Chapter 1: Awakening

I woke from deep sleep to the sound of an alarm. Half-conscious, I wriggled my arm free and slapped the clock as its relentless buzzing burrowed into my brain I gradually became conscious, accompanying confusion. The bed felt strange and unusually firm moreover the air smelled different.

As I open my eyes in an unfamiliar place, I gradually sat down and looked around.

'Yeah this is Shido's room' I responded after observing the room

and looking at the Digital clock ' It's 8:07 AM, Feb 11th, Saturday'

"There are still two months before she makes an appearance." I slowly murmured

As I was lost in my thoughts, someone burst open the door.

"Good morning, my cute onii-chan"

She jumped into my bed, standing there, and said.

As I heard that unusual message in my head and saw my data displayed on the transparent screen in front of me,

'Camael is fully functional for me. That's a decent start, and the God Gift is pretty nice, so I won't have to act now as a stranger but why's time manipulation shows incomplete, well I'll check later.'

I quickly leave the room and head to the kitchen or Kotori will soon start crying once more.

As I fetched some eggs from the fridge, I heard the sound of the TV from behind. Looks like Kotori is calm down and start watching TV.

If I'm right, Kotori likes to eat while reading horoscopes. The old Shido may have disregarded this once she switched to that channel, but I know why she did it— 'That Little Commander.'

As I narrowed my vision and watched TV

We then begin to eat.

I just smiled and start eating 'Man, It's good as expected of Shido's cooking style'

The perk of having Shido Memories, is now I can cook great food.

After eating, I asked Kotori

"Hey Kotori, I was thinking about joining the martial arts dojo."

"Huh..but why," Kotori asked in surprised

"Well I was just thinking about getting strong" I replied while scratching my cheek

"Okay but be careful don't get beaten by others"

"Ah, I mean don't beat others to pulp I know my cute onii-chan is strong" she replied

"He behaves quite differently today," Kotori murmured with a low voice

"Nothing"

"Okay, then I'll be going to fill out the form" with this I walked away to my room

A FEW MINUTES LATER

"Ok, it's done. All I need is a stamp for permission." after looking at dad room I found the stamp and completed the form

"All left is to submit"

'now that I'm free what should I do' thinking for a bit, I decided

"Stop" Saying that time stopped

5..."Man, time stops" as I walked looking out the window

13... Birds are stopped in the mid-air

19..." I knew time manipulation is cool"

25.." I could even use this on some fun things" there's an evil grin on my face

26...with this I got lost in thoughts

30... Cough Cough "What Happen. It hurts" It feels like all of my veins are about to burst, I cough some blood a few minutes later the pain finally stops and he feels a warm sensation inside

'Probably Kotori's healing ability, but did I take that much damage?'

"It appears that 30 seconds is my maximum limit because the skill is still incomplete," I murmured

'Is it somehow related to sealing Kurumi? Na I don't think so'

Suddenly, a bell rings on my head, and something appears in front of me.

As the transparent screen appeared again in front of my head

'I can't seal her up the way I am right now.' I dropped this quest for now since there's no time limit I also want to use Camael but who knows if Kotori finds out or the spacequake alarm finds my presence it may some problem

"Ahh" I sigh, "Let's submit the document and play with my holy loli"

Saying that, I walked out of my room.

A/N: MWAHAHA, So that's it for today I'll try to upload it weekly and I sealed the time manipulation ability since it's too OP but if you want I'll do something but it's not like the ability is useless like a certain blue hair goddess it has many pros so stay tune
