19 Chapter 16

A/N {I made the chapter longer because I felt that the last chapter was too short so here you go}

'Ahhhh another day, another boring day at the academy. Well, it's not all that bad since I get to throw dangerous metal shuriken at logs, run further and faster than what a normal six-year-old could do, and learn to be an emotionless edgelord for the village? Sign me up!

Yeah, I think I'm being far too harsh right now since what I'm learning right now will be my foundation for my survival in this world. But hey at least it can't get any worse right?' I thought while undressing myself and putting on my new clothes.

A/N {Don't imagine Aika changing clothes you child predators!}

'Hmm? I feel like I'm forgetting something? What could i- Oh right I need to wake up Sakura!' I thought as I quickly ran to the kitchen.

"Oh? What are you doing here Aika? Also, where's Sakura?" My mother asked as she was making our breakfast at an incredibly fast pace. 'Is this the power of a housewife?'

"I'm here to grab a glass of water to spill on Sakura" I replied in the most casual tone I possibly muster.

"That's gre- Wait hold on what? Why?" My mother questioned in a mixture of surprise and confusion.

"It's because I used to shake Sakura awake however she has become too used to that method and doesn't wake up when I try it now.." I said dejectedly 'The truth is...I'm too lazy to wake her up by shaking her awake. It's too much effort for me and I want Sakura to suffer'

"Hmm alright, I'll allow it just don't pour water that's too cold Okay?" She said with concern laced in her voice.

"Of course Kaa-san" I replied with an innocent smile on my face 'Yeah no. I'm going to pour the coldest water I can get on Sakura. Why? Because I'm her sibling of course' I giggled mischievously while pouring the cold water from the tap into the glass cup I snatched from the table. I made sure to fill up the cup to its maximum capacity.

A/N {I think I'm pretty accurate with the sibling part}

Once my glass of Cocytus was filled I slowly and carefully walked up the stairs to Sakura's room (It's also my room but we don't talk about that) 'Fufu Sakura you're going to suffer not because you did anything no, no it's simply because you are my most loved and only sibling'

A/N {Cocytus is ice hell. In Japanese mythology, there are seven laters of hell one of them is called "Cocytus"}

I monologed in my head as I walked into Sakura's room. I looked at my soon-to-be victim with nothing but pity. 'If only you awoke sooner you wouldn't have to suffer this terrible fate' I thought with a malicious smirk forming on my face.

I held the cup of water right above my sister's adorable older sister's face before spilling the cold it's cold contents on her face. Her eyes opened wide in surprise she immediately sat up straight and screamed while trying to find the reason for her face becoming Elsa's playground.

A/N {Elsa is a character from the movie "Frozen" she can control and create ice}

"Aika what did you do to me?!" she screamed in confused rage.

"Nee-san It-tried t-to w-wake you u-up by s-shaking you b-but y-you wouldn't w-wake up s-so I g-got some c-cold water t-to w-w-wake you u-up" I stuttered with tears in my eyes that were threatening to spill off my face. Sakura looked at me with a panicked expression

"A-Aika I'm sorry I didn't mean to yell at you like that! I'm sorry" She said attempting to comfort me.

"R-Really?" I asked with still teary eyes.

"Yes," Sakura replied while pulling me into a comfortable and warm hug Once she was finished hugging me she quickly put on her clothes and ran to the dining room to eat breakfast. The second she left I allowed my thoughts to run rampant. 'Hehe, I did it! I fooled Sakura! I've been practicing my teary-eyed face for a small while now. Although it's decent I don't think I can fool an adult with this face only children will be fooled'

I finished my thoughts and joined Sakura in the dining room to eat breakfast. We quickly ate our breakfast put on our sandals, said goodbye to our parents, and held hands as we walked to school.

Sakura and I entered the classroom and quickly got into our seats and prepared for another boring academy day. We had the usual routine of saying the five shinobi rules with me, math, and shinobi history class. However, for physical education class, something different was happening.

"Alright class we are going to have one of the most important classes for shinobi do you know what it is?" Iruka asked cheerfully.

Most of the class started shouting their answers. "It's got to be ninjutsu class right?" one kid shouted "No it's got to be learning how to be Hokage" Naruto stupidly screeched. At this point, Iruka had a visible vein popping out of his head. He grits his teeth trying to calm down but that failed as he suddenly screamed.

