me to inherit his godhood once I bring balance to the multiverse. What did happen though is me dying before completing my first sale and dying as a loser Chemistry teacher who failed at being a drug dealer.

Yes, like Breaking Bad except I didn't have cancer, hated my family, and oh yeah, died before completing my first sale. Being shot in the head by my partner wasn't a nice way to go.

Another aspect of this phenomenon was my unexpected awakening then being bombarded by memories of the previous Stiles. However, what didn't come was the feelings, no childish crush on Lydia, no friendship with Scott, no fatherly love for my dad, and most of all, no heartbreak over my recently deceased mom.

Such a thing only happened yesterday and he- I had to stand next to her bed, wishing she would remember me, wake up in my bed, and only know this as a terribly realistic nightmare. Even if I can't feel the emotions he felt at that moment I can still feel pity for his circumstances.

I guess this is actually a perfect opportunity too, If Stiles's personality changes it can pass as his mom just passed away. Of course, I can't instantly change his personality and become a street thug, but I can become motivated to learn and develop habits in fitness. That can totally pass, with a shaky exhale at my circumstances and still trying to comprehend most of it I get up and go onto the computer that's downstairs. Looking at the clock and seeing it's 6:30 in the morning I can assume Noah is gone, Stealthily going back upstairs I peek into his room. Seeing no one there I turn back around and head yet again, downstairs.

Entering High School as a freshman who has been recognized as a genius was nice for my ego. Considering I don't care much about the opinion of the kids themselves, it's more of the recognition that being smart comes with. Sure, the typical name-calling of being a nerd or a tryhard, but it also gains recognition from teachers and parents that I'm a good-hearted kid, one who takes his academic achievements and studies seriously.

The change from being a sporadic, hyperactive kid who doesn't care much about academics to someone who's become known as focused, and studious. It is a hard change to adapt to, however, once you know it's because of the promise he made to his mom before she died, now it's believable. That never happened, just a story I whipped up so I'm not too suspicious in the way I act.

Growing up I never cut my hair down a buzz cut as the original Stiles did, wanting it to grow out to where it was spiked up and gelled. I want it somewhat similar to that length and have it go back, only using a little gel instead of a tub full each time.

Looking in the mirror I'm happy with my appearance, lean figure of someone who works out regularly, coupled with good genetics you get a six-pack, nice sex-line, great chest, and well-proportioned arms. Also, don't forget about my legs, the calves are nice and outlined, it's obvious I don't skip leg days. I can't see my quads right now but I don't need to because I know they're good in shape.

Considering I'm only in High school, I look like an incredibly athletic kid. Someone who plays multiple sports and is passionate about what he does. I am passionate about what I do, but it isn't playing sports. You see, in this life, I want to become a chemist. Not a teacher though, in this one I want to become the new Walter White in terms of success. Since the supernatural is also a part of this world I want to take part in it, why wouldn't I? It not only gives me an edge over other people, but I can also create people loyal to me and the organization I run. In order to do that, I'll need an alpha status but, that's for the future. Right now I'm just their studious and diligent son whose best friends with the asthmatic determined kid, Scott Mccall.

Yes, Scott is still my best friend. Although our reputations and statuses are different I still made an effort to become friends with him. He's going to be a true alpha, even though it is annoying he thinks killing is an absolutely terrible thing no one deserves. The alpha status he'll gain is a major power play and demands respect from those around him. Which, if I'm a part of with my own alpha status, is pretty awesome right?

Tonight is a Friday and after finishing the lacrosse season with a win the team decided to throw a party. It is quite inconvenient it's on a Friday night but that's fine. What is even weirder though is getting an invitation, since I'm not even on the Lacrosse team and have never expressed an interest in going to a party. The invite was from Lydia Martin who started dating Jackson a couple of weeks back. Jackson and I aren't friends but were not hostile with each other either, he's still an asshole, something I didn't expect to see change. Lydia is also the same, she's a little flirty considering I'm not fugly like most kids my age, puberty is not being kind to them. Another reason I think she's flirty is that it'll probably boost her status within the school. The hottest and most popular female Lydia Martin having secret 'study sessions' with the equally hot and genius Stiles Stilinski. Such a rumor would boost her status more than being with Jackson does.

Getting ready for the party I dress casually, plain black T-shirt, grey sweatpants, and a grey hoodie. The colors are a little bland but I don't want to stand out with bright pink or a mix of darker colors with red. So going with everyday clothes that I'd wear to school is appropriate.

~~~~~~~~~~
Todays the day, hearing my dad's radio from his room to mine was actually really annoying at first; however, that annoyingness turned into a realization I'll be able to hear everything that happens as long as my dad's here. In the original Teen Wolf Stiles went with his dad patrolling a lot and knew all the call codes for different crimes. I, however, didn't know any of them so I had to study them and go on a few patrols with my dad. The excuse used was that I wanted to spend more time with him and consider becoming a police officer in the future.
It also provided me the opportunity to get a police scanner in my room so when my dad isn't here I'll still be able to know what's going on. Sitting at the dinner table with my dad eating a nice bowl of chicken caesar salad, he's having a burger I stove cooked for him. Hearing his radio go off and a confused deputy contact my dad telling him they found a dead body in the woods. My dad is shocked at that but asks for the reason the deputy sounds between a mixture of confused and grossed out. "Sir, they only found half." The deputy answers.
"Half of what deputy?" My dad still confused, eggs the deputy on. "They only found half of the body, sir." They answer.
My dad looks up at me and I wave him off, he apologizes for having to leave but I tell him it's fine as I have to finish my summer reading for the AP English class I'm taking. Finishing my salad and taking my bowl and my dad's half-finished burger with me to the kitchen. I wrap up his burger for later and leave it in the microwave to preserve as much heat as possible. Putting my bowl and his now empty plate in the sink to wash later.
Getting dressed in a coat since it's wintertime I get in Rosco. Yes, I still have this car, the only difference is I got the engine repaired and recolored it to a new blue tint. Starting her up I head off to Scott's.
~~~~~~~~~~

Arriving here I don't plan to hang off the roof as the original me did, no what I'm doing is politely ringing the doorbell so as to not arouse fear in Scott. His brain still isn't large and hasn't grown even with all the exposure he's had to my genius. Answering through the door he says, "Who is it?" Standing outside the door, on his porch with my back against a pillar that supports the overhang, arms crossed I answer, "Scott if you look through the peephole you have on your door you'd know it's me." Hearing my sarcastic and annoyed voice he sighs in relief, dropping something heavy to the floor and opening the door with a smile on his face.

"Oh, Hi Stiles." Propping his head out of the safety and warmth of his home he continues, "what are you doing here?" Stepping out onto the porch and not giving me a chance to interject on why I'm here he continues, again. "You know we have school tomorrow right, and you can't talk me out of trying for first-line in Lacrosse again. I know you don't like the sport but come on man you don't have to make another speech on why I'm unfi-"While making this huge, unnecessary rant on my perfectly good reasoning for why he should quit lacrosse, he keeps stepping towards me till he's right in front of me. Mind you, he doesn't have a shirt on, in the freezing cold of the night and I don't think I've changed my facial expression to one of caring about his passion for the sport.

Okay, this is going on long enough. "Scott shut up." I interrupt his glorious speech and kindly input the reason I'm here. "Get dressed, get in my truck, and I won't have to knock your dumbass out for wasting time." Pushing myself off the wall and turning around, I answered in a serious tone while walking towards my jeep. Hopping in the driver's seat while Scott sighs in admission and says to me "give me a minute."

Closing the driver's side door I relax into my seat or try to at least. This moment coming up will drastically change not only my life but Scott's as well. In the show, I never understood why he didn't want to be a werewolf. Yes, there are downsides like being weakened to wolfsbane, being hunted down by hunters, having terrible anger management, and a super ugly transformation when going full wolf. On the flip side though, the benefits out way the negatives heavily. One is supernatural healing, that ability in and of itself is a blessing. Superhuman strength, reflexes, agility, speed, endurance, and a huge increase in senses. Another benefit that is incredible is the slowing down of age. Being able to be hundreds of years old and not be turned into dust is incredible.

Releasing a sigh of annoyance at Scott not being in the passenger seat within the minute he set for himself. A habit I've developed that's quite bad considering certain circumstances is my need to be on time. I apply this need to other people as well. I have a watch only for telling me the time but another watch only to record times I set. In this instance, I started the watch as soon as I got in the car and buckled my seat. The stopwatch is an old one, coming from the grandpa I was named after. It's fitted with a nice chain, copper in color on both the cover and accessories. It has a nice ticking noise that fills me with a sort of calm I can't find anywhere else.

