Chapter 16: Zhou Ling Shan Is Back

Zhou Ling Shan looked at his hands, then looked back at Feng Ming Xiu. "You better be telling the truth. I'll be coming back here in five days. If I find out that you're lying, your entire family will be killed because of you." That was Zhou Ling Shan telling her to tell the truth now if she was lying.

"Ooo, how scary." Sensing the gloomy aura around Zhou Ling Shan, she assured him. "Relax, Mister Hou Jin, I can assure you that I'm not lying."

"You better be." Saying that he went to the window and disappeared.

"He's fast." Feng Ming Xiu muttered.

After Zhou Ling Shan left, a girl and a man showed up in the room. The girl was 15 years old, and she was wearing a red dress. The man Chen Hai Guang was 20 years old and wore a black robe. Liu Hong Hai sat down at the table and Feng Ming Xiu immediately asked, "Did any of you see the depths of his powers?"

Chen Hai Guang shook his head. "No, I couldn't see his cultivation level."

Liu Hong Hai shook her head as well. "Master, you trust that man so much?"

"It's not that I trust him but, since he saved me I will save him since I'm in a good mood. "She smiled and continued. "Did you find out who he is after searching for his identity for so long?"

"No, I don't know what identity that man had, but we can't figure out who he is after searching for so long. Do you want us to follow him?"

But Feng Ming Xiu shook her head. "Since we don't know his identity, we mustn't take the risk, if he is really more powerful than you guys then he might find you, and we might offend someone we shouldn't."

After Zhou Ling Shan left the mansion, he went towards Wong Kei restaurant and entered. He went toward the room that his brother usually stayed in.

In the room, Zhou Feng Wenyan was pacing up and down and had a worried face. "Where is Zhou Ling Shan? You've searched for so long, but you can't find one person?!"

The guard was on his knees and had his head down and let Zhou Feng Wenyan scold him. Ever since master's brother left, he never returned. Master has been searching for him day and night, but never found him. "Master, we have searched the entire forest, but we haven't found him yet."

"What do you mean you haven't found him yet? You know what, I'll give you all a day and if you can't find him by then, you will go and receive punishment!" As he said that, he punched the wall.

When Zhou Ling Shan opened the door and saw this smiled and shook his head. "Brother, I wasn't gone for so long. Why are you walking around so frantically everywhere?"

Zhou Feng Wenyan was shocked and looked up when he heard the voice. When he looked up and froze, he saw Zhou Ling Shan leaning on the door frame smiling with crossed his hands over his chest.

The shadow guards in the room sighed with relief when they saw Zhou Ling Shan.

Zhou Feng Wenyan was shocked and thought he was hallucinating. He looked again and still saw Zhou Ling Shan standing there. He ran up to Zhou Ling Shan and wanted to hug him, but Zhou Ling Shan moved away and looked at him disgustedly. "You look like a beggar, go take a bath."

Zhou Feng Wenyan looked at him aggrievedly. "Where were you all these days? I looked for you everywhere, but couldn't find you."

Zhou Ling Shan sat down at the table and looked at him. "Go clean yourself up, and I'll tell you what happened. "Zhou Ling Shan told the shadow guards they could leave, and Zhou Feng Wenyan went to take a bath.

After coming into the room, Zhou Feng Wenyan sat down and directly asked about where he was these days and Zhou Ling Shan told him what happened when he was away. When Zhou Feng Wenyan heard that Feng Ming Xiu saved Zhou Ling Shan, he was surprised and sighed with relief.
