In a hospital bed, there lay a woman. Her fair skin is almost translucent. Her long silky hair is spread on the pillow. Even though her eyes are close you can still see her beauty. You can only imagine how beautiful she is when her eyes are open.

Beep.....Beep..... the vital signs monitor sounded in the silent room.

A group of doctors and nurses walk into the room. One of them check her and announced

"Patient Gu Xijin, time of death 8:07 p.m."

"What time of death? I'm still here!" a woman with the same appearance as the body floated in mid-air.

A nurse walk over and put a white sheet on her.

"What are you waiting for? Take her out" one of the doctors ordered.

"Yes!" a few men surrounded the body and transfered her into another bed. They push towards the location of the morgue.

"I'm here! I'm Gu Xijin, I didn't die. Hey why are ignoring me?" Gu Xijin floated in mid-air as she followed her own body.

No matter how much she shouted no one seems to hear it.

She cried and cried "If I can go back, I promise to protect you Lin".

"Do you want revenge? Do you want to live? If so bind a contract with me." a voice sounded in the silent room

"Yes!"

Ding! Success! Gu Xijin is now bonded with the rebirth system...

"Xijin, darling wake up" a gentle voice sounded

Gu Xijin opened her eyes and saw an elegant middle age woman sitting beside the bed. She thought she was dreaming. She immediately sat up and lunge forward to hug her. At least in her dream her mom is here. In her dream she's alive and is as gentle as ever.

"Darling mind your manners. There are other people here." Xu Yue reminded her daughter.

Her mom's voice, how she miss it. Her gentle tone, her nagging, everything is the same just like how she remembers it.

Gu Xijin look over to the side and and saw her father, grandfather, grandmother, uncle, auntie and her cousin. They were just standing by the door looking at her with a smile on their face.

If it's really a dream I don't want to wake up. Let me stay in this dream forever. In here they are all here. My family is here, we are happy just like in the past. Before everything happened. Before she hurt their feelings, betrayed them and cause them to live in agony. Just let me continue this dream.

Just when Gu Xijin is in deep thought a cute voice sounded. ' It's not a dream, everything in here is real. But everything will be gone if you failed the mission.'

'Who are you?' Gu Xijin is startled by the sudden voice she heard

'Nice to meet you miss Gu Xijin I'm your cute system, the rebirth system.'

'What?'

System?when did I have a system? The cute voice sounded again as if reading her mind it answered.

'When you were in your soul form.'

She tried to recall her memories and it seems like the so called rebirth system really did not lie.

So I'm back?mother did not die. Everyone is still happy. It means Lin is also alive.
