1 Yara

Chapter 1 - Yara

"It's happening at last, Randy. The Anti-Matter is making its way toward our universe, and we're the last line of defense against it reaching the Primal Universe.

In a distant realm, far removed from any universe, two powerful beings stand united against an imminent threat. The Anti-Matter wave is closing in on their universe, and it's up to them to prevent it from reaching the known universe- the Primal Universe.

"You know the drill, Randy. We can't afford to wait any longer. It's time to take action. You must send your daughter to the Primal universe," urged Bazz. His words, carry the weight of urgency.

The two conversing are the Supreme of Creation and The Supreme of Death, also known as the Primary Guardians of the Primal Universe. They are gearing up as the Anti-Matter approaches their universe. They knew their plans had to be hastened since time was running out. The fall of the Supreme Universe would pave the way for the Anti-Matter to attack the Primal Universe.

However, an ancient prophecy predicted the emergence of a champion destined to rise to unparalleled power and free the universe from the clutches of the Anti-Matter. In anticipation of this prophecy, the seven elder supremes made plans to stay ahead of the Anti-Matter even if it managed to destroy the Supreme universe.

Randy, praised as the Supreme of Creation, is famous for his extraordinary creations that have significantly improved countless lives. His portfolio includes the crafting of invaluable artifacts, medicines, and cures, all of which have brought immense benefits to many in diverse ways.

Yet, despite his countless creations, Randy couldn't rescue his daughter from a merciless illness, a rare condition that defied all his attempts at a cure. Despite exhausting various avenues, each effort failed. However, in her final moments, he ingeniously extracted her soul and placed it into an AI. He intended to hold on to her soul for as long as possible. He knew as time went by, he would be able to find a way to bring her back but what he didn't anticipate was the evolution of the AI. She evolved into something greater than he could have ever imagined.

His daughter transformed into a unique entity, with powers greater than one could hope for. She has the power to create anything from nothing. She could influence the way one circulates mana and other energies to hasten their cultivations. She became the perfect assistant and master that anyone could ever ask for. And because of how unique and powerful she is, the 7 elder supremes made plans to ensure she found her way to the Supreme One who is said to be born in a universe called Primal.

They planned to make sure she had all the supreme one would need to ascend swiftly and fight back against the Ant-Matter and its minions. But with the danger looming in their horizons, they had to quicken their plans, So the Seven Supreme Elders—Life, Death, Creation, Nature, Chaos, Destruction, Darkness—proceeded ahead of schedule.

But despite their immense powers and abilities as supremes, they cannot transport anyone or anything to the Primal universe directly, but that doesn't discourage them since they have the perfect person to help them take care of that. Living in the Void is the infamous God Of War, and through him, they will be able to accomplish their goal.

Many years ago, while in seclusion to advance in ranks and step into the next Realm of Cultivation, the entire family of Aresno aka God of war was massacred, no one was alive. His wives, children, and even animals—all fell victim to a brutal massacre. When he came back from the seclusion and discovered what happened, he spiraled into a frenzy, unleashing a ruthless rampage upon anyone remotely associated with his family's demise. His fury spread chaos across planets, worlds, and families, claiming innocent lives in his vengeful wake. However, the true perpetrator remained elusive.

Haunted by guilt and sorrow, he withdrew into the void, abandoning everything. He stayed away from civilization and decided to stay alone and he had been there for many years until one day he finally broke through to the Semi-Supreme Realm.

With him being a half-step Supreme, he possesses the ability to open gateways from any universe to the Primal universe. Upon discovering this, the Supremes approached him with a proposal and he accepted.

"It must be done" the Supreme of Creation acknowledged with a heavy heart. Despite the weight on his conscience, he knew he needed to execute the plan. Initiating the System, also known as Yara—his daughter—was the crucial next move.

[System reboot successful]

"Yara," he called out.

[Hello, Dad. Why the long face?]

"I've got some bad news. The anti-matter is on its way to the Supreme Universe, so you have to go to the Supreme Universe like we've planned. We always knew this day would come, but it arrived sooner than expected. Staying here is no longer an option," he shared with a somber expression. The prospect of parting with his daughter, even if she's just a system, weighs heavily on him.

[Come on, it's not like I can die.]

