225 Vincent's First Meeting With Stephanie After Two Years

After five minutes were over, Vincent slowly raised his hand. Just to confirm whether this was his numerous imaginations, Vincent placed his hand on her cheek. He quickly retracted his hand after he had confirmed what he wanted to.

"Why are you acting like you have seen a ghost? I only travelled but I didn't die or have you forgotten that Vincent?" The lady asked maintaining her smiling face.

"Are you perhaps ignoring me because you are not happy to see me?" Stephanie asked her smile instantly disappearing. Her frown deepened when Vincent still refused to say a word to her.

"So it is true you are unhappy that I am back. Since my return makes you unhappy I guess I should return to where I come from...,"

"I am happy to see you," Th bewildered Vincent said as he held her right hand before she could turn and walk away.