"Shut up all of you! You're supposed to answer once you raise your hand and I choose you not when you are all shouting!" Iruka then scolded the entire class for a good five minutes. (Trust me on this I looked at the clock)

"Also all of your answers were wrong!" Naruto then stood up and asked in surprise.

"Eh? Then what is it? Tell us I need to know!" Iruka glared at him with nothing but pure utter hatred in his eyes before heavily breathing in and out to calm himself. Naruto gulped fear and sat down to wait for Iruka's inevitable scolding. However, against Naruto's and the entire class's expectations Iruka calmly said.

"I just told you that you can only ask a question or answer my question when you raise your hand and I choose you to speak so please please follow my instructions next time okay Naruto?" Naruto nodded his head so quickly it seemed as if his head blurred for a few moments.

"Alright moving on to our next class will be sparring! Any good ninja should learn how to fight" Iruka said in an unusually optimistic tone. The entire class made sounds of excitement and Iruka told everyone to shut up before leading us to the training field.

While he was leading us to the training field my face seemed to visibly pale as I thought 'Sparring!? I know learning how to fight is important in the ninja world but so soon? This is going to be painful I'm sure of it. Can I somehow doge this class by saying I'm sick? No, it's far too late to make an excuse like that now...Out of all classes, why did it have to be sparring!'

Once we arrived at the training field Iruka told us to form a wide circle and naturally, we obeyed. When we gathered around in a circle Iruka then asked us "Would anyone like to volunteer to spar? If nobody volunteers I will choose randomly okay?"

Immediately two hands shot up. It was Naruto and Sasuke. 'This is not going to end well....' I thought as Iruka instructed the two boys to make the "Seal of confrontation"

A/N {Did some research and found out that before a spar in the academy the two opponents must make "The seal of confrontation" and after the spar, they must make the "Seal of reconciliation" pretty neat right?}

Both boys made the seal of confrontation and waited for Iruka to begin the spar.

"Now begin!" Iruka said enthusiastically. Naruto charged at Sasuke, Sasuke simply moved to the side and tripped Naruto with his leg. Sasuke quickly and smoothly got on top of Naruto, He pulled his fist back and was about to strike him, however,

"Alright, the opponent is unable to battle Sasuke Uchiha wins" Sasuke stopped his fist from connecting with Naruto's face with barely a few millimeters of distance. Sasuke unmounted Naruto and walked to his original place.

"Hey, that doesn't count! I want a rematch!" Naruto shouted in denial.

Sasuke crossed his arms and asked in a haughty tone "Hah? Didn't I beat you though? Why would I want to fight someone as weak as you again?"

"No way I said it doesn't count so it doesn't count!" Naruto foolishly raged like a child throwing a temper tantrum. Sasuke was about to respond but Iruka was a tad bit faster.

"Hey you two, stop arguing and make the seal of reconciliation!" Iruka said with his head becoming unreasonably large. 'Could this be Iruka's legendary big head jutsu?'

Both children groaned in frustration before hesitatingly making the seal of reconciliation. Well, they did it but they didn't even look at each other as they did it so I don't believe they reconciled. 'The seal of reconciliation is a scam!' I thought while wondering who will spar next.

Soon nearly everyone fought in a sparring match against each other. Even Sakura sparred but unfortunately she was fighting Kiba so she lost...luckily I was one of the only two kids who hadn't fought yet. Do you know what that means? It means that I got to observe how almost everyone fights and see what I should do and what I shouldn't do.

Of course, this doesn't mean I can counter everything nope I can probably only fight against a civilian child my age and win...Yeah, that's sad or maybe I'm just underestimating myself? Who knows but I know that my sparring match is next'

"Aika Haruno and Araya Makoto please come here and make the seal of confrontation"

'I knew it!' I thought as I nervously walked towards Iruka. I looked at my opponent Araya Makoto. 'He's quite plain looking isn't he? But it would be stupid to underestimate him' Both I and Araya made the seal of confrontation.

"Now begin!" Iruka shouted.

A/N {Wahahaha! Another cliff? I'm on a roll and you're tumbling down the cliff! Wahaha I'm feeling lightheaded it's like 2:49 AM for me right now... Don't imagine me sleeping you little perves!} *Collapses into a much-needed sleep*
