HER PROMISE

After the dinner Tang Lihua followed her father to his study room. Tang Fei didn't sit down, instead walk to the window starring at the beautiful night sky. "Is there anything you want to tell me?" He ask and never hold back any way the study was built with soundproof...

"Tang Mian is the reason behind my accident. She meant to end my life but unexpectedly, I live, so i think she wasn't done yet and still have a lot in her sleeve." Her introduction to the situation.

"They might have been controlling me in the past by playing a trick and framing me to look bad in front of you before. But that was then, now is different. After the accident, I realized that life is not worth living being a dog. Not fun at all. From now on, no one will be able to take what is mine. And no one will hurt my beloved people." She explain with a complex look.

"Father Im sorry for being dumb before." She said with hatred to herself.

"It's fine as long as you know how to act and where to put your self now." Tang Fei said like past doesn't matter.

"You should know that no matter how hard they try to frame you, you are still my only daughter and my heir. They cannot replace you in my heart no matter what. I'm just a little disappointed every time they blame you and point out your mistake because you admitted it even if you didn't do it, just because you're scared. It made my heart ache that you cannot even protect your self. I also don't want you to look spoild in outsiders eyes." He explain his side.

"I know, but that was before father. I'm a whole new person now. And I promise to protect myself and you from now on. The days of that mother and daughter are numbered. They have done a lot already that they cannot be forgiven." She said seriously and promised.

"That's great then. From now on i won't get worried about you. I will count on you from now on." He happily said full of hope. Just a little sad that she needs to went through so much before standing back to herself.

"What about the sweet fungus soup a while ago?" Tang Fei ask. Being curious with her daughter's actions in the dinning table.

"Ohhh that? Nothing i'll handle it myself. Im going to make them taste their own medicine. But i want to tell you that take extra precutions when eating the foods that was given to you." She said and narrowed her eyes.

When he hear it, he shared the same reaction with his daughter. "Is that so? Will i'll bare it in mind.'" Though he didn't ask further, he got a hint of what she is saying and believe that she already had plans about it.

"It's getting late dad. You should take a rest. Leave everything to me from now on. I'll ask your help if i need." She said and walk to the door, leaving her father in the study alone.

"Ok you to sleep, good night my dear Huahua." He said warmly.

'Although he had been praying for her daughter to be stronger, it still surreal. Still he think that she can't handle the problems herself so he was determined to give her a hand. Because he is not yet aware of her daughters capability.'

Just a few minutes after Tang Lihua was gone, someone knock on the study room. He simply ask the person ro go in. To his surprise it was Xu Yin with a tray of tea pot with tea and tea cup.

"Honey i brought you some jasmine tea it will help your digestion and had a relaxing effect it will help you sleep well." Xu Yin said putting the try in the table then pour some for him.

"Ohhh thanks. Just leave it thier. I'll drink after reading some documents." He said hesitantly remembring her daughters warning a while ago.

But Xu Yin put the tea cup and saucer in front of him as if not hearing what he said. And it made him squirm but did not made it obvious afraid of starling the rat that is nearly taking the bite.

So he had no choice but to drink it in front of her to made her believe that he did soo. Because he has not yet discover her plans. He needs to get more evidence of her wrong doings.

After drinking he act as if wiping his mouth with table napkin but he intend to spit out all the tea that was place under his tounge when he drank a while ago.

After seeing him drink the tea she glee secretly and leave.

When he saw her finally went out, he felt relieve and put the try to the adjacent room which he keep in his study room. This room is unknown even to Tang Lihua. Then he called his bestfriend Qin Yufan the known scientist and Med. Tech in country M.
