6. Exposing Talent to Gain Power

{Author here, not even gon lie to y'all, I know I said minimum 2 chapters a week but seeing my growth from just posting a couple of chapters has low key made me like writing and now I want to see how far I'll go with this.

Come to find out the initial first chapters had their highs and lows but in the end, I just need to make sure I have a topic in mind before going to write a full-on chapter. Everyone is now capable of voting with stones, so please do use a stone or two if you haven't yet and I'll do an extra release. I might start stockpiling chapters but at the same time, I be wanting to publish each chapter as soon as I get done bc I like seeing the comments. That being said, comment some more please, and let me know your thoughts on this novel so far.

I need immense power to defeat this bastard... I saw Itachi sitting on his throne.

"Welcome back to the shrine, Zuno Shisora. I understand that you've been training in seclusion ever since your parents died, but it's about time that you check-in and show some of your prowess." Itachi spoke quietly but his voice was heard throughout the chamber perfectly.

"Thanks, my Lord. Yes, I'm aware of the fact that I've been given extra time to cope with their deaths. I've been working on something that will boost my power greatly." I enthusiastically said I should show some value so that he'll agree to teach me some new jutsus so I can grow faster.

Hearing these words, Itachi's gaze deepened as he spoke, "Oh? Do continue"

I looked around and then I used my chakra to grow a flame in the air stemming from my fingers. After pushing more chakra out I started to try and forge an orb of blazing fire concentrated into a small Fireball Jutsu. The flames started to remove all of the moisture from the room.

Now I showed my water capabilities by holding my right hand up in the air and after molding water chakra in my body, I started spewing water out which quickly started forming a huge transparent ball of water reflecting red from the fire in my left hand.

I need to make impressions and gain trust and a close position to grow enough to ultimately top the Uchiha clan. They think I'm dumb and oblivious, but I started to pick up that the information about my parents had been messed with by some type of Genjutsu.

Earlier in the day, before reaching the shrine I took the chance to ask some Uchiha Civilians at shops about my past. I just told them I was trying to find someone that knew my parents and find out more about them. The whole time I don't care too much if I'm being honest. In my old life, I've been betrayed my entire life and I was born into this dumb-ass life, where I have already been betrayed to the greatest extent. Because I've merged souls with the old Zuno, I feel as though I have another slit personality that is itching my skin.

If I don't get his justice I feel like I'll get taken over. So to do that, I need to ultimately grow stronger and destroy this village and kill the ones close to Itachi. After chuckling to myself, which may have looked like I was happy I could do this, I then looked at Itachi and said, "We need to speak in private this is important."

Everybody in the room dropped their jaws at this act and my extreme precision and details with my control of chakra to do this without hand signs...weres wicked On top of that, most of the ninjas in the world were only proficient with one chakra nature at an early age and had to take year's to study with using an additional chakra nature.

Itachi then looked at me with a very intense gaze, if I must say so myself. "Everybody out of the room beside my Anbus, this is a Level 5 Top Secret. Don't speak about this again."

At this moment, all of the ninjas hiding in the shadows appeared, bowed down, and vanished from the room. It has to be somewhere around 30 ninjas possibly, most jonin level some even had chakra similar to a low Kage.

As soon as everyone was gone, Itachi created a table set with chairs with Earth Chakra in front of his platform. He vanished and appeared sitting in the chair. He then flicked his hand back calling me over.

I had a mental urge to scream, he believes just because he has power and authority he can boss everybody around. This made another reason for me to make sure I kill him sometime in the future. And I can't even be truly mad because. He's right lmao I took my ass over there and sat in the chair.

He spoke, "How many affinities can you use? I suppose this is because of your mother's Kekkai Genkai?"

I shrugged "All of them, over the last couple of years in seclusion. I've been training my synchronization with all the affinities. I just started back focusing on training my Fire chakra a couple of months ago."

My bullshit no jutsu was working full-time right now and I could tell he was going to believe me because he was a prodigy growing up at an early age.

His jaw dropped at this, he then regained composure "How are you so...intelligent The chakra I understand but you don't speak like someone at the age of 9 years old."

I then responded without hesitation, "I lost my parents so young I don't even remember, and everyone in the village acts as if they don't know me or my parents.

All I have are my Mom's collection of books speaking about physiological theories." Then I said, "I had no choice but to read and practice by myself all my life, how else am I supposed to stay innocent when I have nobody by my side?"

Itachi felt bad about this, mission's success. He then said, "Okay I understand how you must feel. I can't change the past but do know we have been riddled with wars constantly for years. How can I help you with some sort of compensation?"

I then laughed frantically "Bwashishishi you think that your help will heal the pain you've caused me.." I was currently just guilt-tripping him into developing a soft spot for me under the act of me still being a 9-year-old, I can't act too serious all the time.

Itachi was very irritated that a kid is speaking to him in this manner, but he just decided to dismiss it because he can make Zuno into an ultimate asset to this village. The kid has control over the affinities and is also an Uchiha, so it's natural for him to Nurture this kid to his best potential.

I then spoke, "I want you to allow me to train with you. And I need to know the shadow clone jutsu"