Hearing the door to the passenger side open, close than a buckling of a seat, I stop my watch. One minute and seventeen seconds it took, quite fast for someone completely redressed and reluctant. Putting the car in drive I pull out from the side of the curb I parked at. I don't speak until he asks "Where are we going Stiles, you know I'm trying to get a good night's rest for tryouts tomorrow." Finishing the sentence with a tone mixed between a whine and exasperation he tilts his head to the left while turning toward me.

Side-eying him I say, "Scott, tonight over having dinner with my dad he got an interesting call." Turning my attention back to the road ahead of me, I'm stopped at a stop sign. Not continuing till after I start driving again. "The contents of the call were about them finding a body in the woods," turning to look at Scott completely as we reach the edge of the forest. "In this forest, a woman was killed, around the age of twenty but the best part and reason we're here, they only found half." Smiling at him as his features go confused. "Half? Half of what?" He questions while turning his body to me. Unbuckling my seatbelt and opening the door, answering his question after I'm fully out, "They only found half of her body. And we're going to look for the other half, right now!" Dramatically closing the door I start walking into the forest with Scott fumbling after me, getting a little stuck on his seatbelt he yells for me to wait up.

~~~~~~~~~~
Treading up an inclined slope I keep answering Scott's never-ending questions. Ones based on if there are any suspects or on how we shouldn't be here. I make sure to wait up for him when he pauses to use his inhaler. Seeing the police lights and dogs up ahead I do what the original Stiles does and jump onto the ground, Scott following my example wheezing heavily.
Instead of idiotically running towards them and leaving Scott a ways away, this time I get up, using my right hand I grab his jacket and help him up, then run with him towards the right. Keeping the same pace he has we stop as he has to use his inhaler, again.
"Why are we still running? Can't we just follow the offi-" being cut off by the sound of a stampede running right at us I pull him down to the ground with me. Being jumped over by deer while being out of breath panting is not an experience I want to try again. Something I think Scott can agree with as while standing back up notices he's lost his inhaler.
"Come on man I'll buy you a new one," I tell him knowing he'll not want me to do that, instead he'd rather risk being caught by police for possibly contaminating a crime scene.
"What no, those things are like eighty bucks." He says incredulously to me, not letting me try to convince him further he continues, "Let's just look for it now and if we can't find it then we'll come back tomorrow and search for it again."
Shrugging I try to appear as reluctant to agree, though I don't think it matters as his back is already turned to me as he shines his phone light on the ground. Copying his actions I take out my phone using the flashlight. Scanning the ground until I hear a scream and rustling of leaves. Turning around I'm greeted with Scott falling off a small hill, rolling down on the dirty floor till he's stopped by landing in his back.
Running over to where he fell I turn to my left and shine my flashlight on the upper half of Laura Hale's body. Littered with bites and scratches, one not made from anything remotely human. I'm entranced and grossed out until I'm snapped out of my thoughts from hearing Scott say my name with trepidation. Turning back to him I see why he's scared, there standing 20 yards away from us is a beast with red eyes, a bipedal wolf-like creature glaring at us like we're prey.
Jumping down the small hill I land roughly on the ground, doing a small frontal roll. As I finish and stand up, I step to the right to be in front of Scott. By the time this has passed the beast is already in front of me. Grabbing both my arms, picking me up, and biting my shoulder I scream in pain.
Afterward, I'm thrown to my left and into a tree. Landing on the ground, disoriented, in pain, and sleepy I struggle to stand back up. What helps me though is hand roughly grabbing my coat and hauling me on my feet. With my right arm over his shoulder, Scott and I run the best we can in a direction away from the beast.
While running I can feel the bite in my shoulder start to infect the rest of my body. Like violent yet calm cracks spreading, slow yet covering a lot of ground it moved like clockwork, every second it changed more. Not slowing down, not being inhibited by anything it continued its journey.
With adrenaline in full force, the pain starts to lessen and I focus all of my attention on not tripping and falling from scattered sticks and stones. With Scott helping me we make it to a road, the misty rain that had been barely felt throughout this, shrouded the road making visibility poor. With our clothes sticking to each other, we get blinded by sudden headlights followed by a car's tires screech and swerve around us, luckily not hitting anything on the way. Seeing the car's red color fade away into the distance we look at each other. Robotically we mirror each other's actions and look at our bites.
Finally accomplishing something I wanted to do since I've arrived here I smile and break out into a laugh. Hanging my head down I can't contain my happiness, Scott though doesn't feel the same way as he says "What the hell are you laughing at, we almost died!" Finishing his sentence off with a yell, I contain my now diminishing chuckle and look up at Scott. "That was so fun!" Showing I'm serious I hit his shoulder playfully and smile.
"Fun? Are you kidding me we almost died! The next time you come knocking on my door again I'm gonna kick your as-"
~~~~~~~~~~

Showing up at school the next day, parking my truck, and walking to where Scott usually parks his bike. I'm greeted with Jackson hitting Scott with the door of his car, closing the door, and getting in his face saying, "Dude, watch the paint job." Like it wasn't his own fault in the first place. Seeing me walking up and hearing his name called by one of his friends, Jackson leaves but not without looking over his shoulder to glare at Scott.

Being seemingly over this moment, Scott puts his helmet on his bike and walks up towards the entrance of the school. Picking up the pace I catch up with him saying, "Mornin Scott, how was his paint job?" Hearing me behind him, he looks confused at the second part of my greeting. Wanting to clarify for him I say "You know, Jackson's car. How was the paint job? Did you at least mark it up some?" Finally catching on he looks at my playfully mocking smile and hits my right arm. Laughing as he says "No, I didn't mark up his car."

~~~~~~~~~~
Arriving in the classroom I take the 4th seat in a row of 5, I would've taken the 5th one however it was unfortunately robbed off me by someone else. Not really caring however I take the seat in front of him, being able to have a nice view of outside the class. Scott sits at one desk in front and to the side of me. The woman in front of me is a dark redhead, not being able to see her face I can't associate her looks on a scale of 1-10, and never have talked to her before I can't gauge her personality and vulnerability to my charm. Sighing I give up on the idea of having Scott switch seats with her.
Seeing the teacher writing on the board and opening his sentence with, "As you all know, there was indeed a body found in the woods last night." Scott turns towards me and I let out a small smile at his dorkiness. Turning back around as the teacher continues with, "And I'm sure your eager little minds are coming up with all sorts of various Maccab scenarios as to what happened." Looking around the class as the teacher continues with his monologue I see classmates passing notes, or stealthily grabbing gum from their backpacks.
The teacher lets out a breath mixed with a sigh almost finishing his heading on the board. "But I am here, to tell you-" he says, pausing to turn around and put his marker down. "-that the police have a suspect in custody." Scott turning to look at me again to see if it's true, I shake my head no. "Which means, you can give your undivided attention to the syllabus which is on your desks, outlining this semester." Showing an example of what he's talking about, he shows the familiar-looking paper we all have.
As I pick mine up and scan the first sentence I'm interrupted by a phone ringing. Cringing at the sound I lower my head and screw my eyes shut, before opening them and looking at Scott. Seeing him look around till his gaze lands on me, I turn my head to look out the window and see one Allison Argent. Even from this distance, I can still see she's incredibly pretty.
Hearing the cell phone stop with a beep, then followed by the voice of Allison saying, "Mom three calls on my first day is a little overdoing it." With slight amusement in her voice, she continues ruffling through her bag looking for something. Continuing to do so but not talking till a couple of moments later when she says in a tone of disbelief. "Everything except a pen, oh my god I did not actually forget a pen." Then she stops and looks up and quickly gets out an, "Okay, okay, I gotta go, love ya." Hanging up and standing she walks towards-
Being woken from my sight-seeing I'm forcefully focusing on a hand waving in front of me by the redhead sitting before me. "Hi, I'm sorry but um, do you have a pen I could borrow?" She says in a tone of hushed nervousness and embarrassment that gets waved off by me saying, "Of course. Need anything else?" Handing her a pen I prop my head on my left hand, leaning forward a little. This action was perceived as flirty, which is what I was going for as she shyly shakes her head, and turns back to the front.
Looking at the teacher I see him reading a book while everyone is flipping through their syllabus. Hearing rapidly approaching boots coming outside the door I focus my attention on that, something Scott has been presumably following the whole time. Seeing the Principal open the door and hearing the nervous heartbeat of Allison I'm pleased with how accurately I judged her appearance. I didn't know if anything deviated from the canon timeline and now I'm quite sure nothing did. If it does somehow change in the future I hope it's nothing drastic and only minor inconveniences.
The principal introduces her by saying, "Class this is our new student, Allison Argent." Hearing her heartbeat speed up continuously is a little annoying but nevertheless intriguing. "Just do your best to make her feel welcome." Finishing with this he walks out and she starts heading to the only seat available, the right of me and behind Scott. Having my stash of pens and pencils out, I may as well be a gentleman and give her one. Preparing it at the same time Scott does we give her them at the same time. Her being confused but smiling she looks between both of them and takes Scott's. "Um thank you both but uh, I only need one." Thanking us and apologizing to me she settles down in her seat. A little surprised she turned down my generosity but glad she thanked me for it, I put my pen back and zip up the case.
~~~~~~~~~~

