Chapter 2: A new life

It was in the rainy night, the moon illuminating the beauty of the dark forest where nothing but long trees where found, maybe because of the rain all the animals ran and took cover from the harsh weather. Deep inside the forest was a scene that one with a low will power couldn't handle. Blood, gore, human parts, destroyed carriages, destroyed trees were what made up the sight very unpleasant. The looks on the body that were still intact showed that their death wasn't in any way pleasant or peaceful, fear, rage, shock was what their faces were showing.But in the midst of the dead bodies where two babies who survived the bloody massacre, although there were under their mothers protection the sight truly showed that their mother truly cared and protected them to the last

Just then did one of the babies made a move

'Huh? What is this? why am i here? where am I?' Those were the only questions that ran through his mind, until he then noticed he was a little baby and could not move as he pleased and there in front of him laid a little baby also maybe around his age, he didn't know, all he knew was that a part if him wanted to protect the baby in front of him,'What happened to me? did I get reincarnated? Shit you gotta be kidding me just when I thought i could finally rest in peace I got reincarnated. But more importantly what happened here was it an accident? I can smell blood all around me, shit it reeks? Who is this woman in front of me? This sensation, it tears' Mmuah mmuah mmuah' he began to cry uncontrollably 'oh I see now this must be my mother' he said still sniffing,

In a far distant place very close to that same forest not too far from the place of the accident there stood a figure in black robes "ha, its started to rain, I must go into the forest to find shelter" he then walked deeper into the forest only to see a sight that could bring a normal person down to his knees "what cruel sight, it must be the work of a beast, at least let me pray for yo..." he was interrupted midway by the sad cry of a baby or two

he then picked up and wrapped the two babies in a silk cloth which was wet due to the unstoppable rain "this must be a miracle, you must be blessed by the gods to be able to survive this bloody accident" he then casts a healing magic on them to heal some scratches they had due to the accident, before wrapping them up "this must be destiny, then I must raise you" he finally departed
