28 28. Her Entry with him

Seeing her coming out he walked towards her. Standing there in light her blue dress shining, her face looks more beautiful with light makeup. He was mesmerized and lost in her beauty. Coughed to hide his blush he put his hand forward. Li Huan put her in his hand, clenching he helped her to walk toward the sofa.

Sitting her there he land o one knee, shocked Li Huan stood up. "What are you doing?"

Puzzled at her reaction he looked up, her eyes widened from shock, realizing she misunderstood him, he felt lost. "Nothing just changing your heels." his tone turned cold.

Feeling awkward she sit down "I can do it myself." her voice was so low barely hearable.

"No need. just stay there." picking up the latest design of Stuart Weitzman Tanzainite Heels. One of the highest brands all over the world. Their prizes started at a minimum of one million dollars.

The work resulted from true craftsmanship and the producers deserve all the accolades along their way. The heels are designed using a blue tanzanite gemstone in Tanzania, Africa. The gemstone is combined with 28-carat diamonds at the toe strap. They contain the 'Stuart Weitzman' label at the heel region.

His face was too close to her, his lowered eyes focused on her foot. When his cold hand touched her foot her body stiffened.

Taking her soft and small foot in his hand, he realized it perfectly fits his palm. Her soft skin felt boonless, his eyes became dark while caressing. but when he looked up it became normal.

It matched her dress perfectly. After wearing her heels she looked up and noticed she didn't wear his necklace but the other one, he frowned. "Why didn't you wear the one I send you."

Feeling guilty she lowered her eyes, her eyes were firm. "It was too expensive I can't accept it."

"And when did you start to care about money. it was not you who always demanded expensive gifts." teasing her he turned to look for Aunty Liu and asked her to get that necklace.

"Uncle Mo please." she stared into his eyes, stubborn.

At her refusal, hie eyes became dangerous, scared she still did not back up. He bowed and looked into her eyes, his black eyes became fierce, looked away from him she pouted her lips she just stood there. "How domineering" she muttered.

"What did you say" lifting his eyebrow he asked.

Taking the necklace from Aunty Liu he bowed down, she shivered at his touch. Smiling he teased her more. "What happened, who is the one just now so brave."

Feeling ashamed she blushed, her neck and ear turned pink "It's not me."

On her blunt lie, he chuckled, his face was near her neck, and she can feel his breathing on her ear. Her heartbeat starts to accelerate.

They stood too close he even inhaled her special rose scent, seeing her white and fragile neck in front of his eyes, he clenched his fist.

"You wear it yourself" giving the earring to her he left in hurry.

Although puzzled at his behavior she changed new earrings and walked away.

Outside the bungalow stood the limited edition Maybach that had sold out within the first three hours the car was announced. The prestigious symbol of the Maybach shone in the front and caught the bright lights of the Sky Arc Complex, the car was beautiful.

Mo Xuanyi was standing in front of the door.

Li Huan frowned at the extravagant pick-up but walked towards the car. Immediately, he opened the door for her.

She smiled warmly at him. "Thank you." She said, elegantly climbing into the car.

After closing the door he walked and sit on the other side and tell the chauffeur to start the car.

He was surprised at first but kept his composure. "You're very welcome, I'm your date today. Of course, it's my duty, Please take care of me later." He smiled while kissing her hand in a gentlemanly way. She blushed at his teasing. Seeing her he laughed out loud.

Annoyed Li Huan stared out the window, her face feeling hot, she can't understand when Uncle Mo became too much bully. To divert her attention she started to think about her plan today, a soft sigh leaving her lips. It seemed today was going to be a very long night.

The first thing that greeted Li Huan when the car pulled into the driveway was the bright flashes and clicks of the cameras that rivaled a red-carpet event with A-list celebrities. Well, it was arranged by her Grandpa and him, so it wasn't a surprise this banquet would be a big outing.

Li Huan sighed at the swarming paparazzi and brilliant lights that were so blinding, that she had to cover her eyes. Even though the windows were heavily tinted, the lights still blared through them.

She was nervous at the idea of facing the limelight after living absent from it. She had nearly forgotten how to behave in front of the paparazzi or elegantly climb out of a car.

She sucked in a big gulp of air to calm her rising nerves. Counting down from five, she prepared herself to climb out of the car. When he gripped her hand, turning around she looked at him.

"Don't be nervous, I'm here." his word played like a magic spell her all nervousness vanished.

When the car in front of her Maybach finally drove away, Li Huan knew it was her turn to climb out of the car. She warily glanced at the red carpet before rolling her eyes. Her hands clenched it was her chance to come back she dare not miss it.

The minute her car drove to the start of the red carpet, the camera zoomed onto the expensive car. Everyone was curious to see who would be the dazzling man or woman that would step out of such a wealthy car.

They held their breath in anticipation when the chauffeur stepped out of the car. Even the driver looked handsome and well-built! The person inside the car must've been something extremely influential!

The chauffeur walked to the other side opened the car door, and came out a handsome man wearing a black tailored suit. Everyone recognized him as Mr. Mo.

Their cameras started to flesh too quickly at his sight. Mo Xuanyi rarely attended any event, but how they forget it's Miss LI's birthday party how he not come.

Walking towards her side he used his body to block the people's view and then opened the door to a small crack.

"Ready?" He smiled, blocking the bright flashes of the camera.

Li Huan breathed deeply and then nodded. "Ready." She firmly said.

He gave her a confirmation nod before stepping aside and opening the door to its full glory. Gave her a hand to come out. She put her hand on his hand.

Instantly, the cameras clicked and the loud voices of the people could be heard. Many gasps spread throughout the crowd as the cameras moved faster than the speed of light.

One beautiful hand-wearing diamond bracelet followed by one long, slender leg came out first, followed by another.

When Li Huan stepped out in all of her glory, her shoulders held back and her head high, the people could not believe their eyes. Dressed in a beautiful color, enhanced by her sapphire necklace with earrings, she looked like a dazzling Goddess.

When she smiled and elegantly waved to the camera, chaos ensued. Interviewers pressed forward, cameras clicked faster, and the people began to whisper and talk among themselves.

"No way! Li Huan, with Mr. Mo!"

"Her Dress It's customed designed"

"Forget about the dress, just look at the necklace and earrings on her ears!"

"Tch, it's not Mr. Chen's most famous work."

"But it's not rumored that Mr. Mo never appeared at any party with nay date, so how could it be."