Hearing the bell ring students rush out of their seats to go socialize before break ends. Heading over to Scott's locking I spot Allison walking to hers. I'm guessing Scott does as well because he also looks over. Opening and putting back a book, then quickly closing her locker she turns towards us finally noticing our staring. Scott's body is still facing his locker while mine is leaning against one beside him.

She smiles and fixes the strap on her shoulder slightly before having her attention drawn to a strawberry blond speaking to her. "That jacket is absolutely killer," Lydia says while having her hand propped up and pointing at it. Looking up at her face she continues with a tone of questioning, "Where'd you get it?"

Allison does a little hand wave while saying, "My mom was a buyer for a boutique back in San Francisco." Doing a head nod at the end of her sentence while visibly swallowing, something I don't think I would've noticed without paying close attention to her.

Lydia smiles and says in a tone of finality "And you are my new best friend." Doing a small laugh she's then had her attention shifted to Jackson wrapping her arm around her. After a small greeting of "hey Jackson," they start lip-locking.

Looking away I tell Scott "I'm gonna go out to the Lacrosse field so I can have a good spot while seeing you fail." Doing a one-finger salute I walk away while hearing Scott say something similar to "whatever," clearly not interested in talking to me and would rather be entranced with the new girl in town. Walking past Lydia informing Allison of a party this weekend I ignore them, focusing on putting my headphones in and losing clarity of the world around me.

(Don't know if I'm gonna keep this up, not sure how to feel about it. Unedited.)

The benches here are garbage, no back railing, no overhead. Just a few scattered metal seats that are incredibly uncomfortable. Another aspect that I hate about this school is the disgustingly yellow and dry grass we have, all of the terrain is uneven and unkempt. Such terrible maintenance of school ground is unappealing. I'm surprised the team has won any games with how bizarre practice is, no endurance building, no practicing of plays and teamwork, nothing. The only time they start doing any of those things is a week before game time, which isn't the biggest brain move.

Laying on my back looking at the sky, my left arm draped over my forehead and my right one hanging off the edge of the bench. I release a sigh of happiness hearing Linkin Park coming on, songs from them never get old.

Unfortunately, there are no noise-canceling AirPods in this time so I can hear all of the players arriving. Sitting up and turning to my left so I'm upright on the bench I look for Scott. Seeing him running up in his gear and not already out of breath is nice to see. Surprisingly though, I thought more people would've noticed his sudden change, I guess even with my popularity Scott was meant to not stand out in the first season.

To my right, I can hear the voice of Lydia speaking to someone feverishly, this someone being Allison. Turning to them when Lydia gets onto the row I'm on and sits to my right, however, instead of sitting right next to me she leaves space for Allison to sit. She doesn't have any other choice because Lydia is on the edge.

Looking up at Allison I look to where she's waving. Seeing Scott wave like a small schoolgirl with a crush is hilarious. When she's done she looks to her left and sees me, smiling she asks "Um, is it alright if I sit here?" Pointing to the spot between Lydia and I, her cheeks a little red. I don't know if it's from Scott waving at her or the fact she's going to be squished between us, but it's great to see no matter the origin.

I nod to signal my comfortableness with this arrangement and she sits down when I hear, "Mccall, you're in goal." Coach throws Scott a goalie stick making him drop his prepared gear. Coach throws a helmet at him afterward, Scott being confused looks at the coach and says "I-I've never played." Coach answers with, "I know, scoring some shots will give the boys a confidence boost. It's a first day back thing." Patting him on the shoulder and finishing in a tone of pride at his idea to boost his team's morale, continuing the proclamation with a, "Get em energized." Waving his right hand around in the air, "Fire 'em up."

Scott counters with, "Well, what about me?" Coach smiles and says to him "Don't take any in the face." Then gives him a little smack on the cheek and walks away.

Feeling Allison tap my knee with her finger, I turn toward her and away from the spectacular that's about to happen. "I'm sorry um, but I don't think we've introduced ourselves yet." Her eyes sporadically moving between both of mine she continues, "My name is Allison, Allison Argent." Sticking her hand out and licking her bottom lip she waits for my name.

Moving my face closer to hers I say, "Names Stiles, It's a pleasure meeting you." Grabbing her hand I bring it up to my lips and kiss the knuckles of it. Letting out a small smirk at the visible effect it had on her. Lydia however doesn't seem to appreciate what's happening and interjects with a tone of haughtiness saying, "Can you guys stop flirting already." Allison recoils, takes her hand out of mine, and turns back to Lydia embarrassed, then hangs her head down to look at her lap. Looking over Allison's head I tell Lydia, "What? You jealous?" My smirk widened at her narrowed eyes, "No actually I'm not. I just don't want my new best friend to get caught in your trap." She says in a tone that indicates 'duh'.

Allison's head comes back up at that and looks to Lydia with understanding, most likely silently thanking her for doing such a thing. I, however, know the real reason she's doing this. Last year at the Lacrosse party she had asked me out in front of the team, saying she broke up with Jackson and wants to be with me. The original Stiles would've jumped at this, I, however, Don't like Lydia at all and turned her down. Yes, I could've done it in a better, more sincere way. That night I just wasn't in the mood, simple as that so if she asked me out at school, or on the weekend then I might've given it a try. Try to see if I could feel something for her, unfortunately, that didn't work out and now she hates me and is back with Jackson. Well, hate is a strong word, I think she just harbors resentment towards me for embarrassing her in front of the team.

Humming I say in a tone of sarcasm, "Sure." I made sure the ending of this one-worded sentence dragged on and when Lydia was about to speak again to further cement her statement, Coach blew his whistle. Cringing hard at the sound, and holding my ears I turn back to the field again. Seeing Scott standing in the goal and holding his ears like I am, then getting smacked in the face by a ball from Jackson.

Falling back into the goal he gets laughed at by some of the players and Coach himself. With Jackson saying "Way to go catching it with your face Mccall." Leaning upon his elbows Scott looks around till he sees me and shakes his head a little. I smile and yell, "Do it again!" Finishing by giving him a thumbs up I get Scott to chuckle and stand back up.

Seeing him back up the Lacrosse assistant coach gives another player a ball. The player starts running up in a zig-zag pattern and throws the ball, instead of going into the net like everyone thought it would've, Scott easily catches it. Being surprised himself he looks at the ball with a, 'what' face which isn't easy to see with his helmet on. Looking back at the player and smiling the Lacrosse players all look at Scott with the same face he has, 'what'.

The next player comes up and does the same pattern, Scott tightens his grip on the handle and prepares himself again. Once again easily stopping the ball, now even the coach is bamboozled. This happens several times and the people in the crowd start cheering for Scott.

Allison then asks Lydia, "Who is that?" Turning to her I say, "Who? The goalie?" With her attention now back on me she nods her head, I continue with "That's Scott Mccall-" taking my attention off her once I see he's caught another ball, and the crowd cheers again. I start up again and ask, "-Why'd you wanna know?" Finishing with an eyebrow raise I side-eye her, noticing she hasn't taken her attention off of me till I question her motives. Mouth a little agape she turns her attention back toward the person in question saying, "He's in my history class-I mean our history class." Remembering I'm in that class too she hurriedly corrects herself.

