Fog enclosed shelter

Six days had passed since Bian received the call from Han Yan. He spent some time at home with his family before he departed to the sanctuaries once more, his mum's belly had gotten a little bit bigger.

Looking around his home Bian was quite proud of himself, from starting above poor to extremely rich he had done his family well.

And now his family were the ones who supported those previously haughty extended family members.

'Serves them right' If they had gotten closer to Bian and his family, they would be better off than they are now. Sadly-or perhaps luckily- his parents had forgiving hearts.

*ring *ring

Looking at the caller Id, Bian picked up Man Tian's call.

"It is the super hunter himself, tracked down some more beasts for our escapades." Bian said in a playful tone.

"Just one more, the main reason I asked us to wait for a week is because of the hunt that happened over that last three days" Man Tian responded.

"What hunt is that?"

"The Ji family, tracked down what is believed to be a super creature. With the help of several unevolved and even some evolved, their hunt should have concluded recently." He paused for a brown moment before adding "Now we await the results"

They didn't have to wait long as twenty minutes later, the whole alliance was in a flurry. There was a creature above sacred-blood, SUPER CREATURES!

"And thus begins the age of super" Bian said in a cryptic tone of voice.

"In what way particularly, the hunting of super creatures is still a far cry for even skilled professionals" Man Tian said with a shrug.

"Bian, hey Bian!"

At some point, Bian stopped responding to him and was lost in a daze.

It wasn't until Ran his little sister came to shake him that he snapped out if his stupor.

"Bro are you okay, your friend was practically screaming his lungs out"

"Yeah I'm fine" Bian massaged his temples. He apologized to Man Tian before explaining his particular predicament.

"That sounds serious." Man Tian seemed to ponder for a bit before he said,

"I can always hunt down more super creatures, especially with my beast soul which leaves a marker on them, I think it's best you evolved and ascended to the Third God Sanctuary as soon as possible."

Normally Bian would refuse and stick to them till they all maxed put their genes, but currently he knew what kind of danger he would place them in by doing that.

"Thanks a lot, don't worry I'll dominate the third sanctuary before you evolve and roll up a red carpet for your arrival" Bian said seriously.

"I don't think two days would be enough to dominate the entirety of the third sanctuary" Man Tian responded with equal seriousness.

Laughter could be heard over their communicators.

The next day...

Bian snuck out of liberty shelter and flew to white sand shelter using the wings of the sky fairy mermaid, from there the crystal ship came to pick him up with Man Tian, Han Yan and the silver fox in it.

Han Yan had been briefed on their earlier conversation and agreed to let Bian evolve first, after all he already had 57 super geno points.

Bian looked into his sea of soul, the manticore was still evolving, the minotaur was still damaged. He had no weapon type super beast soul and could only rely on the Holy Angel in case he zoned out.

Man Tian gathered everybody's attention as he spoke "Alright, the easiest way of farming super creatures is marking one and hoping it leads to a shelter, that's what I did with a black tiger which had wings.

After several days, it lead to a shelter shrouded in fog. I briefly penetrated the fog and discovered four super creatures in there."

The black winged tiger, a giant silver ape, a Knight and a four legged snake"

The crystal Palace sailed towards a shore closest to the place Man Tian discovered. They had four people on their side if the holy angel was included and so did their opponent, as long as one person won, it would lead to a snowball effect declaring victory on their side.

"If they gathered in a shelter, doesn't that mean there should be a super spirit there" Bian added, the super spirit in question would be moment queen from his memory.

Man Tian Thought for a moment before responding "That might be possible, it could be the knight clouded in green lights or it might have been hidden somewhere deeper in the shelter.

But this doesn't affect what we have to do, we kill the creatures fast and if the spirit comes out we kill it."

"I have a super aura beast soul and a trick up my sleeve for the super spirit" Bian flashed a smile, his new technique was quite effective speedsters and teleporters. Moment queen would be in for a surprise with her super speed.

Man Tian described several other creatures he had marked such as one that looked like a dinosaur with a long neck.

He also marked several sacred blood creatures, when these creatures were devoured by other creatures the markers transferred to the predator, which meant they were either berserk sacred blood creatures or super creatures.

"We are almost there" Man Tian said, land could be seen in the distance.

"Give me a moment" Bian found a quiet corner to zone out completely, the silver fox caressed him but he seemed not to notice. By letting himself go completely he could delay the syndrome for some time.

Although the silver fox would tag along, it would do so as a healer. Han Yan and Man Tian had not been idle in the sanctuaries.

They had both maxed out all other geno points and had increased their super geno points but not by much, super creatures where hard to come by and even harder to defeat.

Han Yan hunted down second generation super creatures to study their life force, while Man Tian seemed to have his own way of absorbing the life essence after coming in contact with his ancient family relic only he could open.

He speculated the cause to be the super genes he had as only this could differentiate him from the other surpassers, evolvers and unevolved who had tried to open the book.

Even after opening it, only he could see the words inside, he instantly became a sensation in his family as he learnt several powerful techniques from the books which could only be passed down through his genes.

If another family member earned super geno points they would be able to see it too, but the chances of that happening was quite slim for the mean time at least.

"Let's go!" Bian regained clarity in his eyes, he summoned the white general beast soul and a white halo spread round the entourage greatly enhancing their beast souls.

Han Yan glanced at Man Tian and Bian who were walking towards the shelter shrouded in fog, beholding untold danger with no weapons in their hands.

"Are you fighting barehanded?" she asked in confusion.

"Fists are my weapon!" Man Tian said decisively, besides the technique he practiced would be dulled with the use of weapons unless he could find gauntlets.

Meanwhile Bian ran jadeskin at full capacity, his body seemed to change from flesh to jade as his clenched fists crackled in the air.

"Just don't be too surprised with my new technique" Bian said with a smile. They walked into the fog shrouding a shelter on the mountain top, a magnificent city came into view.

In a secluded location in the alliance. Darkness prevailed in a large eerie room, a figure walked up to a seat as two holograms activated depicting other figures shrouded in darkness.

"So they have finally discovered the super creatures" A masculine voice spoke with a sneer, as though the discovery of these amazing beast was long overdue.

"Does this mean the anomaly is in the Ji family household?" The other hologram, sporting a female voice asked.

"No, I don't think so. Remember he said the anomaly should be in our age group, and considering his.. well anomality he should already be an evolver" The only physical person seated in the chair said, there were six chairs in total in the vast room.

"So we still have no leads, we should just wait for the tokens and stop these useless meetings" The female voice said as her eyes darted towards the empty seats, her figure collapsed as the hologram faded.

"She is right Executioner Blue, our powers grow at an exponential rate with each evolution. Stop playing around in the second sanctuary." His hologram also faded leaving the figure shrouded in darkness.

"Who are you to give me orders, my super genes have long been maxed out before both of you became surpassers" Executioner Blue said with a sneer, he kicked a chair as he walked towards a wall.

SWOOSH!

Tiny blue particles appeared where he once was as he teleported to the other side of the wall. He walked towards the portal which he had been feeding his energy for several months now.

"Haaa!" With a loud yell, he poured all his energy in the glowing blue portal, as its hue got brighter and brighter. A small crack appeared in the middle of the portal and the device exploded.

"Hahaha!" He laughed as he looked at the floating token that broke through the very fabric of space and floated in front of him. On the token, a single word was engraved in the ancient language of the alliance, 'ANOMALY'
