156 Water Dragon Evolution Part Three

In order to wear her clothes, Kana ended up needing to change her element back to fire. She then sat down and began the tasteless task of eating the eggshell. "Creige, You look skinner..." Kana looked at Creige's sunken in cheeks and frowned.

"I did not want to leave your side while you evolved. If something had happened to you, I wouldn't have been able to live with myself." Creige explained. He did feel slightly weak. But demons could go months without food or water.

Kana paused her hand that was holding the eggshell to her mouth and stared at Creige: "You didn't eat or drink!?"

"No, it's fine, demons ca..." Creige did not even get a chance to finish his words when Kana shot out of the cave only to leave the words "Wait here." in her wake.