Smiling to myself I look back to the field to see Jackson stalk up the front and push the next guy up back. Scott gets nervous, I know that from the "Oh god," he let out. Jackson's body language is determined as he's bent forward a little, Scott has his knees bent as he's going against the Captain of the team and is understandably a little frightened.

Making sure to pay close attention I lean my elbows on my knees, not wanting to miss Jackson's face when Lydia cheers. Sprinting forward every watches with interest, even Allison, someone who'd never seen the sport before is on the edge of her seat at the tension in the air. As Jackson leaps in the air it's as if everything gets a little slower, I can even anticipate where the trajectory of the ball is going to go just based on the positioning of his arms.

Until it, all came back at regular speed, and all the tension previously holding the atmosphere hostage released its grip. Hearing the crowd burst into more hysterical cheers was exciting, even if I wasn't the one they were cheering for. Scott looks at the net on his stick, absolutely surprised with how he caught that. He most likely experienced the same slowing down thing that I just did.

Jackson however, looks betrayed as he hears Lydia cheer the loudest. She even went as far as to stand up and cup her hands around her mouth to amplify her sounds.

~~~~~~~~~~
Arriving home after school I throw my backpack to the floor and take off my jacket. Walking over to my bed I lay down and hold my hands against my head, trying to soothe the headache I have from all of my senses being bombarded. It may be because of my immaturity to this or because of the full moon soon my senses are driving me crazy. It could also be a mix of both. Standing up and walking out the hallway to the bathroom, I turn the lights on and close the door. Suddenly being blinded by the brightness I turn it off.
Reopening my eyes I see darkness, not pitch black though like I'd assumed. The quality was more of waking up in the middle of the night, it still being dark but your vision adjusts to the sensitivity and you can see. Un shielding my eyes I turn on the faucet and wash my face. Releasing a sigh of relief as all of the smells from the neighborhood surrounding me stops.
I imagine my senses aren't in full yet considering I haven't experienced my first full moon, after that, I should have matured into being an actual "werewolf." Right now though, my body is only getting used to what I'll experience later so it's not as painful, I think.
I don't have any proof of this as I haven't spoken to a werewolf yet and asked. Flicking the lights back on I prepare myself for the blindness I just experienced, only for it to be normal. Smiling I turn it off and walk back to my room, grab my backpack and take out my homework from French 3. Yes, they teach French at my school, and yes I'm proficient at it, sort of. Since I've shown I can handle harder school assignments and take advanced classes, I've had the privilege to be bumped up in some classes.
I'm in AP English 10, which is normal for people my age. I take French 3 because I passed French 1 last year and took French 2 during the summer at the JC. I'm in Math 3 because I passed Math 2 last year and they let me skip Math 1. For sciences, I passed biology last year and I'm taking AP Chemistry this year. My history is regular World History because I don't enjoy history nor take significant interest in it.
The reason I didn't take chemistry last year is that I had to take Biology first which makes zero sense to me. I should be able to choose whatever science I want to but no, you have to take Biology freshman year. The last 2 classes I take are electives which are Art 1 and Academic Support. I don't necessarily need Academic Support but it's an easy class for an A and it's actually useful to have the extra time.
~~~~~~~~~~

After finishing my homework I hear someone knocking on my door. Suprised I stand up, walk downstairs and open the door. "Hey Stiles," Scott greets me with a smile. "You wanna go look for my inhaler again?" His tone has a twinge of hope that hints that even if I didn't want to go with him, it'd be fine because he really just wants to talk. "Why'd you even ask? You already know the answer." Smiling I question his need to ask, he should've already known I would've said yes anyway.

~~~~~~~~~~
Walking through the woods we get to a creek, while Scott explains his confusion about his increase in perception he jumps into the water, splashing it everywhere. I, however, don't do that, simply jumping over it. Once we reach the other side Scott says, " I-I don't know what it was. I mean It was like I had all the time in the world to catch the ball." He turned to me with his arms out in the first sentence, then turned around and let his arms limply hang at his side while trekking up a ledge.
Hopping up the small hill he continues, "And that's not the only weird thing." Ducking under a large stick while stuttering out, "I-I can hear things I shouldn't be able to hear. Smell things." During this he went back and forth, from looking at me to making sure not to trip on debris, he was all over the place.
Agreeing with him I say, "Exactly, like it all happened this morning when I heard Allison's phone ring from outside the class-" Being interrupted by Scott stopping and grabbing my shoulders, slightly shaking me he says, "I heard that too." Letting go of me and walking forward again he says, "I think this all started with that bite from that wolf."
Speaking to him in a voice that clearly is sarcastic, "You think that bipedal mutated bear-like thing that bit us and ran with its tail between its legs, is a wolf?" My tone changed throughout that exclamation from sarcastic to astonished.
"Well, yeah we heard a wolf howling." Still walking forward he shrugs his shoulders in a carefree manner like that creature could've only been a wolf. "So what about the bite then-" Stopping to turn his head at me to check if I'm following along, nodding to himself when I appear present. "W-well what if it's like an infection, and our bodies are flooding with adrenaline before we go into shock or something." Finishing his explanation he quickly stops and turns toward me obviously distressed. Patting his shoulder I pass him and say "I doubt it's an infection that floods the body with adrenaline before making the patient go into shock. As for why I guessed this is, is because since we were bitten last night, and the saliva of whatever that creature was has already gotten into our bloodstream." Stopping and turning to look at him I continue, "Long story short, we would've died in our sleep last night if it had been that, since we're not dead then I guess your theory was wrong." Doing a small bow at the end of my explanation, I walk backward for a few steps then turn around and continue forward until I Scott say, "Hey wait a minute, this is the place."
"I could've sworn this was it, I saw the body, the dear came running." Bending down and picking up a handful of leaves then carelessly throwing them forward. I walk in front of him and look down at him saying, "Yeah I know, I was here too." He stands back up and looks at me with exasperation at my sarcasm. Putting my hands up in surrender I say, "Fine, fine maybe the killer moved the body and took your inhaler with him." Providing good reasoning I lift my shoulders up and tilt my hands toward me in a gesture of 'my guess is as good as yours.'
Sighing Scott says, "Well I hope not, those things are like, 80 bucks." Hearing leaves crushed under someone's foot that isn't mine nor my companions, I look around and see Derek Hale behind me a few tens of meters away. Grabbing Scott's thin sweater I haul him up and face him to Derek, so he's not confused at my sudden action.
Hands in my pocket I watch as he stalks toward us, his walking has extra force implemented in it making me judge his state as angry. He continues and asks, "What are you doing here?" His question was quick and his next sentence was not as fast but twice as harsh. "Huh? This is private property."
Standing up straight and not wanting to seem intimated by this emo wannabe, I step forward and say, "Sorry we didn't know." Making sure his attention is on me I continue taking another step, "We're looking for an inhaler." Not continuing till I'm only a couple of yards away, "Seen it?" Raising my eyebrows and moving my head forward the slightest bit I wait for his response. Instead of receiving a verbal one he simply takes his right hand from his pocket and tosses me the inhaler. Raising it up in front of my face I tilt it side to side saying, "This is it, thank you." Nodding I turn around and signal Scott to walk with me, we leave one Sour wolf behind.
~~~~~~~~~~

Waking up I'm confused by the texture of my bed. Opening my eyes I'm startled by seeing the wet and dry leaves of trees from the reserve. Oh, I remember this, Scott waking up in a forest and seeing the werewolf Alpha again. Looking around me I see Scott still sleeping, not wanting to waste time I use an extremely effective method to wake others up. I grab his head, lift it and when I have a clear view of his already slightly awoke face, I slap him.

Letting go of his head as his eyes open and he recoils in pain, he looks at me and says, "Dude what, the, hell." Going to admonish me but that goes away and shifts into somewhere between amazed and confused. Looking back to me he says, "Stiles, Oh my god did you kidnap me, man. What the hell!" Slapping him again to shut him up I say, "No Scotty-boy I didn't kidnap you, I just woke up a few minutes before you." Standing up in just my sweatpants, Scott having a similar attire we start walking around the forest.

After a few minutes of walking, we hear a strange noise. Like knocking, only distorted, coming and going, shifting to different places until finally, the noise turns into crunching of leaves. Looking at the familiar figure in the distance we start backing up, only for it to turn to us and start predatorily walking to us which slowly turns into a run. We do the same, from the slow walking backward to a full-on sprint trying to get away from this thing.