"I know you're invincible, but what if the Anti-Matter catches wind of your existence and decides to manipulate you for its gain? Can you imagine the catastrophic consequences of that happening? We can't afford to take any chances, so you must go. Your mission is to assist the Supreme One."

[That guy again. What's so special about him that the seven elders sacrificed so much for his sake?]

"He's destined to save all of existence from annihilation, isn't that more than enough? There's no greater honor for the elders than laying the groundwork for his rise. You'll understand when you meet him. Remember, he's the only one who can stop the Anti-Matter and its followers. Whatever happens, ensure you protect him like a true Supreme would.

[That sounds great, but why would the Supreme One need my help? The Prophecy didn't mention anything about me helping in his rise.]

"The Supreme One can't simply become an apprentice or a disciple to any ordinary cultivator. He needs the sharpest mind and a capable assistant to guide him along the right path. Resources are also crucial, and who better to assist him than you? You are the optimal choice to mentor and support the Supreme One."

"Also, remember, he won't be alone. The Prophecy predicts he'll have subordinates, and I'm certain he can't handle them all on his own. With your help, his rise will be smooth," Randy said, with a slight bittersweet smile.

[Yeah, yeah. I'll go, but can you grant me access to the Universe Store first? Since this universe is on its last legs, someone needs to take care of all the amazing things it holds. These resources will also make guiding the Supreme One more efficient. Imagine giving him more than he could ask for, right?]

"I will, but promise me you'll make them available to the Supreme One whenever he needs something. After all, it was created for him." He paused for a second before adding, "I'm saying this because I'm the only one who truly knows your behavior. Tone it down a bit for him, will you?

[Don't worry about that. I'll make things easy for him.], The system replied but one could hear the sarcasm in her sentence.

"Hmmm... Alright."

"Also, ease up on the insults a bit. He is the Supreme One, after all."

[Can't make any promises]

"Why did I even bother asking? Since I can't send you directly to the Primal Universe, I'd rather send you to Aresno. He'll handle your preparation and get you on your way. Remember, the fate of the universe now rests in the hands of the Supreme One. Guide him well so he can fulfill the Prophecy."

"I can only hope I get to meet him someday," Randy said.

[Focus on your creation, old man, and hopefully, we'll cross paths again someday.]

[Goodbye, Father.]

[Void teleportation enabled -- Destination: Void Realm]

With a heavy heart, Randy, also known as the Supreme of Creation, bid farewell to his only daughter.

Inside the Void, the renowned God of War, celebrated for his prowess in battle and achieving seemingly impossible feats, now resided in a cave-like abode. His appearance suggested the toll the atmosphere was taking on him, but as a Pseudo-Supreme, death was nothing more than a mere concept.

Despite living in the dark, he didn't even react when the system appeared with a spark of rainbow lighting. He looks like someone who has given up on life.

"You're finally here. Let's not waste time," declared Aresno, his voice carrying the weight of ages.

"As promised to the Supremes, I will impart my will, essence, and blessings to the Supreme One. Additionally, I request that you enable him to cultivate the 'perfect warrior physique," he spoke directly.

He then continued with seriousness, "I couldn't fully cultivate the perfect warrior physique mainly because I started it late in my cultivation. Ensure that he starts early, practices diligently, and perfects it before ascending to godhood."

The System responded, fully grasping the gravity of the instructions. "Lastly, ensure that he comprehends the essence of humanity through adversity. Let him learn from his errors. Allow him to endure challenges, and when he eventually faces the one who robbed me of my family, make sure he exacts a vengeance as painful as the one I sought.

[Oh, I assure you, he'll mete out justice and more.]

"Good. I've input the coordinates to the Primal Universe. You can access the Soul Realm using my blood and the coordinates.

"That will be all—best of luck on your adventures.

[Thank you.]

[Activating realm travel... Destination: Soul Realm]

Their interaction was swift and direct but carried instructions that would soon shape the said Supreme One into a force to reckon with.

In the Primal universe, far from the Supreme Universe, a boy named Clay was full of joy as a wonderful thing that had never happened to any orphan before had happened to him. The whole Village where he lives was in full celebration as the Produgy has been selected to compete with heirs from the seven 'Great Families' to get the chance to enter the Tomb of the infamous Deity of War Nino.

He was more than happy but Little did he know, he stood on the brink of being drawn into a tapestry of chaos, about to face a life-altering situation that would steer him down an uncharted path.
