Body Design Part 1

Later that day, a soft mumble came from Eve's side. "Mm… So hard…"

"Of course, it's hard you are sleeping on my frame," Eve replied with a chuckle.

"Hmm?" Lilly slowly opened her eyes to find that she was on her bed in her underwear, hugging Eve! "Huh!? What!? Why!?"

"We were up all night, and you passed out. When I finished the programs, I stripped you down to your undies and then laid you on the bed, but who would have thought when I went to cover you with a blanket that you would latch on to my waist?" Eve answered. She did find it funny that the girl was not uncomfortable to be sleeping on such a hard metal surface.

Lilly blushed bright red. She hastily sat up and lowered her head. "Sorry, it must have been boring…"

"It's fine. It gave me plenty of time to think and talk with little Tezz. Since you're up, I will get to work on checking the systems in the area. I created a program last night to jump around the network and see if I can find some security holes in the gate systems. I should have some results by now." Even stood up and stretched out of habit, causing a few clinking sounds. It was something she always did in her past life after getting up.

"Alright. Umm… I will take a bath first. Do you plan to start constructing your frame today?" Lilly asked excitedly.

"Well, I was going to start with my head. I did inventory last night, and luckily, I have the chemical needed to create skin. But I am not sure how well it will come out. I will need to make some molds. But to make a mold, I will first need to draw up some blueprints of how it will all look." Eve had a lot to do, but for now, the main thing was making people believe she was a real human. If she can fix her head, she will be able to at least look like a cyborg if she were to cover up every part of her except her head and legs.

As for her torso, she was unsure of how to go about it yet. She needed to do it in one single piece with her pelvis area connected. She had done the same for Aiu's body when she first created it. This way, it would at least look realistic in case something strange happened. This was one of the reasons why Aiu said she would need to be anatomically correct. Eve also wanted to make herself as human as possible so she could get her sense of touch back, sense of smell, and taste.

She had many things planned as well for her body. She had planned to even turn her breasts into machine guns that fired out of her nipples, but Aiu said if she ever did that, she would never talk to her again, so Eve decided to skip that addition. Although Eve did argue for a while about how it was a perfect sneak attack type weapon, but Aiu wouldn't hear any of it.

"Hmm? So the gates work with just a scan, and anyone with a cybernetic body needs a special mark on their core, huh? Is this like some kind of core shut off?" Eve was confused. She could only guess this so called mark was probably a chip that was used to short out the core of a cyborg if they were to turn against the humans.

"Yes, fully cybernetic humans need to have a special chip installed that will blow up their core, effectively killing them. There had been cases of some cyborgs getting hacked by A.I. and being sent back to their cities to attack humans in the past. As such, now all cyborgs must be registered and have a chip installed. But who knows what else they install in the body at that time as well. For all we know, those cyborgs could be being used to spy on us citizens as they walk around the city without even knowing it." Lilly was in the bath relaxing while she answered Eve's question. Normally she took a bath at night, but since she fell asleep last night before she could, she could only take it now.

"I see… Well, it might take a while, but I might be able to make a heat replicator that will scan the vehicle and send out a signal, and to the system, it will copy your heat signature over to me. I can also make it so it will mask out a heat signature as well. At that time, even Tezz can come with us." Eve figured with her sitting in the vehicle that if the people at the gate were looking at the results, there would be no choice but to give off a heat signature. Of course, she would need to make the limbs that were exposed, that were metal, not have such a heat signature, but she was sure after some tinkering it would work. Of course, this was not something she could easily create since she had no ability to test it for bugs after creating it. She could only hope by mimicking the scanning process of the gate, she could create the program well enough to bypass the gates systems.

"If you could do that, that would mean Tezz could go outside!" Lily was really looking forward to showing Tezz the outside world now!

"But first, I will need to make my head. Everything else can wait. Oh yeah, Lilly, can this be used if I hack it?" Eve walked over to the bath area and showed Lilly the black card she had picked up.

"Unfortunately, no. When one uses a card, they have to imprint their bio data as well. So without the bio data for the card, you can't use it, and if you tried to use it, it would end up getting you caught immediately. Things like this help reduce the crime rate by a lot." Lilly explained.

Hearing that, Eve was slightly depressed, but there was nothing she could do about it. She looked at the card and sighed inwardly as she tossed it in the trash bin. She was hoping to help Lilly with some money, but it looks like she won't be able to for the time being. That was until a thought came to mind. "Lilly, if you get any programming work, toss it to me, and I will do it for you. At least this way, I am helping out a bit."