Seeing an olden wooden fence we vault over it, only to land in a pool of water, cold water. Coming up for air we look around us only to see an old man with an agape mouth, watering his plants while staring at us. Wanting to make the situation less awkward Scott says, "Good morning." While spitting out some water that got into his mouth.

~~~~~~~~~~
Walking into french class I'm greeted with a seating chart, one we didn't have last class. Hearing the bell ring a second time signaling classes to start we hear "Okay kids, everyone in their new assigned seat." All of the desks were in pairs, not caring to see who my tablemate was I went to my seat. While taking out last night's homework I feel my seatmate sit down. Clearing her throat she says "What a coincidence huh." Looking at her I smile, her hair is straight with no accessories in it. She doesn't wear makeup, something she doesn't need but most young ladies feel insecure without it I've found. Seeing her face go a little awkward I realize I've just been staring at her so I say, "A coincidence indeed." Turning back to the front and waiting a few seconds, I lean over and say, "Not a bad one though." Side-eying her I can tell she agrees with me if her smile is anything to go off of.
~~~~~~~~~~

Not going to the Lacrosse game but instead visiting a piece of property I bought. Something I painstakingly worked my ass off for and have gone back to broke for, a small warehouse, typically used for cars or storage to put items in; however, I bought it for my first area to cook with. I had all of the equipment needed bought and moved in not too long ago.

Wearing laboratory gear that covers the whole body, fitted with a gas mask I'm ready to go. You see, while this industry is incredibly illegal and if I'm caught I'll go to prison for a super long time, it also has a great market. The amount of money per gram is unknown but I'll figure it out with time. Taking a deep breath in and closing my eyes I prepare myself for actually doing this. Doing something that can never be undone and can ruin my life permanently. Shaking my head I clear those thoughts out and steel my resolve, after all, you only live once.

~~~~~~~~~~
Late at night, when the full moon is coming out I quit synthesizing my product and go outside for a breather. Taking off my gear I breathe heavily and hear a howl echo throughout the night. Feeling some primal urge to kill, be violent, be a predator. My heart is pounding, completely clouding all my senses, hunching over I dig my nails into the cold concrete, trying to snap out of this state; however, that fails and I can feel my facial features start to change, nails lengthen and teeth sharpening.
No thoughts on school, home, friends; no feelings like anger, sadness, or disappointment. Nothing except happiness and feeling completely and utterly free of obligation. Like a collage of imagining but being able to feel all the excitement and power that comes with it, I run to the forest. Like I'm being pulled somewhere I keep moving forward until I stop and lean back, narrowly missing an arrow.
Turning to my right I see a few hunters, one I recognize from the show, Chris Argent. Hunching over a little I move my arms out a little and curve my fingers. It's obvious I was preparing for a fight and they weren't going to let that happen lying down. Sprinting forward I go to attack the one closest to me being Chris however I'm intercepted by someone else pushing me into a tree.
Looking up from my sitting position against the tree I go to stand but I'm shot by an arrow in the knee. Yelling out in pain I'm lifted up and carried out of there before a couple of dozen seconds later I'm thrown to the ground, right next to Scott. Having the arrow still in my knee I rip it out and muffle my cries by bitting the knuckle of my free hand.
Leaning against the trees Scott's on I lean my head back while he asks, "Who were they?" His voice was hoarse and his breath uneven. Derek answers casually by saying, "Hunters. The kind that's been hunting us for centuries." Looking off into the distance, making sure no one is there he finishes, his tone not fluctuating once during his sentence.
"Us.-" Scott says incredulously, he continues with, "You mean you, you did this to me." He starts standing up while leaning against the tree, looking down at me he finishes, "To us, you ruined our lives."
Slowly walking towards us he looks at Scott weirdly saying, "Is it really so bad Scott? That you can see better, hear more clearly, move faster than any human could ever hope." Pausing for a moment for that to sink in, then continuing with "You've been given something many people would kill for. The bite is a gift."
Scott looks up at him and says as convincingly as possible, "I don't want it." Derek nods his head saying, "You will. And your gonna need me if your gonna learn how to control it." Leaning close to him, Derek grabs his shoulder and pushes it back against the tree saying, "So you and me Scott, we're brothers now." Looking down at me and seeing me just stare into the night sky seemingly deep in thought, he turns around and starts to leave but not without saying, "And you too Stiles, we're all brothers now."
~~~~~~~~~~

Walking home with Scott sucked because not only was I tired and ready for bed but also walking with a limp because of my still recovering knee. The hole has healed up and my knee works fine now but I still feel soreness from that area. I'm minding my own business till I hear from Scott, "You know what worries me the most?" He says this while looking up at the now rising sun. Turning to look at him I hum to let him know I'm listening. Facing me he says "Allison." sighing he continues "She probably hates me now."

Looking at his downcast face I assure him by saying, "I doubt that, though I'm sure you will need one pretty amazing apology for ditching her." Seeing it not lifting his mood up I sigh and put my right arm over his shoulder, looking on at the beautiful reminder of a new day.

~~~~~~~~~~
Splitting off from Scott I head to my house to shower and change my clothing. I had my clothes under my lab clothes so when I went outside I just stripped off the top layer. Washing I make the shower quick, the water hot in the beginning then changed to cold to finish off. Coldwater is incredibly good for the immune system, being a werewolf may rid me of such an issue but, habits die hard.
Walking back into my room I realize I never brought my car back home, so it's just sitting outside my lab. Sighing in annoyance I get myself a cup of coffee as I hadn't slept the night before. Going toward my location I think back on how many batches I made. Since I started right when school ended and went till 9 in the afternoon I should've gotten quite a lot done. Considering I knew the full moon was on that night I used my severely heightening senses and completely focused on just producing, when one batch finished I started the next.
The batches themselves aren't a lot compared to the later seasons in Breaking Bad where Walter could make 200 pounds in a week. What I can do is roughly half a pound a batch, which is still a lot of money per round. I don't have anyone I know personally who could help me sell-
Suddenly getting an idea on how I could find people though. My dad is the sheriff and I'm sure he has a lot of information on druggies. I could also go to people at school who do know the game, threaten them to tell me what they know, and slowly work my way up the chain of command. I'm not trusting people with selling my product though until I have enough of a reputation or I can find a partner of sorts. I also need an alias, a persona to get my name spread quickly.
I've been designing a mask with a filtration system in case poisonous gas gets in. I've also been designing a contraption to shoot out a concentrated smoke of any kind, from sleeping gas to just smoke to make a smokescreen, I've tried accounting for it all. However now, I just realized I could use wolfsbane on an Alpha and kill him while he's coughing his guts out.
The problem is I don't have any wolfsbane, I can gain some if I steal it from the Argents but that's incredibly risky as Kate is the only one who will have some, and know where it is. Whatever those are thoughts for later, right now I just want to synthesize more of my specialty this weekend.
(Unedited. Scott will meet Allison's dad next chapter. I don't know when it will come out but hopefully soon.)
(Sorry if Allison's personality is different from the original, I had to make her more seductive and playful to tease Stiles with.)
Walking into school today I had an extra pep in my step. This weekend went splendidly, I used all of the material I bought and created countless batches of goods, 38 to be exact. So I made a total of 19 pounds worth of highly illegal goods. Now all I need to do is find people to sell it to.
What makes my crystals stand out from others is the tint they took, light red. At first, I thought it was a terrible side effect that possibly diminished the effects, making it less pure; however, I was completely wrong as it's only an outcome of using my formula. The pureness is 93.6%, which is incredible. This amount blew my expectations right out of the water.
Arriving at French 3 I see Allison already seated and looking a little vexed. Leisurely walking up to my seat I don't pay her any mind, simply focusing and waiting for class to start, that was until she whispered to me, "So, why did Scott ditch me?" Looking over to her I see she's not in the mood for sarcasm, rather she wants, most likely, an incredibly well-formulated apology from me on Scott's behalf. Something that isn't going to happen.
So instead I lean forward, closing the distance between us. I can feel her warm breath on my face while I whisper back, "Shouldn't you be asking your boyfriend that question?" Not wanting to lose out and seem intimidated she runs her tongue across her lips slowly, making sure to draw my attention to it. Seeing her achieve her goal she develops a smirk and says, "Who said he was my boyfriend." Closing even more distance she raises an eyebrow and waits for my comeback only for me to be interrupted by the bell ringing.
Sitting back in my seat I'm perplexed by what just happened, usually, when I try to flirt with girls they get at least, a little embarrassed. An example could be how Allison acted the first time I did this with her, on the bleachers of the first lacrosse practice that took place. Granted yes, we were interrupted by Lydia butting in but still, she was nowhere near this level of fortitude against my charms.
Listening to the teacher drone on about a project on researching famous french poets or writers I turn to look at Allison again. Just to check if she was maybe holding back her blush only to release it later like in some stupid animes I've watched, only to find her also side-eyeing me. Narrowing my eyes at her I try to figure out what's going on, I'm not some dense idiot protagonist in a show where he has a harem of women in love with him but he's too much of a dumbass to notice.
Whatever, shaking my head I turn my attention back to the front, not caring about this matter anymore, that was the plan until I felt Allison's head on my shoulder and her whispering in my ear, "You didn't answer my question from earlier." Her voice was sultry, sending a shiver of pleasure down my spine. Not taking my eyes off the teacher I say confused, "What question."
Her head was previously lying sideways on my shoulder, attention focused on the front, now, however, when the teacher turns her attention on the board and faces her back to us, Allison takes that moment to further enhance her seductive acts. Pressing her lips lightly to my left ear, her left-hand grabs and slightly squeezes my forearm. While all my attention was focused on these sensations she says, "I asked, Who said he was my boyfriend?" Caressing my arm and trailing her hand up to my chest, face now side to side with mine facing opposite ways. My breath starts becoming a little labored and I can feel my teeth elongating.
I don't have a good enough cap on my wolfy abilities to control this change, not completely at least. I can make it to where only my eyes glow and teeth elongate but that's only in situations I'm not stressed out in. This rule doesn't apply right now considering my pulse is rising faster with each passing moment. What interrupts this moment thankfully is the bell. Pushing Allison lightly off of me I get up and go out of the classroom as fast as possible. Seeing me rushing out of the classroom I can hear Allison giggle as I leave, being heavily confused and equally as aroused.
~~~~~~~~~~

