chapter 4

in the early morning the next day as I was retourning home I came across a wounded white giant wolf, it was laying under a tree with many bites and clow marks on its body as I got closer the wolf became vigilant but it couldin't move because of it's injurys so it kept looking in my eyes and making worning grunts; it's a she so propibly she was the alpha of a serten pack but was overthrone by another she wolf and was driven away from their territory's or all her pack is dead and she is the only one remaining well I could do something about it's injurys I can give her immortality but wolfs are wild creatures she will probibly try to run away the moment she is treated and I don't want an immortal wolf on the loose but wolfs are loyal creatures too so she will maybe follow me as her new alpha well if it doesn't work it's not a problem I can take the immortality back so its a win win situation if it works I will have an immortal giant wolf on my side that will be so badass

and all it takes is a drop of my blood willingly given and to take it back I just need to be in 1000 meters of the person/creature and it won't be hard to locate the person because a bond will form between us so I can locate them although they also can feel our bond they can't locate me

and the bond doesn't change or influence their personality

so I get on close enough to the wolf and bit my finger and made a drop of my blood fall on an open wound of the wolf the moment the blood touched the wound it began to heal then all the other wounds began to heal too it didn't take more than 30 seconds to heal all her wound now comes her desition eather she follows me or she runs away I kept looking at it but the wolf didn't move it kept looking at me with its big eyes, in those eyes, you can see the confusion it's like her asking "what the hell did you do to me "but I just kept looking at her then I petted her head which looked funny because I am a kid and she is a giant wolf that is taller than me when standing.

and then I started leaving if she follow me then she is my family from now on if she leaves then I will take away her immortality

and follow she did so I gave her a name Fenris she is quite smart and the bond that formed between us helped me in communicating with her I could even know what is she feeling

but now comes my second problem where should I take it if I take her home my parent will try to kill her at first sight after all its a giant wolf if bot my parent our dogs they are known as wolf killers after all so I will keep her in my hideout until it is time for us to leave in two days then I will find a solution so first I will take her to the hideout then I will get her something to eat or I will tell her to go hunt herself

after taking Fenris to the hideout I go back home there I find my father and Thorfell still sleeping in the middle of the room close to the fire they probably drank until they passed out as for my mother she was preparing breakfast which was the rest of yesterday's dinner as a stew

I have breakfast with my mother and then do my daily training after that I waited for my father and great uncle to wake up and prepare themselves, I am excited I will be going to Kattegat after all, the place where it all began but I am still too early this year Rollo and Ragnar are still children Rollo is 5 and Ragnar is 3 or 2 my father said we are close to Kattegat it takes less than half a day of walking to get there
