288 Destruction of the Olympians Part 9: Macedonia Deaths

(General POV)

Location the God of War World-Macedonia/Greece, Corrupted Plains Battlefield, Chaos vs Olympians

Ioke treason was a devastating blow for the Olympians, especially Hestia that didn't expect that from her.

In truth as Goddess of Victory, not only can she lead a army or individual to the path of victory, she can also sense the shift of tides from one side over percentage of victory, and since the forces of Chaos have come the chance of victory has completely favored them.

Even with the turns and shifts that have occurred during the battle, victory and her have been ever favoring the forces of Chaos over the Olympians.

Hence now she was adding Alastor against Helios that has been riding his chariot through the sky, throwing ball of Sunfire at the daemons and occasionally at one of the Chaos Gods, but his throws were too slow and spectacular for the Dark Gods not to sidestep them projectiles.

But as he pulled at the reigns of his burning steed preparing to attack the three-eyed Goddess that was fighting his sister, Artemis, a loud "bang" sound echoed across the battlefield, and the head of one of Helios' horses plus parts of the other, were obliterated.

Making the Sun God fall from the sky, he screamed as he struggled to take control of his crashing chariot.

But in the end he crashed hard against the ground, as he climbed out bloody and beaten from the wreckage he heard a wicket, rough laugh, as she appeared.

The short dirty green skinned, Chaos Goddess of Anarchy, Jade Emerlhyde.

Loading her daemonic shotgun that was still spewing a bit of smoke from the barrel, after she shot down the "pretty boy" Olympians, that he has done is throw pretty little balls of fire, and not actually fought this entire war.

And Jade was sick of it, she was eager to tear his face apart and make him squeel, and now she can, as she ready her gun and battle/power wrench to kill Helios...but then her smile turn to a frown, as she remembered that her babe wants Helios...around 35% alive.

Jade sigh disappointingly as it meant she has to hold back in this fight...by a lot, shaking her head she saw Helios standing up, and start gathering his power that caused the Sun to shine brighter over the battlefield.

That's when Jade thought, "Maybe I'll get to enjoy this brawl after all. All right pretty boy, don't disappoint me now" Jade aim her shotgun at Helios and as the Sun God rushed her she'd fired...

In another part of the battle, Hermes was badly wounded all over bleeding profusely bend and holding to his knees.

All throughout the fight he felt himself subcome more and more to the concoctions that Scalpel has injected to his body, only cause he is Olympian has he been able to stay alive.

Scalpel has aimed for his legs, thighs, and ribs all throughout their fight, those areas were the most cut and stabbed of his body, and the most bleeding of all his wound, when he tried to charge again at Scalpel he fell hard not knowing what's happening to his legs.

This is the result of a primitive warrior against a she-daemon with extensive medical knowledge and no restrains he was a ant against a giant...Scalpel stood some ways away her nurse uniform stained with the blood of her "patient", Scalpel has severed most of Hermes' leg tendons and muscles tissues, making him all but crippled.

Scratching her claw blades on one another, by opening and closing her large self-designed "medical claw", she started to walk calmly over to the Hermes.

The Speed God started to try crawling away, but his body and mind weren't responding as he wanted cause of all the substances that Scalpel subjected him to, he began to beg and plead to the Daemon Nurse to spare him and to leave alone, only for all his whining to go into deft ears.

Once close and with power hacksaw at the ready, she swung down cutting off Hermes' right leg, he screamed and bleed onto the corrupted grounds.

Again he tried to crawl away only for Scalpel to sigh and say out loud, "Annoying. Just accept the outcome, lesser God." Scalpel, stomped her right bandage wrapped foot onto Hermes back as the Messenger of the Gods scratches onto the ground to escape, Scalpel's hold but it was all futile.

Scalpel once again drew back her blade, and with strong and fast swing Hermes was separated from his other leg.

(A ominage to GOW-III, also Hermes was the easiest and most annoying boss in that game, the reason his fight with Scalpel was quick is because Hermes is one of the weakest Olympians in Greek, all his deeds were done by using his speed and trickery, if you take away his speed, senses, and make him face a foe that isn't able to be tricked is logical that he'll lose badly and quite fast.)

As Hermes screamed in pain, and was quickly losing blood and consciousness, Scalpel stabbed her medical claw onto his back, injecting morphine and blood cuabluates, to numb and save her "patient" and captives life.

Hermes faded into unconsciousness and Scalpel called for the new daemons, the darkness elementals the Shadowweavers to her side.

Soon several shadow made daemons emerged from the shadows around her, forming into the daemonic elementals of Laharl, she instructed them to restrain the crippled Olympian, as she stepped off the Messenger God's back and walked away, as she summoned her Vox-recorder to add her new logs and reminders to make a better chemical compounds, that will be affective against deity class subjects.

Bia descended from the sky, and struck at Ioke calling the former Olympian of Victory a traitor as both Goddesses clashed their spear and bidant, all the while Bia noticed that Ioke's skin was gaining red and crimson colored markings showing on it.

A clear sign of khornate corruption, as Ioke kneed her former sister Olympian into her belly and broke the deathlock struggle between the two, that's when Alastor intervened swiping his red claw across of Bia's face, making grunt out in pain as she looked at her opponents the God-Beast Alastor, standing beside Ioke.

