Chapter 8 - Evolution and Forming the Village (Part 1)
The night came to end and then the morning came,
And I woke up from the sleep, I can see a creature wolf in a human body
Sensing me waking up, the creature spoke
"My Lord! Have you gotten a good sleep? While you are asleep I made sure Village is guarded!" he knelt before me
"Vayu?"

"My Lord! I'm delighted you remembered me, as you bestowed name to me, I have been evolved to Tempest Worgen"
"Amazing, Vayu! Good for you!" I congratulated him
"Thank you so much!! My Lord!" He said
"So, Lets go out! And then he changed back to his wolf form,
"what, you can also change forms?"
"Yes! My Lord!"

And I hopped on his body, and he went out of the hut, as we leaving the tent, a tall muscular Goblin entered the hut,
"Emeric-sama, have you awakened?" said the Goblin flexing his muscles
"you are?"
"I'm Rigurd, Emeric-sama" said Rigurd while flexing
"Oh…you also evolved..huh.."
"We are not Goblins anymore.." he flexed his muscles again "we are now Hob Goblins…" exclaimed Rigurd
"Good! Good!" i said
"So now, Rigurd..Assemble Everyone..I'm coming…" I gave command to Rigurd
"As you command.." he bowed and left
"Vayu..lets go to meet Aniki.." as we are going to Aniki, he is already coming towards us with Ranga.
And Aniki greeted me, and Ranga also bowed and said his greetings, Ranga has a horn on his forehead unlike Vayu.
"So..Whats the plan?" he asked "I assembled everyone, lets go and meet them, we need to build a village right?.. Don't tell me you forgot about it…"
"ha…ha…." and scratched his back of head..?
Sigh…"what ever..lets go.." I said
As we went to the meeting spot, everyone having fun and talking to each other and laughing, Vayu is still in his Wolf form and surrounded me with his body.
All the Goblins have evolved to Hobgoblins, and when Aniki seen the Worgens, he was shocked it seems that he is not aware of their evolution to Worgens.
And Apparently out of One hundred and eighty Direwolves, only forty of them have been evolved to Tempest Worgens and Remaining of them evolved to Tempest Wolves, and the Direwolves which have been evolved Tempest Worgens are under the command of Vayu.
So I gave the honours to Aniki to start the meet and with an imaginary Mustache he spoke " Right, It took five minutes for all of you to quiet down.."
And I chuckled, not because of the joke, but of he is cracking jokes from our previous world, how would these people get it, I don't know what he think about sometimes, but that's what I like about him, a loving and funny big brother which I didn't have in my previous life.
Thinking about the past life doesn't make in sense anymore, so I forgot about it
"Rimuru-sama, what did you mean by that?" asked Rigurd
"F-Forget about it.." said Aniki whose cheeks now became red.
And he continued "As you can see, we are all huge family now, so to avoid problems, I think we should set up some rules.."
"Rule..?" all of them asked not getting the point
"There are three Rules.." he continued "I'd like you to uphold them at the very least.."
"First..No Attacking Humans"
"Second..No Fighting among yourselves"
"Third...No belittling other races….and that's it" Aniki completed telling rules
And then Rigur asked a question "Why aren't we allowed to attack humans..?"
'Nice one Rigur' I thought
"OY! RIGUR!!" Rigurd scolded Rigur
"I like humans…that's all" Aniki Replied.
"Understood, Rimuru-sama" Rigur replied nodding his head
'Give them a proper explanation' I shouted to Aniki via family link,
"um, so listen.. humans live in big groups, if you would mess with them, they would retaliate in a big way " and he continued "And if they would come after us in earnest, I doubt we could handle them.."
"besides..getting along benefits us in lot of ways, anyway"
'you are quite a pacifist aren't ya' I told Aniki via family link
'umu..umu..' he replied,
"Any questions..?" asked Aniki to them, one of the short Goblin named Gobta asked a question "What did you mean by 'no belittling other races' ?"
"Let me answer" and then everyone turned their attention towards me
"Well, you all gotten stronger by evolving right?" I asked
"Hmm..hmm" they all nodded their heads.. and I continued "It means you shouldn't let that get into your head and push weaker races around.."
"Don't make the mistake that you're better than them, you don't want them getting stronger themselves and retaliating someday, do you..?"
"Got, it Thank you so much" said Gobta
"Hmm..hmm" they all nodded their heads..
and I continued "and the last thing we want is a civil war among ourselves.."
"Remember..we all are one family, fighting and killing one's comrades is the worst sin of all.." I said.
"That's about it, do your best to follow the rules.." Aniki said
Everyone agreed and nodded their heads.
"Rigurd..I declare you the Goblin Lord"
A golden glow shone upon him
"from now onwards you will be the Lord of the Goblins..Lead your village well" Said Aniki
Rigurd started crying and kneeled before us and said "I, Rigurd, accept this responsibility on the pain of death!"
"So..Ranga!" I called him
"Yes! My lord!" he stood before us and kneeled and said "I declare you to be the Lord of Tempest Wolves.."
A golden glow shone upon Ranga and I said "from now onwards you will be the Lord of the Tempest Wolves..Lead your kin well"
"Thank you so much! My Lord! I follow your orders to death!" he exclaimed
"Vayu!'
And then he turned into Worgen form and kneeled before me
"I declare you to be the Lord of Tempest Worgens.."
A golden glow shone upon Vayu and I said "from now onwards you will be the Lord of the Tempest Worgens..Lead your kin well"
"Yes! My Lord! Allow me to thank you for this responsibility My lord! I will never fail to reach your expectations" he declared
"Now..then, I'm thinking setting up divisions for the prosperity of the village." I said
"So, I have created units at the time of the battle right?, you know in which unit you are in right? So divide accordingly along with Tempest wolf companions and come forward" I said
And they divided accordingly and came forward.
The units which were created before are
Fencer Division – Swordsman
Phalanx Division – Spearman
Quiver Division – Archers
Guardian Division – Goblin who guard women and children
And after they divided, I asked them "is there anyone who doesn't want to be in the defence corps?"
And none of them said anything, I thought they might be scared that I will be punish them and I said in a pleasant tone "Do not worry I won't punish you, and you will be placed in different units, which would be really important to the village like Defence"
And then twenty of them are not in a condition fight, and they lifted their hands and I separated them and now we were left thirty who are position to fight.
"Defence Division! Stand back!" I command them.
And as I said those words all the defence division went back,
"The twenty people who are not in defence come forward" I said and they all come front
And I asked them "are there any of one of you who can build huts?"
And six of them came forward, "so now you will be tasked with building houses, you guys will be Building Unit.." and I continued "Rigurd! You will be tasked be overseeing them!"
"Yes Sir!" he saluted
"And from you who can hunt?"