Getting out of my last class which is Art I walk down the halls looking for Allison. Seeing her at her locker I stalk up to her and turn her around. Startled she looks up at me while I push her against the locker next to hers. No one is really looking right now as they're excited schools over. Staring down at her with my jaw clenched I ask, "Why'd you do that?"

Looking at me right in the eyes she responds in mock confusion, "Do what?" Tilting her head to my left and raising her right eyebrow she waits for my response, smiling while doing so. "That stunt you pulled in french-" My tone becoming harsher I continue, "why'd you do it?" Gripping her arms I push her deeper into the locker, pressing my body closer to hers.

"Oh, that?" Still smiling she puts her hands on my chest while getting on her tip-toes so her lips ghost over mine. "The reason I did it was because Lydia said you were unable to be seduced." Her eyes start mocking me as she continues, "I just wanted to prove her wrong." Changing her tone to a whisper she says, "Looks like it worked if you're this hung up on it." Kissing the side of my mouth she pushes me off of her and closes her locker, walking away strutting her hips no doubt excited her plan worked.

I, however, am more confused than when I walked up here. Watching her go it's like a completely different person from the Allison in the show. No lovey-dovey naive Allison from season 1, this is like Allison from season 2 after her mom died and Gerard started to brainwash her. Broken out of my thoughts by being bumped into I remember I'm in a hallway that was previously full of people, probably looking like a fucking dumbass for standing here. Groaning I walk the way Allison went and decide to contact her about our project at another time, oh yeah, Allison and I got partnered up for the french project, yay.

~~~~~~~~~~
It's later at night right now and while on my laptop I got a call from Scott. Answering I recline in my seat while it connects. Seeing his face pop up on my screen I hear him say, "Dude I have so much stuff to tell you." His sentence is straight to the point involving no small talk. I respond seriously and say, "Well, what are you waiting for. Spill."
Hearing my confirmation he says, "So, Allison accepted my apology and is willing to go on another date with me which is awesome." Nodding I signal for him to continue, "What's not awesome is her dad is one of the hunters that shot us last night, and I almost wolfed out in front of everyone." Scratching his right cheek he looks away from the screen, most likely not wanting to see my expression when I heard him say the second part. "You what." Responding with a hard tone in my voice I make sure he understands I need an explanation or I'll snap him in two. "So today on the field Jackson was taunting me right- and he said 'You still wanna be first-line now' after smashing into me- a-and the only reason he caught me off guard was because of my findings of Allison's dad shooting me-us I mean. Us, and so I get back up but start losing my grip on my temper which made me go all wolf out. So I redo my turn right- and I head straight to Jackson and return his hit with my own- accidentally separating his shoulder in the process." Taking a deep breath from rushing all this out he looks at me to make sure I'm paying attention still. In the middle of this jumbled-out explanation, he started pacing in his room. Continuing he says, "Anyway after downing Jackson, I fall as well gripping my head till I'm hauled up by the guy who saved us last night. He brings me to the locker room and while wolfed out beats the shit outta me which sucked, then he told me to stop playing lacrosse and while curled on the floor I agreed, I mean who wouldn't in my position right." Looking at me while searching for my agreement, I nod because that would suck, and I'd probably go with whatever that sour wolf said to shut him up.
~~~~~~~~~~

Waiting outside for Scott to finish talking with Coach I lean on the wall next to the door. Looking down at my phone until I'm bumped into, I didn't move much from the collision but the other person fell. Putting my phone away I turn to the person who fell and say, "Hey, you alright?" Offering my hand I wait for a response, I didn't get one though only a nod and a dismissal at the hand.

They try to walk past me but I grab the crook of their arm with my left hand, stopping them in their tracks. "Do I know you from somewhere?" Raising an eyebrow I question him, he turns to me and shakes his head. Not being satisfied with that answer I say, "What's your name then." Looking at me with furrowed brows they answer, "I-Isaac, Isaac Lahey." Letting go of his arm and moving my hand down to his I shake it and say, "Names Stiles, nice to meet you." Nodding he responds with a "You too."

"Hey, Stiles!" Turning and seeing Scott exit the office and call me, I look at Isaac and say, "Be more careful next time." Receiving a nod I'm fine with, I leave him and head to Scott.

Walking with him I ask, "So what'd he say?" Hearing my question he sighs and slumps his shoulders, as he is about to respond we hear a "Hey" coming from up the stairs. Everyone just keeps calling out to me today huh.

Seeing Allison walk towards us Scott smiles wide and says back, "Hey." Looking at me Allison awaits my greeting, I simply winked at her and smirked. Looking back toward Scott she says, "Are you busy?" Before I could answer Scott says, "No no it's just, my mom, she's nothing." Her face goes a little flat at that answer but he tries to save himself with, "I mean, it's nothing. I-uh am never busy for you." Cringing at his disgustingly corny line I look at Allison, who probably noticed my face and chuckled a little, but played it off by answering Scott saying, "I like the sound of that," Smiling and letting out the remnants of her laughter she continues, "I have to run to french class but I just wanted you to know that I'm coming to see you play tomorrow." This sentence comes out quickly which is matched by Scott's "You are?" Mouth a little agape he looks at her which she answers with, "And we're all going out afterward-" Turning to look at me and poke my chest she says "You included."

Confused I say, "And whose we?" Finger still on my chest, she taps it on my chest with every person she names off, "You, me, Lydia, Jackson, and Scott." Moving her left hand that was previously on my chest down to my right wrist she grabs it tightly while saying bye to Scott, "Save us a seat at lunch, we've gotta go."

Walking down the hall I look back at Scott only to see him looking at the intersection of the hand that's now holding my own. Turning back to her I say, "What the hell Allison." Teeth together I practically spit out that sentence with how harsh it was. Looking up at me she says, "What? Didn't like my hand on your chest?" Narrowing my eyes I tug on her hand so she comes against me, my free hand going to her waist as hers grabs my left bicep and I say, "What game are you playing."