As blood dripped down at her face, Bia the Goddess of Power stood her ground regardless the odds, but that changed when she saw both Alastor and Ioke step back and take a knee.

At first this confused her, when she sensed a malignant and very powerful presence behind her, there he was the more powerful Blood God, and now also the Chaos God of Bloodshed, Battlelust, and Warcraft that he has taken from Athena, who he was dragging there by her blonde hair...she was unmoving, sickly pale, and barely alive as Khorne let go of her hair letting the former Goddess of Athens drop face first to the ground.

The only reason that Khorne didn't kill Athena was because his brother, Laharl desired her divinity of [Symbols], soo leaving his Elder Daemons, his Wife, Valkia, and his newest Olympian Champion, Bellona to destroy and conquer Athens under his name, he returned to Macedonia to find more Lesser Gods to fight, kill, and consume.

Upon seeing him Bia turned her attention and guard to the biggest threat, Khorne.

Khorne was slightly interested in the tanned skinned Olympian, but his gaze turned to the two kneeling Gods behind the brown winged Goddess.

Bia saw Khorne focus was not on her, she trusted her spear at Khorne's head, only inches away from piercing the Blood God's left eye his Chain of Wrath in a burst of lightning speed wrap around Bia's spear, and held it in place, Khorne's eyes then turned to the weak Lesser God that barely worth his notice, Khorne scoffed at her.

As he commanded his newest artifact to pull her closer to him, shocked by the sudden pull Bia ended in the clawed grasp of Khorne's hand, he lifted up as she kicked and tried to escape her choking hold.

While the Blood God held the winged Goddess, he turned to the still kneeling Olympians, and addressed them, "Who are you two? Why do you kneel before me?" the red Greek wendigo creature/deity spoke first raising his nearly skeletal and ram horned head, to look at the Blood God as he spoke in a gaspy, low, deep, beastial sounding voice "My lord. I am Alastor, the God of Vengeance. Scorn and distain by all, even the mortals that claim to worship and crave vengeance for perseved or justified slights. I wish to serve a true master, and embodiment of juste and brutal vengeance like yourself."

Then the long, wavy blonde Olympian with radiant wing showing signs of the Blood God's influence already circulating in her being, she said to Khorne, "Lord Khorne. I am Ioke, the Goddess of Victory. I've come to pledge myself to the true victor that even my divinity has no command over. Please true, Lord of Victory, let me serve you and Chaos." Khorne smiled behind his helmet, as he accepted both Alastor and Ioke, under his service.

Turning his attention to the choking Goddess in his grasp, Khorne sense within the Bia...

He sensed nothing of value for him or his brothers, so in a brutal and swift twist of his hand he snapped Bia's neck, killing the Goddess of Power, tossing away the limp corpse to the side.

Khorne started walking passed Ioke and Alastor which stood up and followed the Blood God, into further of the battleground.

This battle was becoming more grim for the Olympians as time passes and more of their Gods were slain, Hestia was struggling as she noticed Bia death, and her poor niece was laying on the ground unmoving.

Hestia had to push her sorrow and grief aside for the security of Greece and Rome, she continued to feed her hearth-flames, which prevents all the daemons from crossing out the limits of Macedonia onto the rest of their world...but with the appearance and state of Athena, she can safely assume that Athens has fallen.

Meanwhile Scalpel was working on treating the bleeding and beaten God of Wine, Bacchus he got careless and a huge group of Gore Butchers beat him to this state.

First she injected painkillers to the drink, before she could perform a quick operation on the fat pig laying on the ground, before her.

Then a laharlish daemons, knightmares, stalkers, and oscurias were surrounding one of their dark ladies.

As a short wavy white haired, and bluish grey skin, floated over legerly over to Scalpel, as this Olympian with a carefree and mischievous smile splattered on his face looked at Scalpel.

Not turning towards the interloper, Scalpel kept on operating on the drunk pig, "What is soo important you, have the gole to interrupt my work, Olympian?" the said Olympian, laughed and clapped his hands, as his cloud like bright red coat floated on, finally speaking to Scalpel, "I'm impressed. Despite, all the carnage, and chaos happening all around us. You little Missy are calm as a sleeping baby." Scalpel scoffed, rised her hand with a special tread-knot and snipped this tread with her index and middle claws.

She stood and turned to look at the Lesser God, that was watching her.

She recognized this Olympian from her beloved husband's info, this deity is named Morpheus, the God of Sleep & Dreams.

Scalpel's claw twitched as she prepared for any signs of hostility, soo she can fight against this new opponent.

But then Morpheus responded, by make a surrender hand gesture to as he said to her, "Woah, woah. Easy I didn't come to fight. I'd come to surrender. I only join this war to watch the show, and get old Zeud off my back, but is clear to see who's going to come out on top of this war. Soo it's only logical to join the winning side." Scalpel looked unamused, as she made a slight head sign to the daemonic spirits, the Oscurias to restrained Morpheus who didn't struggle against them.

As Scalpel walked away and the knightmares grabbed onto the downed Bacchus, taking him away as Scalpel left.

At a another part of Macedonia, Caerus was helping Hestia in keeping the monsters at bay when they notice the green and more putrid ones have stopped trying to leave, and were heading towards the hole that the Death and Plague Gods have fall through a hole, to join the Grandfather and Mother in their battle down below.
