CHAPTER START---

---3rd Year Final Exam...

Entering into the classroom, the written portion of the exam had just finished and everyone was waiting for Iruka to arrive and take them to the practical exam. While trying to focus on the book in front of him a certain annoyance keeps distracting Jin. This has been acting up for the past month. Ever since Naruto said he would become Hokage by surpassing everyone in the class. Unfortunately, some people didn't take kindly to that.

As Jin rose from his seat, Shikamaru's head lifted from the table. These deskmates usually stayed quiet and ignored everyone in the room, Shikamaru preferring to sleep or pretend to sleep while Jin always had books about the world or ninja training to read.

As he got up and began making his way to Naruto a bad feeling rose in the InoShikaCho trio as they felt something was off. Deciding to keep an eye on him and see what would happen.

Across the classroom at Naruto's desk, a certain pink-haired girl was currently making fun of Naruto, the young boy looked as if he was about to tear up. 'I can't believe this dumbass ignored all my pushing for him and Hinata and still got a crush on this one,' Jin laments as he looks at the expression Naruto is making while his crush talks down to him.

"You're just a no-name kid who can't even make a clone or land all his shuriken, you should shut your mouth about being Hokage. Nobody can do better than Sasuke so don't even try," the girl says to torment him.

"I-I'll never give up!" Naruto yells out for all to hear.

"YOU can never beat MY SASUKE. You're just another loser who AHHH!!" her words are suddenly cut off with a yell as a hand slams into the top of her head and grabs her skull.

As she spoke Jin approached her calmly before raising his hand and smacking the top of her head, except his hand never left her head. Instead, his fingers grabbed onto her skull, and using the Asura path to modify the inside of his right hand and arm to metal he began crushing her skull like a vice.

"AHHHHHH!!" the girl yelled out, tears flowing down her face as she tried desperately to pry his fingers away from her head.

"JIN STOP!" Naruto yelled at his friend.

"Quiet Naruto, Sasuke, do you care if I kill this fangirl?" Jin asked the boy that has been ignoring this entire situation. Receiving only a slightly shocked expression in return before Sasuke's gaze returned to the front of the class. Unbeknownst to Sakura, he was only shocked by the fact that Jin was doing this with one hand so easily.

"Now, is there a Haruno clan?" Jin asked in a curious voice as he tightened his grip.

"ARGG!"

"Let me repeat myself, is there a Haruno clan?" He says in a much colder tone as the grip on her head tightens a bit more.

"AHHHHHH!" Her tears are now flowing much more as her legs are inches off the ground. Her limbs are flailing around wildly as she still tries desperately to escape.

Suddenly someone grabs Jins left hand that's simply at his side. As he turns his head he finds a pissed-off Ino staring back at him.

"Another fangirl, what do you want?" Jin asks in his cold tone.

"There isn't a Haruno clan so just let her go," Ino says as she glares angrily at his blindfold.

Without shifting his gaze from Ino he finally speaks. "No clan means that you're a no-name just like Naruto and I. That means if I tore your head off nobody important would care, not even your precious Sasuke would. I recommend you stop picking on my friend and focus on your training because INO won't always be here to save you." He says as he drops the girls.

As Sakura crumples to the floor crying from the pain, Jin and Ino keep glaring at each other for a moment, "Keep your friend in line" is all he says to Ino before he walks away under the stares of everyone in the room, acting as if nothing happened.

'Now I can read in peace, honestly, she just had to be quieter.'

"Don't you think that was a bit much?" Shikamaru turns his head as he lays back down as asks him.

"What kind of a Hokage would I be if I don't stand up for my friends, and show no mercy to my enemies?"

"Hmm, that's fair."

Suddenly Iruka enters the room to take everyone outside for their practical tests. As he is about to address the class he is halted by the surprise of crying sakura kneeling on the floor as Ino is trying to talk to her.

"What happened to sakura?!" Iruka asks, clearly a bit upset.

"BLINDFOLD SQUEEZED HER HEAD!" Ino yells out.

"Forehead over there was bullying Naruto," Was all Jin said, and apparently all he had to say as Iruka immediately dismissed the matter.

"If you attack someone in the field you should at least consider their allies reaction, now everyone outside for the rest of the exam," Iruka commanded to the class.

'Heh, knew he had a soft spot for Naruto but damn' Jin thought to himself.

As he was about to exit the room however Iruka stopped him, "Thanks for sticking up for Naruto but in the future just report it to me, I can't have my students making each other cry" was all he said before exiting the room.

As everyone made their way outside they began their practical tests. The kunai tests went as everyone expected with Jin and Sasuke getting perfect scores, this time without Jin destroying the practice target.

Eventually, everyone got done and gathered around the taijutsu circle.

The first few fights were nothing noteworthy for the teachers. These were just kids fighting death other of course. The main event however was the next fight. The moment Jin and Sasuke entered the ring everyone got excited. Other teachers showed up and the Sasuke fangirls started cheering.

"Kick his ass Jin," Naruto cheered from the sideline as he got more glares from Sakura and Ino.

'I guess I've got a fangirl of my own huh' Jin thought as he looked at his opponent. His rivalry with Sasuke has been quiet because neither of them likes announcing themselves, but everyone knew it was there. Both of them always having perfect scores with kuna and Jin always having a perfect written score. Taijutsu is where Sasuke had his best chance to prove he was better.

As they make the seal of reconciliation toward each other Jin and Sasuke take their battle stances. Unlike Jin, Sasuke uses the Uchiha fighting kata.

Moving forward Sasuke makes the first strike with a direct punch, blocking this strike Jin counter-attacks but Sasuke leaps backward and avoids it. 'Uchiha kata makes him more nimble than me, if he's more agile I need to grab him,' Jin thinks to himself as he moves toward Sasuke.

Lunging forward he strikes with his left hand as he leaves his right hand lower to gab Sasuke's other arm. As Sasuke blocks the attack he makes to counterattack with his other hand which allows Jin to quickly grab onto his hand and throw him outside of the ring, ending the fight.

"Jin wins!" Iruka announced as Sasuke lands outside the ring on his feet, still in his Kata ready to fight.

"This isn't a fight to the death Sasuke, only to get you out of the ring. But if it was, there wouldn't be any Uchiha left in the leaf," Jin says as he walks back into the crowd to watch the next fights.

Glaring at Jin, Sasuke grits his teeth and stands to the other side with his classmates.