Nuzzling her head into my shoulder and neck area she responds with, "Why? You wanna play with me?" Her tone adopted a childish joy that even tasted fake, so I respond with mock curiosity saying, "How can I play if I don't know the rules?" She nips at the skin on my neck and says, "No rules Stiles, no rules." Lifting her head she once again pulls my hand, practically dragging me with her to class.

~~~~~~~~~~
Leaving French class with a date scheduled at my house so we can work on our project, Allison and I split up and walk opposite directions. Heading to AP chemistry I'm greeted with seeing my father and a deputy speaking to the principal. Using my hearing I listen in on what they're saying. "We're having everyone under the age of eighteen in their homes by 9:30 p.m." My father says this with his arms crossed, his left one out, and pointed to the ground, using it as a gesture for the students here. "We'd like to institute the curfew effective immediately." Moving his pointer finger up and down with each word he speaks, the deputy just stupidly looks around, most likely bored out of his mind and the principal nodding, agreeing with this new policy.
Walking past them I nod to my dad, and see Scott up ahead, mostly likely hearing what I just did. Catching up with him I look to where he's looking and hear, "It's nice to meet you." Some lacrosse player whose name I can't be bothered with introduces himself to Allison with the help of Lydia. Scott cautiously walks up to her while I turn around and head down the hall, not wanting to be involved with any of that.
~~~~~~~~~~

Driving over to Scott's after he called me after school I think of Allison. God, it's so weird, her flirty behavior is actually refreshing considering this hasn't happened before, or at least not this strongly. What I don't like though is her doing this while going on dates with Scott. After all, even if I do eventually develop any type of feelings for her I won't act on them because of Bros before Hoes. A sacred code no woman can break, or not for me. I don't know about Scott as it's already obvious his feelings are strong for her and they've known each other for not even a week.

Arriving, I open his front door and walk in, making sure to close it after me. Taking unhurried steps I walk up the stairs to Scott's room and knock. I can hear him through it get off the bed and hurry to the door, basically swinging it open. Grabbing my hoodie and tossing me in the room I fall backward on his bed. Confused I sit up only for Scott to jump on me and grab the neckline of my clothing. Bringing me upward, menacingly he bares his fangs at me saying, "What's your relationship with Allison."

Swiping at the crooks of his elbows making him lose his grip on my shirt I throw him off of me. Crouching on the bed I say, "Where'd this come from." Genuinely confused about his behavior I question him, he retorts with. "I heard Allison talking to you, flirting with you. So I'll ask again. What. Did. You. Do." Wolfing out more and more with each word, his voice becoming distorted while being filled with rage and betrayal.

I get off the right side of his bed, hands up in a suggestion of surrender. "Scott, listen to yourself right now. I would never do anything like that to her, I care more about our friendship than anything I could gain from anywhere else. Please man just calm down and we can tal-" Being interrupted by Scott charging at me and smashing the back of my head into the wall.

Grabbing his forearm I dig my now growing claws into it making Scott growl in pain and let go, punching him in the gut with my left hand, and with my right, I keep ahold of his left arm. He, however, is a lot more transformed than I am and can't think clearly, clouded with anger he swipes at my face with his free right hand.

Letting out a shout of pain I fall onto his desk, pulling him with me. Letting go of his left arm I instead grab his head and start to repeatedly smash it into the desk. Becoming more and more focused and back to himself I see his facial hair start to ungrow, his claws shorten and eyes stop their amber glow.

Letting go of his head I slump against the wall next to the now blooded desk, feeling my teeth going back to normal I release a sigh mixed with a groan as my head is pounding from all the impact, first the wall which hurt a ton, then smacking against the desk, I've taken quite the beating. Feeling the open tissue of the claw mark start to stitch back together I peek open my eyes to look at Scott, only to see him knocked out on the desk. Breathing heavily I bring my knees to my chest and rest my arms on them, trying to find comfort I lay my head down on my forearms.

~~~~~~~~~~
I stayed in Scott's room even after he went all psycho on me. Scott, after getting knocked out, was slumped against the desk with his blood pooling around his head and dripping on the floor. Being the nice guy I am I clean up his desk and pick up Scott, moving him to the bed and making sure his wound is healing. The slash I got is actually taking a little longer to heal than I thought.
To pass the time I tie a new net on Scott's lacrosse stick. The one he had was ripped through, likely from Derek Hale trying to make a point. Finishing the final touches when Scott groggily wakes up, "You done now?" Hearing my voice he looks at me apologizing through his eyes, I look at him stone-faced, not letting any emotion pass by.
"So, why'd you do that?" Hearing my question and turning his face to the lacrosse net he says, "Today at school, I was a little upset seeing you and Allison so close, I mean- I know you'd never do anything like that to me right. But uh-" Throughout this explanation, he uses hand motions and facial features to express his sincerity. "-When I went to Derek's after school today with the intention of letting him know to stay away from Allison- he uh- made a comment about her and you." Lowering his hands and looking at them in his lap, he looks crushed. "At that moment I was just so angry, on top of that he slashed my lacrosse stick-" Looking up and pointing to the destroyed net on the right side of the desk. "-Coupled with my jealousy of your closeness with her I made it into something it wasn't, convinced you were trying to get with her too."
Putting his hand down yet again, he looks me in the eye with such honesty and sadness, saying. "I am so, sorry, Stiles." Looking at his form I stand from his chair, putting the lacrosse stick on the desk, I turn and walk up to him. "So what are we going to do about it?" I question him, which grants me the confused face of Scott's that I've grown accustomed to. "To get revenge on Derek. What are, we doing?" Asking him with more force this time he smiles in recognition and says, "I have an idea."
Arriving at the burnt remnants of the once glorious Hale home we wait for Derek to leave. Bringing gloves with me and a zip lock bag I intend to take the wolfbane Derek put over the body. Having Plyers in my back pocket, a shovel in my gloved hands I start walking up to the mound of dirt to the left of the house.
Scott behind me whispers, "Go quicker, we need to be done before he comes back." Arriving at the mound I quickly start digging while saying "Yeah, I know Scott. I do have a question for you though." Hearing my response he doesn't stop digging but says "What?"
Not slowing down my pace I say, "Why are you so unprepared for doing an illegal activity?" Stopping what he does he looks at me and says, "Should I be?" Shrugging I don't answer only thinly smile.
Tens of minutes later Scott, while wiping some dirt off of his face says, "This is taking way too long." I don't stop digging but I do say, "Just don't stop digging."
"Yeah but what if he comes back." Scott says worried, I counter with. "Then we'll run." I say this sarcastically because it should be pretty obvious.
Scott however isn't done and says, "What if he catches us?" Vexed, I harshly scoop up more dirt while saying "Scott each second you don't dig, the higher chance of him coming back is realistic. Now. Dig." Looking at him while throwing dirt from the hole I see him nod.
Sticking my shovel into the dirt I feel a different texture, it sounds like a tarp. Seeing Scott about to finally start digging again I say, "Okay change of plans you're gonna lift this tarp while I put the shovels aside." Grabbing his shovel I get a tired "okay" from Scott.
Looking around the area I hear Scott fumble with moving the tarp aside, seeing him distracted I grab the clippers from my back pocket and walk to the purple flower a few feet away from our hole. Taking it out of the ground I cut its connection with the rope and put it into a ziplock bag I have.
Shoving it into my pocket I hurry over to Scott so he doesn't question my temporary disappearance. While untying the knots he says, "Can you help me, Stiles, this thing is tied in like- 900 knots." A little labored his breathing becomes as it's evident he wants this over quickly. Agreeing I hop back into the hole next to him and start assisting him to undo these obsessive amounts of knots.
Finishing we uncover the tarp and dramatically jumping back Scott yells. I, however, just stare at this girl, once someone with the power of an alpha and the transformation fitted for one is now just a lifeless corpse, buried in an unmarked grave.
"Come on Stiles, let's go." Scott tells me while waving his hand in a 'come with me' motion. I nod and leap out of the hole, leaving this barren property with the intention to make it lively. By that I mean alerting the police, you know so Derek gets arrested and Allison and Scott smooch, a happy beginning for us all.
Arriving home I call my dad and ask what he wants for dinner. "Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup." He says, having a tone filled with appreciation. "Alright-" I respond, continuing with a request. "-I wanna talk about something I discovered today, when will you be home?" Hearing my inquisition he replies "8 o'clock."
Hearing his radio go off from over the phone I say, "Alright dad, stay safe. Love you." I can feel his smile through the phone while he says, "I love you too Stiles, Always." Hanging up I turn off my phone while looking at the clock, seeing it's 710 I go downstairs and get everything ready to cook. Grabbing a can of Campbell's Tomato Soup I set it on the counter along with a block of cheddar cheese.
Getting a cutting board out I take a knife from their place of residence and cut some slim slices, not wanting to have one large slice of cheese. I don't want to make it too cheesy because my dad nor I like a lot of it. The cheddar I'm using is sharp, having a lot of richness and flavor so too much won't make it better, but simply too hard to eat. At least, that's how I view it.
Heating the soup up I make myself a salad, a chicken salad. Using last night's chicken I mix it with some spinach and creamy ranch dressing. Not enough ranch to make the salad completely unhealthy, only enough to enhance the flavor and texture.
Setting a lid over the now warm soup in a bowl-like pan I prepare his grilled cheese. Buttering up both slices of bread I set a good amount of cheese in between the slices. Facing the buttered side inward and nonbuttered side out I set it right on the stove. I only let it sit for a few minutes then flip it, seeing the nice golden-brown of the breading I peak at the cheese and see it melting. Satisfied I let it sit again for only a few minutes then set it on a plate. Opening the lid of the now boiling soup I let all the steam free and turn off the heat. Grabbing a bowl I fill it to the brim with Campbell's signature soup. Setting them on the table I go back to the kitchen to grab my plate of salad and utensils.
Hearing the door open after finishing all my preparations I sit down and greet my dad when he walks through the archway, "Hi, Dad." Smiling at me and setting down his jacket and gear he says, "Hey kid, thank you." Nodding I accept his thanks and gesture him to start eating.
The only thing you can hear in the vicinity is the clanging of utensils from me, and the crunch of the golden-brown sandwich my dad is eating. Humming in appreciation he says, "This is good, as always." Waving around the sandwich he gestures to my salad saying, 'Why didn't you make one for yourself?" Swallowing a bite I reply, "Wasn't in the mood, and I haven't had any greens today so I thought this was appropriate."
Nodding his head he asks, "So, what's been bothering you recently?" Chewing slowly I wipe my mouth with the paper napkin I had next to me. Looking at my glass of water for a beat before quickly taking a swig of it to wash down the remnants of chicken flavored goodness before answering with. "A couple of things actually, one being with the discovery I made today."
Looking at him I wait for a signal to continue, "So today Scott and I were curious about something he found today. Over at the Hale house, he saw a patch of dirt recently turned over and told me about it. At first, I thought it was possibly him planting herbs or something related to that. However, that was quickly shut down once I realized he could never plant something in such unfertile land like he was using, and even if he did it would die before it could ever finish blooming, right." Gesturing to him I wait for his agreement which I receive as a nod.
"So, I had the idea of checking it out to see if anything was buried there that could get him in trouble." Holding a hand up my dad stops my storytelling and says, "Why'd you want to get him in trouble?" Taking a deep breath I say "He pitted Scott against me by making something it wasn't exaggerated. I'll go more into detail later but right now it's not important." Taking another mouthful of water I swallow and exhale in relief at the alleviation I felt when hydrating my quickly parching throat. "Basically long story short Scott and I dug up the patch of land and accidentally found the other half of that dead body from a few days ago." Saying this casually like the weather I go back to eating. My dad, however, doesn't have the same response as I did and stands up saying, "Wait, What!" Grabbing his gear and putting it back on he says, "I'm sorry Stiles but I gotta go, we'll talk more about this later." Nodding I wave him off and continue eating my salad while stealing his half-eaten sandwich.
Walking to the game I control my senses to search for Allison, who convinced me to sit with her dad and her while at the game. Annoyed I agreed because she used a convincing tactic of taunting my masculinity and threatening to call me names for the rest of the year. They probably wouldn't have gotten to me, but losing the game before starting to even make a team doesn't sit well with me.
Looking around I see Allison searching for a seat, walking up to her I say, "What's with the getup? It's not that cold." Looking up at me she responds with, "Yeah well some people have style, something you could use." Laughing she has her hand up and refers to her dad saying, "Stiles this is my dad. Dad this is Stiles, Scott's friend."
Smiling I extend my hand saying, "It's nice to finally meet you, sir." Copying my facial features and gesture he grips my hand tightly replying with, "The pleasures all mine."
Lydia comes stalking up to the group and sits between Allison and Chris. I'm on the outside next to Allison, she's between Lydia and me, while Lydia is between her and Chris. A little squished together I whisper lowly to Allison while eyeing Scott, making sure his attention is on getting focused for the game and not us, saying. "Sorry if you're a little squished, you must be so uncomfortable." Pouting I lean next to her face and exaggerate my features, making sure to sugarcoat how fake my worry for her is. Playing along she snuggles a little into my coat also eyeing Scott while responding with, "No I'm pretty comfortable as is, after all-" Leaning into my neck area again she breathes out a kiss while continuing with, "your so cuddly."
Groaning lowly I stop playing with her, for now. What I do is gesture her to get up and tell her, "Lydia needs your help with her poster." She turns and sees Lydia trying to convince her dad to help her lift the poster. Waving her off she scoots closer to me but doesn't resume the same position she did previously. Simply moving the back of her hand against mine while whispering, "Shouldn't you of stopped me by now?" Looking at me and raising an eyebrow, this time her tone doesn't adopt a tone out of place or teasing, right now she's completely serious.
Not having an answer available I just nod while looking down at our hands. Seeing my reaction to her statement she says, "We can continue playing,-" Startled I look up at her and she holds eye contact while continuing, "I mean, only if you think you'll be able to handle it." Smiling she turns her attention back to the game when hearing all the players run out onto the field. I don't answer verbally, simply grabbing her hand and holding it, squeezing it equally as tightly as she is.
~~~~~~~~~~

