5 Titanomachy (II)

"How are you able to use my power?", Krios asked with a shaky voice. As if I would answer that, I thought. I just smirked and grabbed his face.

As I was about to make my move, my instincts were suddenly screaming at me of an approaching danger. I immediately surrounded myself with a darkness barrier but I quickly realised it was useless. Something of tremendous force hit me, my barrier shattered like fragile glass.

As I was blown away, I crashed into a nearby cliff. I think a couple of my bones are broken, I thought. As my body quickly healed, I looked up to see a titan bigger than even an average one, with four arms. That should be Atlas, I judged.

I flew towards Atlas and he eyes widened in surprise. He probably did not think that I would come out unscathed. He charged and threw a punch towards me, I instantly teleported behind him and as I was about to launch my spell, a fist came flying towards me. So he is fast as well, I thought while quickly teleporting away.

If you are wondering why I am taking so long to defeat him, it is because I am using him to test my spells. I already copied his strength and endurance, so I don't need to worry even if I get hit by him again. But now I want to have a head on fist collision with him to test my new strength.

Deciding so I fly towards Atlas, ready to punch. Atlas sneer's seeing this and also readied himself to punch. Once close enough, I punched with all my might and so does Atlas. The resulting clash caused the very earth to tremble. But that was not the end of it, we kept on trading punches. With each clash of our fists, the earth shook slightly.

The nearby minor gods and titans had to retreat to not die just from the shockwaves prodused from our clash. This lasted for a while before we parted and prepared for the final clash.

I gathered all my strength into my right arm and even coated it in lightning. The power in the lightning coating is no joke, I emptied my energy reserves three times for it. Once ready, I threw my punch and so did Atlas.

It was not even a question who came out victorious. Altas was blown away and the arm he used to punch was completely destroyed. He went through a number of mountains before crashing into the last one and falling unconsious.

I had no interest in killing Atlas and Krios already took his children and escaped when I was in the midst of my clash. So with my job done, I led my group back to base.

It has been five years since the start of the Titanomachy and both sides are in a stalemate. I am just stalling my opponents and waiting for the final clash. One thing is that everyone has been calling me Almighty Hades in honor of me defeating both Atlas and Krios and his children while coming out of the fight unscathed. Not going to lie, it feels good to be called Almighty, even though I am far from it.

Back to the present, to prepare for the final clash, my mother suggested freeing my uncle's the Cyclopes and the Hecatonchires from Tartarus. That is why I am currently in the underworld, much to the displeasure of Zeus as he wanted to be the one to free them but unluckily a powerful titan appeared on his front and he had to go deal with it.

The underworld was as you would expect, dark and gloomy with skulls and bones lying around. As I was walking, I suddenly felt a heavy pressure and two shadowy figures appeared before me.
