A promise made by the Queen

After Ju Long found out about the tortures done on the body owner, she decided to avenge her soul. Just as she was about to leave she felt as if somebody called her name. She turned back and saw a girl.

"Miss please avenge my death. I want all of those people to live a life worse than death. Please don't kill them. They should suffer for all the miserable things which they have done. Death would be too light of a punishment."

Ju Long saw the original body owner's soul and she quietly smiled towards her as if she was bidding her farewell and wishing her a prosperous afterlife. It was the first time after her death when she smiled wholeheartedly.

She noticed that the soul showered some white light on her. She shed a tear of relief and bid farewell saying, "I hope you will cherish my last gift. I'll be leaving now. Be sure to live a happy life. Don't spend your life Meaninglessly like I did."

Ju Long did not understand about which gift she was referring to. Was it the second life which she gave her or was it about something else? She was not sure about it but she made a promise to the soul that she would definitely avenge her. With her medical and combat skills she could achieve anything in the world as long as she wanted it.

She walked towards the dark forest ahead of her. She saw a lake and decided to take a bath as she was drenched in blood. She saw some clothes properly stacked on the shore. She tried to locate the owner but she didn't find anybody. So, she just went inside the lake to take a bath. As she was about to leave she saw a dark figure on the bottom of the lake. She quickly fetched him and bought him onshore

She started diagnosing him. She noticed that he was severely poisoned and if the poison was not drained out of his body quickly he would die. Just as she was about to start her treatment she heard some noise behind her

"What are you trying to do? Hurry free my young master or I'll kill you."

A man heavily wounded pointed his sword at her. He was trembling as a dried leaf about to fall from a tree.

She laughed and then snatched away his sword then cleaned it at the lake and applied some herbs found near the lake on the sword.

Ju Long : Shut your mouth and sit down if you don't want to die.

She then cut the wrist of the man lying on the ground, after all the violet coloured blood poured out she closed the wound stuffing some herbs and then bandaged it. After it was done she took some silver needles and started acupuncture on him. While she was operating on him for a short while he opened his eyes and said thank you and then again fell unconscious. After she was finished on him she went near the other man and poured some powered herb on him.

The man thanked her and said

"Miss I'm Ah Lu . I don't have any valuables to thank you currently but please say your name after my master wakes up he'll surely reward you heavily for saving us."

Ju Long : I don't want anything but since you are interested I'll tell you my name. I'm Ju Long."