Scott gets increasingly mad while the game goes on, from his team not passing him the ball to Lydia forcing Allison to help her hold up a sign that reads, "We Luv U Jackson!" All of this makes Scott become more undone and without Derek teaching him control yet, he's starting to shift, playing more animalistic and aggressively. Most people don't notice this, but I do, as well as Allison's father, Chris.

Suddenly I can hear his distorted breathing. Rumbling with anger, his figure is hunched over, much like I was when getting ready to attack Chris and his hunters. Looking over at him I see the way he eyes Scott's figure, seemingly trying to determine if he's a werewolf or not. Another possibility could be that he's suspicious of Scott being a werewolf and is determining if he's taken a life or not, probably going to test it in some way.

Looking back to Scott I see he's just scored. The crowd stands up and cheers, except Lydia and me, we're the only ones sitting down still. The coach is yelling to our team to pass to Mccall. God this is bad, Scott just got passed to by the other team and is blowing through all the players, ending it with throwing through the net of the enemy team's goalie. Cringing I lower my head and ball up my fists, trying to control my own anger. I'm pissed at how dumb his need to play lacrosse is, taking a deep breath I control myself and open my eyes back up.

Just as the cheering starts again and the busser ringing loudly, everyone runs on the field. I, instead opt to walk to the locker rooms, not being bothered with haste, unlike Allison who as soon she saw Scott running to my destination she ran after him.

Arriving at the entrance to the locker rooms I hear from Allison, "It's okay, I can handle weird." Standing at the side of the locker room, not going inside, I lean my head back on the wall listening to their conversation with curiosity.

"To be totally honest, you-uh make me- kinda nervous." True to his word he sounds nervous even now. Speaking softly she says, "I do?" Half-chuckling, half-laughing Scott says, "Yeah, like really nervous."

Smiling out a laugh Allison is probably happy at this news. I can't tell what they're doing because well, I can't see them. So I can only guess their movements. "I just- I, wanna make sure I get my second chance," Scott says, his tone in a loud whisper. Allison waits a beat before responding in the same way he did, "You already have it." I can hear her clothes shift as she shrugs, walking backward she says, "I'm just waiting for you to take it."

Walking up to her Scott says, "Well, maybe I need to learn to take more chances." Hearing his cleats stop clacking on the floor, near the area her boots stopped softly hitting the floor I hear Allison say, "Maybe you do." Simple and to the point, it's obvious she's expecting something at this moment.

Hearing nothing for a few seconds, I wait with anticipation at what's about to happen. Then, all of my waiting pays off as I hear the famous *smooch* one hears when listening to people's lips-lock. God, I sound like a stalker of some kind right now or a pervert. No, what I'm happy for is Scott finally getting this moment, it makes me feel like less of a douche for constantly flirting with his crush. This sound resonates in my ear a few more times until I hear Allison's boots and voice start leaving the locker room, saying, "I gotta go, my dad's waiting for me."

When exiting I grab her wrist and drag her out of school with me. Head down she walks with me while asking, "How much did you hear?" Still keeping my head forward and high I answer "Most of it. How come?" Not looking at her but feeling her eyes on me she responds with, "No reason, simply curious." No more conversations happen after that as we silently walk to the field in which her father waited.
